What can I say about this hotel? The location is perfect. If you don’t mind a bit of a walk you can get into the middle of town however it’s not on a main road and so you have some peace and quiet at night. The food in the restaurant was really good. We had full board with breakfast, lunch and dinner and every day. It was good delicious food. The staff were super friendly. The people are really nice over there and my wife loved the flora and fauna that was all over the hotel area. The pools were great, although we didn’t spend much time in the central pool as we had our own pool in our Villa. You can tell that this is a hotel of a superior quality, even the patrons were respectful, not rowdy and nice and quiet. All in all, we had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would gladly recommend it to anyone staying in Tenerife.

Fantastic hotel! Cleanest hotel we have ever been too. Rooms are so spacious and comfortable. Staff are brilliant and always happy. Nice relaxed hotel (sun beds still available at 10am!!!!) It is only a small resort so the food options for inclusive are not massive but the quality of food is brilliant. Entertainment staff cannot do any more for the children, always with a smile on their face. Would definitely return and we've never returned to the same hotel twice

I would strongly advise against staying at this resort. At first glance, everything seems perfect—beautiful location, nice rooms, and a pleasant pool area. However, after just one night, we returned to our room to find that someone had gone through our luggage. Naturally, we suspected some of our belongings were missing and reported the incident to management. Unfortunately, the manager's response was shocking. She was not only unhelpful but also dishonest and unsympathetic. Although the issue seemed to be resolved at first, the following morning we were suddenly informed that we were being evicted immediately, based on false accusations made by the manager herself. We were promised a refund for the remaining eight nights of our stay but were essentially thrown out with no explanation. To this day, we have not received the promised refund. I would hate for anyone else to go through this terrible experience.

Fantastic hotel. Food was delicious and varied. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, especially towards our young daughter. Two swimming pools which were ample sizes and people weren’t overly reserving sun beds. Nightly entertainment. Clean and spacious accommodation. Short walk down into town and the local beaches. Recommended.

Beautiful hotel. All staff are welcoming and always polite. Foods great just not a huge selection. They have a different theme for food everyday. Very clean and spacious rooms. Only downfall is just bit far from town/beach if your not mobile but taxi are cheap enough.
