We liked our room, it was comfortable and well-designed. The only downside was that our refrigerator was broken, but overall we had a comfortable stay. The restaurant was very clean and the food was delicious. I would have liked more variety. The hotel staff were generally good, respectful and friendly. The animation was great!!!! Both the kids' club and the adult animation were fun. A huge thank you to Ozzy in particular!

I congratulate the staff. They are hardworking and friendly people, I liked that. The restaurant is delicious and clean. Breakfast could be better, there should be a few more toasters, we waited in line for a long time. Also, we went to the restaurant 15 minutes before closing time but they had already cleaned up. This is not good practice. We liked our room, it was clean and tidy every day. The animation was great, we really enjoyed it and the animation team was very energetic. Special thanks to Ozzy! A good hotel, you should try it.

The hotel's location is close to the city center and the hotel is comfortable. I liked the food; there are many different options every day. Our room was clean and comfortable, and I would like to thank the lady who cleaned our room; she was wonderful. Overall, all the staff were good. The animation team was fantastic!!! We really enjoyed it; there were many activities all day long. I would definitely recommend this place.

We liked our room. The hotel is stylish and comfortable. The food and desserts are very delicious, with a wide variety in the restaurant. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is central. The animation team is superb!!! We really enjoyed it. There are plenty of activities during the day and the evening shows are excellent. You should try this hotel! All the shops on site accept GBP and Euros as well as Turkish Lira. The exchange rate they use is much nearly the actual exchange rate too so if youre planning on spending at the hotel, you will be better using GBP rather than exchanging money at home and paying a commission. (We got 1 GBP to 50 Lira, here ot is 60 Lira)

Amazing resort ! Had a fantastic time! Best points: Unlimited food options and food provided all day long across 2 different restaurants! There is a kids club so kids are never bored Spa has lots happening Staff are always amazing and helpful! Housekeeping, kitchen, spa, garden, lifeguards, reception etc all were 100/10 with their service! Bad points: The only negative we had was that of the 8 of us (4 adults 4 kids aged 6-10) were split between 4 rooms a across 3 separate buildings. This was difficult as the kids couldn't stay with their mother. Spoke to the manager (oldish Turkish gentleman in a suit) and he wasn't very helpful at all, very dismissive. The reception staff however were accommodating and added an extra bed in 1 room so the kids could be with their mum which was very appreciated! I can't fault the hotel at all! Staff were amazing! The food options were amazing. There is unlimited food served pretty much all day. There is even ice-cream and drinks served as extras. The kids club is great for us mums! Drop kids off and they have a great time! The spa was very good for us too! We loved the indoor pool! Shout-out to the evening lifeguard who splashes kids with water ! He was very vigilant and caring with young kids playing .
