We just came back from a 7-night stay (2 adults and one 8-year-old) and absolutely loved it! The hotel is spotless, cozy, and has such a lovely, relaxed vibe. All the staff are amazing — so friendly and helpful, always smiling and happy, which really makes a difference. The food was tasty with a different selection every night, so we never got bored. Everything was super clean, entertainment was great (you can even watch the evening shows while having dinner!), and the pool is heated — no sunbed wars either! It’s a peaceful hotel, perfect for families. You can walk to Las Américas in about 20 minutes or take a taxi for around €10. I also had a lovely massage at the spa. If you’re looking for a relaxing family holiday, definitely book this hotel — you won’t regret it!

Just absolutely loved it..5* all day long. First (and certainly not last) all inclusive we have done together and first holiday with our children. Two adults, and two 5 month olds. Amazing staff. Stunning, clean rooms with some lovely touches for the children. Great pools, and the best most relaxed atmosphere, friendly for children. Never felt overcrowded or too busy. Other guests seemed nice and respectful also. The food was high quality and good variety overall. I would suggest possibly a few more vegetarian options but it does cater pretty well. The staff at the restaurant were lovely - and the lifeguard and entertainment coordinators were so lovely and friendly also. We would love to come back again in the future. Let's hope the price does not rocket up with all the good reviews.

We had the most amazing 7 days at green garden resort, family of 3 with our 18 month old daughter. This is such a lovely family friendly hotel! So much for kids from daytime activities to evening entertainment. All the staff were so lovely, hotel is so clean and modern. The restaurant was brilliant from themed nights to food choices at all meal times. Pool area is so clean and well kept with a baby pool for younger kids a family pool which had activities for the whole family each day and a pool for adults also. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely return to green garden resort for another family holiday in the future

Just spent 6 days here. What a beautiful resort. Great people, amazing staff (every single one of them is a credit to this resort) and really good food and entertainment on offer. The location is set about a 30ish minute walk from the waterfront and mostly downhill, cabs are easily available outside and at a reasonable cost and the rooms are more than adequate. We had afew issues with the electric tripping but the fusebox was just behind the door and easily fixed. When first reported the handyman was there within minutes. I honestly cant find much fault with the resort at all. Food options are great. Fresh bread and salad available daily and options seemed to suit all diets. The staff are the highlight, they are all incredible and willing to chat, help with any problems and work their butts off. Just remember if you want a lay in past 9am, hang up your sign! Oh and if you want a trip on the water, the peter pan whale watching trip is a bargain and very respectful to the wildlife, pilot whales, dolphins and the odd turtle all on offer and topped off with a dip on the way back for under €30 for 2 people. Brilliant experience all round, just avoid the strip, you may well get mugged, pickpocketed or like me, spiked with GHB, probably the only downside to the island. Everything else was brilliant!

Lovely resort small and very family friendly extremely clean and well kept. Great for families with small children. Many attractions a very small taxi ride away and their also shuttle services. It may be worth going big shop on day one at Siam mall otherwise everything can be a bit of trek if it’s for small things. Also if can go all inclusive it might be worth it as food is good but paying daily to add dinner can add up very fast.
