I stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately, my experience did not match the expectations set by the photos online. Positives: • The breakfast was decent and satisfying. • The room itself was functional, and everything was kept clean. • The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and helpful, definitely a highlight of the stay! Negatives: • The photos online make the hotel appear far more luxurious than it actually is. In reality, it’s more of an apartment-style hotel with no real services like room service, which was disappointing. Lots of water and pipes problems. • It was quite noisy during my stay, and the noise levels made it hard to relax. • The overall standard of the hotel did not match what was advertised. Overall, while the staff and cleanliness were great, the experience didn’t meet the expectations set by the online presentation. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for a luxury stay as pictured in the photos.

An utter gem of a hotel. The location and rooms are very nice. The food is far above our expectations (and far better than other, more expensive, hotels we have stayed at). What makes this hotel so perfect is the staff and the service. They go above and beyond to be helpful and professional. I am so pleased we found this place, we will definitely be back

Beautiful hotel, warm service, we were greeted upon arrival with a personel nice presentation welcome drink, several pools in different locations in the hotel, a private beach in front, lots of activities for children, there is parking for cars to the hotel. We were in a large room with 2 bedrooms and a kitchenette with the option of self cooking for those relevant

Stayed for a week and had a nice holiday. Rooms are clean and ok. Living area was a bit small (we stayed in the loft/appartments). Rooms were a bit noisy, i could hear our neighboors talking. On our last day our kids (12 and 15) went into the heated pool for a bit. The weather wasn't great (windy and a bit of rain). They were sent out after a few minutes by someone (guy) from the staff (main desk). He said, because of the weather it was dangerous. 15 minutes later we went out for a walk (weather was unchanged) and we saw several kids and adults in the pool.. So service 3 stars out of 5.. Location was perfect near the beach.

We had a really great week at this hotel! The staff were excellent, really helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent every morning with a good selection of local foods alongside staples. The pool and beach were both really great, it is next to a road that you have to cross to get to the beach but it was never busy enough to be problem. We both had fantastic massages in their wellness centre on our last day which were a (necessary!) highlight. Room was fairly basic but we were really only there to sleep so not so much of a problem for us!
