One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The food was disgusting — not fresh, always reheated, hard and of very poor quality. I even have photos of dishes served in terrible condition, with mold and no care for hygiene. Truly unacceptable. Service was rude and unhelpful, cleaning was terrible (you even have to ask for toilet paper and soap). Beds were like rocks, impossible to sleep on. Staff do not respect personal space and made us feel very uncomfortable around the kids. On top of that, the beach is a complete disgrace for people who are clean and respectful of nature: they allow anyone to smoke anywhere. There are no rules or limits, the sand is filled with cigarette butts, and it’s impossible for children to play safely. Our kids found more cigarette butts than seashells or stones. It is simply revolting. Food: The food quality was extremely poor — some meals even seemed spoiled. Almost every meal made us feel sick. The variety and taste were terrible. • Service: Staff were unfriendly, unhelpful, and barely spoke English. Getting even basic items like soap or toilet paper required repeated requests. • Cleanliness: Room cleaning was very bad. Towels, toiletries, and basic supplies were missing unless you asked. • Comfort: Beds were hard as stone, making it impossible to rest properly. • Atmosphere: The staff often invaded personal space, which was very uncomfortable — especially the way some of them behaved around children. This is completely unacceptable. • Only positive: The kids’ animation team was the only decent part of the stay. I would never recommend this hotel. It completely ruined our vacation.

An amazing resort, we really enjoyed our stay here. The food is amazing and very fresh, we always found plenty of options and the options changed throughout the week. The fish restaurant was also very good. All of the staff are very friendly and make you feel very welcomed. The animation team was great and very engaging. There’s always stuff going on at night from shows to DJ nights, and plenty of entertainment throughout the day. The overall resort is also very nice and pleasant with lots of nature and cute cats. I would definitely recommend this resort

We spent 10 days at this hotel in Beldibi with our extended family, and here’s our honest take on the experience: Location The hotel is nestled in Beldibi, a strip lined with hotels, so you’re surrounded by similar resorts. The reception area is compact but efficient, with 3-4 staff members always on hand, ensuring quick check-ins. Tip: bring your hotel voucher, as they rely on it to locate your reservation—names alone won’t do. After check-in, you’re escorted to your room, housed in one of several charming two-story buildings, each containing 10-20 rooms. The buildings are enveloped by a lush tropical garden, which is the highlight of the property. Vibrant plants, towering trees, and occasional wildlife create a stunning, serene atmosphere. The gardeners work diligently to keep it pristine, and it truly feels like an oasis. Rooms The rooms are clean and functional but show signs of wear. Small details—outdated fixtures, minor maintenance issues—hint at the need for a refresh. However, since you’re likely only sleeping here, it’s not a dealbreaker. Everything works well enough for a comfortable stay, though it’s far from luxurious. Services The hotel’s layout is well-planned, with pools, restaurants, bars, shops, a kids’ club, a fitness center, and a SPA all conveniently located near the beach. Lifeguards are vigilant, ensuring safety around the pools. Daily activities, led by an energetic team, range from pool games to evening shows. The staff can be a bit overzealous in encouraging participation, and their approach sometimes lacks polish, but they’re never rude. The evening schedule includes a mini-disco for kids at 8:30 PM, followed by a family-friendly show at 9:30 PM in the amphitheater, and later, either a disco or live music. The entertainment is standard for a Turkish all-inclusive resort—enjoyable but not exceptional. A nice touch: music is limited to program times, leaving quieter moments for relaxation, which we appreciated. Food and Drinks Unfortunately, the food and drink offerings were a letdown. While the buffet boasts variety, the menu feels repetitive after a few days, with little variation. The quality is noticeably low, with ingredients that taste budget-grade. Drinks follow suit—only local alcohols are served, and “fresh” orange juice is just low-quality juice poured from a carton. For someone with a dairy allergy like myself, options were severely limited, as many dishes incorporate milk or butter. The hotel doesn’t offer plant-based milk alternatives, which was disappointing. Vegans should steer clear. When I raised concerns with the restaurant manager, he was polite and promised improvements, but no changes materialized during our stay. This focus on cost-cutting over quality left us unsatisfied. Staff The staff is generally friendly and attentive, addressing most requests with a smile. However, don’t expect them to go above and beyond for special requests. Whether due to management restrictions or lack of resources, unique needs often go unmet. They’re doing their best, but this isn’t a five-star operation. Overall Our experience was a mixed bag. The stunning tropical gardens and well-kept grounds create a refreshing, inviting atmosphere, and the staff’s hard work is evident. However, the subpar food and drink quality drags down the experience significantly. A beautiful setting can’t fully compensate for meals that feel like they belong in a budget hostel. The hotel’s 4.4-star Google rating feels generous. Here’s our breakdown: • Location: 5 stars – Beautiful, well-maintained gardens and a practical layout. • Rooms: 4 stars – Clean and adequate but in need of updates. • Services: 3 stars – Decent entertainment and amenities, but execution could be smoother. • Food and Drinks: 2 stars – Repetitive, low-quality, and limited for dietary restrictions. • Overall: 3 stars – A solid choice for a budget-friendly family stay, but don’t expect gourmet dining or luxury.

We were in this hotel for the first time and we are absolutely loving it. We had a great experience and amazing holiday. A hotel with a soul and a very pleasant atmosphere, we felt so good there. Thanks to Mr. Magic (animation chief), our holiday was unforgettable and extraordinary. Special thanks for everything to Mr. Ufuk Yigit (entertainment and events manager). The hotel consists of a large green area, many trees, different beautiful flowers and plants (feels fresh and not too hot). There are benches, swings and hammocks everywhere - you just want to walk around this beautiful area, listen to the birds singing and enjoy it all. (Thanks to the great job done by Ms. Zeynep Enhoş - Landscape Chief-Environmental Engineer). There are very cute little houses for cats everywhere; chickens with cockerels, hedgehogs, rabbits and even ducks are walking in the green area. Animation is the heart of this hotel. Thanks to Rustam – he is so energetic, active and positive, also the girls - you guys just amazing. As well, many thanks to Mine and the whole Mini Club, you are just fantastic team. The hotel is perfectly suitable for families and kids-children friendly. Always possible to find free tables in the restaurant, sun beds at the pools and on the beach.
