The Grosvenor House half board concept includes the following:
- Breakfast and lunch OR dinner (inclusive of still water), except on Fridays when there is no lunch option*
- Lunch is available at Sloane’s, while dinner is based on a dine around option in either Sloane’s Restaurant (buffet), Rhodes W1 (set menu), Bushra (set menu), Bellavista (set menu) and Toro Toro (set menu) at Grosvenor House, or Brasserie 2.0 (buffet), Maya (set menu), Geales (set menu) and Rhodes 2010 (set menu) at Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa
- Dinner can be enjoyed in non-dine around outlets with guests receiving AED 150 credit per adult and AED 105 per child, per night (excluding December 24th, 25th and 31st)
*Should guests wish to use their half board meal plan for Friday Brunch, there will be an additional supplement of AED 270 per person, inclusive on non-alcoholic beverages. Children between the ages of 6 and 12 will be charged an additional AED 105 supplement, with those under 6 free of charge.

Absolute gem! I think I could honestly spend half a week never leaving the hotel property. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and it was fantastic. Service is A+ and were very accommodating for our needs. Spa was amazing. Superb!!

Everything about this hotel is magnificent. The check-in process was smooth and my room was even upgraded. The welcome drinks were amazing. The spa in tower 2 and the lounge in tower 1 were both so relaxing. The entire staff was very attentative and made us feel welcome every second of our stay. I just can't say enough great things. From the check-in process to the guest rooms, to the dining options, and everything in between, it was all was fabulous. And let me not forget the housekeeping staff. I was in the room during one of the cleaning, and they cleaned our room better than the maids I've hired to clean my house. I was thoroughly satisfied as cleanliness is one of our highest priorities. This was my second stay at the Grosvenor and it is the only hotel I will ever stay in while in Dubai.

The best hotel I have ever stayed at. A true 5-star experience. I stayed in a suite, and what can I say? Everyone working there makes you feel at home, from the manager to the housekeeper. You can find everything you need there. The attention to detail and the level of service are unparalleled. From the luxurious amenities to the exquisite decor, everything exudes elegance and comfort. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect, attending to every little detail with a smile. It was the best hotel experience I have ever had, and I will definitely come back. I cannot praise this hotel more. Staff in all areas were just outstanding. So thoughtful and efficient. The room was really comfortable, clean and tidy. Food was outstanding.

On July 17, I visited Grosvenor House Tower-1 for a business meeting. Upon entering the hotel, I was directed to the Mezzanine floor, where the main lobby is located. I took a seat on a couch to the right, directly opposite the reception. The person I was meeting was scheduled to arrive at 6 PM, so I opened my laptop and joined a Teams call with my team.
About 45 minutes later, while I was still on the call, a security guard and another gentleman approached me. Since it was an important call, I gestured for them to wait. The security guard remained until I finished my call. Once I ended the call, he asked how he could assist me. I explained that I was waiting for someone. He then mentioned that I had been waiting for almost an hour and was causing discomfort to other guests on the ground floor. I found this perplexing, as I was on the Mezzanine floor attending my business call.
The security guard asked me to move, which I found both racist and unprofessional. There was no apology or respect shown. This experience has led me to decide that I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and will not visit it again. When I finally met the person I was supposed to meet, we encountered another issue with a waiter who repeatedly interrupted our conversation. Immediately after serving tea, he demanded payment. This behavior was simply unacceptable.
