We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. One of the highlights of our trip was the kids club — our child absolutely loved it! The activities were fun and creative, and the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. A huge thank you to the kids club team for taking such great care of the children and making their experience so special. We truly appreciate your hard work and warm attitude. Highly recommend this hotel for families with kids!

it was the best decision to choose Gypsophila💛 i truly enjoyed every single aspect of my stay. i relaxed as hard as possible, pure chill 🥹 atmosphere, scenery, aura, food, cottages, people who work here - everything is 10/10 for me. grateful! details like titling the houses in the name of plants, flowers and herbs - that’s what makes this place amazing. special thanks to beautiful and very welcoming girly Nana and the main character - hot charismatic blonde twink ;) promise to comeback and interact with you two a lot more. this time i came here to recharge my social batteries 🪫💛 best of luck, everybody! continue doing fantastic 🫶

Everything is great about this hotel, the location, the food... BUT during the 2 weeks of our stay, they washed the floor only a few times and didn't change the bed any single time!!! + my sweater was stolen from my room and the hotel staff didn't help me, they just said- oh, we are sorry! Looks like stealing is a normal thing for them.

The hotel supports animal abuse. Two parrots with clipped wings are carried around in the hot sun and swung around just to take photos with them in unnatural poses. After we asked them about it, they said that this makes good money as they sell these photos afterwards.

Okay. It’s definitely not 5 star but don’t let that put you off. I am British. The British have a reputation and I am not one of those. The British when it comes to culture have no idea as most eat processed food and live simple lives. Spoke to one fat British guy yesterday who told me he is a chef and thinks the food here is rubbish. I can assure you it is not. The main restaurant serves a massive variety of home cooked tasty food. It’s all accompanied with unlimited salads, sauces, breads, condiments, vegetables and anything else you can think of. I am currently in the main buffet restaurant and had a lovely meal or perfectly cooked meats and vegetables. No issues here. Overall the whole report is perfectly fine for a relaxing getaway. Ignore all negative reviews. The rooms are good, the shower is so powerful that it’s massages you, the alcohol is endless. What’s not to like for this price? Sometimes I am embarrassed to be English.
