Stayed there with my wife 1st week February. Very nice, well maintained establishment. Cozy feeling with your own Villa in an enclosed green "garden". Good & friendly customer service. A lot of families with small children but still a very calm experience. The local restaurant runs a buffe´ concept on breakfasts and dinners, the latter with different themes each day such as italian, mexican etc. The dishes served could absolutely be improved in taste. Personally, I would rather prefer a fixed menu with a focus on making them as good as possible. We ended up buying groceries in a supermarket and prepared our own food in our own kitchen. But all in all, I would absolutely recommend this place.

Couldn't fault our stay. A good assortment of Gluten Free food, lovely attentive staff,clean rooms, g9od air con in each bedroom. 5 min drive from las americas and los cristianos. 10 mins from adeje. Easy transport with a (free?) bus from the hotel door although we hired a car. 2 large pools 1.5 m deep with no loud music. A smaller 0.8 m pool attached to one and a separate baby pool 45cm with its own seating area. We used them all for our 4 and 5 year olds. Decently equipped kitchens with a stove and some plates and utensils etc for self catering. The all inclusive was perfect for us though. Entertainment each night after dinner was a welcome treat also. Great for families wanting to relax by and pool and also qell equipped for families wanting to explore and be more self sufficient. The on-site store is also well stocked with everything you'd need for your holiday, theres free water tap on site for filling bottles and a nice games area too. We'll definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Tenerife.

Kind of brilliant - but loosing its edge? We’ve been twice now (a rarity for us). Private bungalow/apartments - two bedrooms, lounge and a Kitchen (so perfect for us and the kids) - with a restaurant, pool, kids entertainment and mini-supermarket on site. Sounds perfect - and it is pretty dam good - especially at the price. It’s beginning to feel tired though - it needs a lick of paint and a winter spruce up. The kitchen felt like an afterthought (or maybe most the normal guests don’t want to cook) - it’s well equipped with appliances - but minimum pans/knives/plates to actually be able to cook…. Restaurant does the job - staff are brilliant - but not “our thing” - I don’t really want a magician/variety act as I eat. Pools are great. So are all the other touches for the kids - though arguably our 11 year old was too old for most of it….

We stayed one week with family and really enjoyed with food and impressed with facilities. Special thanks to Mr. Karim in resutrnat as bar man always smiling and happy to help. Always brought cold jug water to kids even in non standard working hours. When we requested some drinks always brought with professionalism and happiness . He loves his job and families with kids. Bless him.

Amazing place to chill and relax. Surroundings are beautiful, very green and clean 🏝️ A lot of beautiful plants, birds and a cat. Our daughters spend a lot of time petting and playing with this cat, we think she/he is local? We really enjoyed our private villa. We especially chose this resort because of the villas instead of the room in a huge building. The location is a little bit far away from the beach and from the city but we rented a car via reception and had no problem with reaching everything we need. I saw that number of people were complaining about the food but in my opinion the food is good enough. There were planty of choices even for picky eaters. Every night there was a different theme for food and that was exciting because you don’t know what you’re getting 🙃we really enjoyed the barbecue lunch on Wednesday. Evening shows were entertaining, the Chinese dragon night and the magic night were the best for us. The foam party and the disco at Thursday were outstanding. The music was amazing! My suggestion is to do that disco every day 🤪the vibe was amazing. A big shout out to the staff!!! Every day, morning or evening, they greeted us with smiles, everyone of them was amazing. The guy at the bar (Oscar) was a real jokester 😅💪 Overall it was a great vacation. We are leaving tomorrow and I hope we will be back ❤️‍🔥
