We booked this for our honeymoon. Absolutely loved this hotel, from the moment we arrived everything was beyond our expectations. We booked platinum and had our own check in reception, separate restaurant and infinity pool and bar. The rooms were great and spacious and the food was like eating out in a decent restaurant every night. I can't comment on the standard rooms/restaurant and pool as we only used the platinum facilities.

Third time here. Seems to be every 5 years. Great location, short transfer from the airport. Friendly staff and considering what is around very peaceful. Good selection of food and drink. 1 pool split into two, one of which is "allegedly" heated (not particularly warm, but that does not matter). Restaurants and bars within easy walk from the hotel. Beach just beyond (less that 100 yards). A favourite and we will be back.

A nice hotel, comfortable rooms well presented with all the amenities needed. Very clean throughout. We stayed all inclusive and food was satisfactory but nothing special. Not all drinks are included in the all-inclusive, so you have to be aware of what you order, including the better cocktails. We had some pictures done by the in house photographer which were lovely but unlike other hotels we've stayed at the package was over priced €490 for them so we ended up just buying a couple of loose ones, surely it would be better to make it more manageable for the majority of people so more can afford them rather than a few only buying them. The hotel is positioned in a great location and staff were very friendly and efficient especially the restaurant staff, they work so hard and never stop moving. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Our second year in this beautiful hotel and it does not disappoint. We are on our last day tomorrow and know already that we will be back next year. The hotel is spotlessly clean, food is amazing and the manager should be extremely proud of all of the hotel team, each and every one that we encounter is friendly and professional and take a pride in delivering the ultimate customer experience, they work so hard. Our room which is a suite is outstanding. This hotel should be a 5 star. Thank you for an amazing holiday xxxx

Guayarmina Princess Hotel is an excellent hotel, located in sunny Tenerife. In this hotel, you can enjoy a luxurious vacation on several fronts. You will find rest, comfort, and culinary delights awaiting to complete your holiday. The hotel offers excellent customer service. The friendly welcome at the reception desk immediately set the tone upon my arrival. During my stay, the staff were quite attentive, offering their help with a real desire to assist me with everything I needed. This was helpful because I was able to enjoy a more comfortable and problem-less experience at the hotel. Instead of worrying about technical difficulties, I was able to relax and make the most of my time at the hotel. On top of this, the hotel has their own app that allows me to make various reservations during my stay. I was able to book poolside chairs, as well as dinner at any point during the day without having to physically attend a service desk. Breakfast is also quite impressive. The hotel has an extensive menu, offering numerous dishes and side options to start the day. This includes freshly baked bread, cereals, fruits and more. There truly is something for everyone. An extensive buffet is also provided for lunch and dinner. You can choose from a wide selection of starters, hearty main courses and delicious desserts, all served in a pleasant setting. Furthermore, the option to dine outdoors, in a cosy setting, adds an extra touch of charm to the whole culinary experience. Lastly, the rooms in the hotel are generally satisfactory. They are sufficiently large and are decorated with careful attention to both aesthetic detail and comfort. Within the bathrooms, there are large showers with ample space. These come stocked with all the everyday essentials such as shampoo, soap, and toothpaste. Also, thanks to the hard-working cleaning staff, the rooms are always clean. However, I will note that the rooms near the boardwalk in the hotel are subject to loud noise during the nights. This is something to take into consideration during your stay when booking a room. Concluding, the hotel has a great range of amenities. The helpful staff, delicious food, and clean rooms all contributed to a great stay overall. All travellers looking for a memorable and satisfying (family) getaway will appreciate this hotel’s numerous offerings and impeccable customer care.
