We had such a fabulous holiday we've already booked again. The Platinium experience was fabulous, from the outdoor breakfast to the rooftop sun loungers and infinity pool. Lots of nice quiet different areas and lots of restaurant choices. The room was great, it was spotless and very spacious. ALL the staff were always very attentive and professional. An extra special thank-you must go to BIANCA in the reception team, a credit to the hotel, who always had time to ensure we were having a great holiday and always had a friendly welcome and a smile on her face !!!!

This was our third stay at this hotel and we are also returning again in May and September. The hotel is always clean and well looked after in all areas. We go platinum at extra cost but it's worth the expense for all the little extras, private dining area, sun bathing area and we always have a direct sea view suite which has a brilliant view. The food is always brilliant in the platinum restaurant but it would be interesting to see how the food compares in the Roast restaurant. The staff are always friendly and helpful which all contributes towards a brilliant week in the sunshine.

Stayed in November 2023, it’s a big hotel but is very clean and well maintained. The pool area is lovely, with an app to book sunbeds (and Bali beds for an extra charge), no running around trying to get a sunbed as in some places! The food is very good overall, it is buffet but freshly made and lots of choice. Drinks service always very quick, including at the bars and outside in the evenings. Well maintained rooms cleaned daily. Close to the airport. For a week of winter sun would happily go back!

We have just returned from a lovely Holiday at the Guayarmina Princess, this was our first visit to this Hotel & thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The whole team were very professional, helpful & went above & beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.
When we heard we needed to book sun-beds & the Roast restaurant which was superb on an app we were concerned, day 2 we were sorted & booking away & loved it as did most of the lovely people we spoke to.
Entertainment was great, we have visited Tenerife many times but I must stay we were impressed with some of the acts.
Our room was huge we had a street view not great but as we don’t spend much time in our room this was not a problem & next time we know where we would like to go.
Good choice of food something for everyone & best selection of fish & shellfish I have seen & with the complementary visit to the Roast restaurant for every 4 days you stay the icing on the cake.
We loved the back exit from the hotel which took you to the beach & walk way.

The hotel is kept very clean and tidy and the staff clearly care about where they work. Everyone was so friendly and professional. The room was lovely and the food was of a really good standard. Ideally located and with beautiful views from the Bali beds. The only thing I would advise is not to pay the €20 per person spa pass as it really isn't worth it.
We very much look forward to coming back
