Stayed there with my wife 1st week February. Very nice, well maintained establishment. Cozy feeling with your own Villa in an enclosed green "garden". Good & friendly customer service. A lot of families with small children but still a very calm experience. The local restaurant runs a buffe´ concept on breakfasts and dinners, the latter with different themes each day such as italian, mexican etc. The dishes served could absolutely be improved in taste. Personally, I would rather prefer a fixed menu with a focus on making them as good as possible. We ended up buying groceries in a supermarket and prepared our own food in our own kitchen. But all in all, I would absolutely recommend this place.

It’s our first family holiday in a kid-friendly hotel as our son is just old enough to appreciate it. We have not been disappointed. It’s pristinely clean, members of staff are friendly, a few sandpits, a kiddy pool, entertainment for everyone. And the location is excellent. We hired a car and we can get to a lot of places within 10-15 minute drive. I wouldn’t however recommend going all-inclusive at this place. We booked breakfast and we paid for a couple of dinners. Food here is just fine. It’s tasty enough, but it’s lacking a bit of love, a bit of refinement. Thankfully there are well equipped kitchens here and plenty of places to eat out nearby.

This our second visit here and it was even better than last time The food is fresh and a great variety The family villa is spacious for a family of 4 The hotel grounds are well maintained and always clean However, the best part of our stay is the staff! Every single member of staff is friendly, polite and can’t do enough for you! They made us feel like family. Special shout out to Katy, Fanny, Yousef, Jose, Sonia, Nico and Veronica We are already planning our 2026 trip

Just absolutely loved it..5* all day long. First (and certainly not last) all inclusive we have done together and first holiday with our children. Two adults, and two 5 month olds. Amazing staff. Stunning, clean rooms with some lovely touches for the children. Great pools, and the best most relaxed atmosphere, friendly for children. Never felt overcrowded or too busy. Other guests seemed nice and respectful also. The food was high quality and good variety overall. I would suggest possibly a few more vegetarian options but it does cater pretty well. The staff at the restaurant were lovely - and the lifeguard and entertainment coordinators were so lovely and friendly also. We would love to come back again in the future. Let's hope the price does not rocket up with all the good reviews.

Good things first -facility well located easy access to shopping , restaurants and beach areas. Staff is friendly and helpful, facility is villas or group of villas setup in well maintained and beautiful garden. Child friendly place was full with families with small children. Garden and green flowers all around is the highlight. Not so good- we stayed for 7 days half boarding we did not like the food at the dinners very small choices and changes despite the theme changes they were using very basic food choices. Desserts were being recycled it was obvious leftover were back the next day. Most of the food choices were at the lowest level for example only 1 type fish (cod) was available all days, shrimps only for gala dinner, breakfast was fine. I cannot recommend them for food it needs a huge change, quality of fish chicken or meats used not good compared to the price paid.
