Arrived and we were kindly driven in a Ferrari (golf cart) to our room. Started off with a great experience with the staff who were funny and very accommodating. Fantastic entertainment and great staff who tried to get everyone involved in the activities. Room was great with working aircon, nice powerful shower. Beds were quite firm but apart from that everything was excellent. Lots of free sun loungers at any time of the day. Great views from the sun loungers. Toilets were plentiful. Lots of options when it came to the food. We never got bored as it was constantly changing with good desserts to try. We love fresh orange juice but the “fresh orange juice” at breakfast we didn’t believe was indeed fresh. The food, as tasty as it was, would have been even tastier if it were kept a bit hotter Lovely hotel with great nature, amazing flowers, beautiful fresh flower smells throughout and great views. We made friends with lots of animals

Not a 5star, more a 3star. Hotel is clean and the staff work really hard. Food, whilst plentiful, was open to the swarms of flies and wasps (building was partially open plan) alcohol was great if you like your drinks really REALLY strong. No measures and not sure I got what I ordered (lots of occasions I ordered gun and got vodka or bacardi) so felt it easier to stick to Fanta and bottled water. The beer is an acquired taste that I didn't acquire. I would encourage people to visit the hotel as there were positives but it wasn't great for me. Location was excellent but heat was too much for me. If you like really hot, this is definitely a good choice.

Best place I have stayed, seconded by my wife! Beautiful resort/hotel, beautiful location with sea and mountains. Good variation of food (more donner kebab would be my only area of improvement) great quality of food. Nice staff (always took photos) nice pools and good entertainment. 100% will be back next year. Room was big and clean. One thing to flag, we loved walking around the resort, it was beautiful and suited us. If you prefer less walking ie hotel you need to consider this. We will come back next year.

I find myself writing this review on the penultimate day of my week long stay at Gypsophila. I was ready to write this on day two but I forced myself to wait to ensure a more balanced review covering the duration of my stay. I have previously stayed in two other 5 star resorts in Antalya in recent years and similarly in different countries as well so I feel well placed to offer this review. I will start off by saying that this is not a 5 star hotel! Far from it, more like a 3.5 star at best in my opinion. Whilst I realise that the economic climate has changed greatly in Turkey over the last 2 years with very high inflation and interest rates the cost associated with these holidays have also increased proportionately to accommodate for these changes. The accommodations were simply nothing of a five star nature. Dated & poorly maintained. The queen size bed in our family unit was like sleeping on a plank of wood and has caused major back ache everyday. Many instances of poorly repaired or maintained fixtures and fittings throughout our family unit. Lights and switches that were inoperable. All barely acceptable in a 3 star accommodation. Food is a major part of the experience of an all inclusive holiday and it is here that the worst let down was experienced. The food in the main restaurant was of a reasonable standard but lacked suitable depth of range to cater for their diversity of tourists of differing cultures. But the worst was the mind numbing repetitive offerings of the same dishes day after day after day. Replenishment of dishes and provision of crockery and cutlery was a pertinent issue. Then of course you have people helping themselves to plates and plates of fruit and taking it back to their tables or rooms only to leave most of it as waste ten minutes later. Such gluttony and unnecessary waste. Not unique to this hotel unfortunately. In regard to food, their best offerings were at poolside where a good fixed menu of Burgers, pizzas etc are on offer between 12-4pm daily. A special mention to a member of staff here, a lady called Fatma. Always pleasant and willing unlike most of the staff around the hotel. The grounds are lovely and well kept. Featuring many tall trees and abundant flora keeping in tune with plant related themes throughout. There are various small animals who inhabit the grounds which is nice. The reception area is underwhelming but functional and the staff try their best to accommodate. Walking surfaces in and around the resort can be quite uneven and broken in places so watch your step. The two pools on offer were clean and well maintained but dated. Sun loungers are plentiful and in good order for our late May visit. There are three little water tubes which seem to be closed more than open. Entertainment on offer is quite poor compared to my previous experiences from other hotels. I would describe it as more of a kid club experience. Drink options are limited to the basics with no branded spirits at all that I could see. For those that drink beer there is one on offer and also one sparking wine to choose from. You will be informed that the mini fridge in your room is free for the day of your arrival and charged thereafter. So much for the all inclusive experience. There are no edible items in the room either. Ours was never refilled since our arrival. No soaps or dedicated shampoos or conditioners are provided. Just a lame all in one hand dispenser on the wall. As I non smoker I really struggled here as I was constantly surrounded by it from every angle. Coming from western Europe where this is not common place I accept that it is not the same here. All things considered we had a pleasant stay. We were not overly impressed with Gypsophila and would struggle to recommend it to others. I suppose it depends on what you have experienced before and how much you have travelled. I go back to what I said before this is not a 5 star hotel by any measure so set your expectations accordingly. Edit: I would suggest you give the Italian a le carte a miss. Worst experience of the trip.

Spent five nights at the club, overall a very nice experience. The staff are polite and very efficient with cleanliness a clear top priority. The rooms are in blocks of say 6 set in a wooded area with chickens roaming freely, giving an outdoors feel. Food overall was good- lots of fresh and cooked vegetables. Meat is generally in the stews, chicken, lamb etc, with lots of brightly coloured cakes always available. Drinks were ok, with the sparkling wine passable along with the beer. Some cocktails also made, but don’t expect to upgrade to known brands for a cost, as they don’t stock them. Entertainment was ok, no big events but always a good atmosphere. Lots of sun loungers available, around the pool, at the beach and our favourite on the pier (nice drying breeze). We did see some cloud over the bay, but it seems the high barren mountains behind the hotel ensured the sun remains (so take Antalya forecast with this in mind). Nb. They also have a separate kids food offering, with small tables/chairs and the usual kids favourites.
