Rooms need update. Sockets are rare, chair pillows not on their place, not enough shade in the kitchen area for those who sleep in that area. Breakfast was very good and the hotel staff beyond excellent. When the good weather hits it's beautiful to be here because of sun loungers, pool and sea in proximity. Overall a pleasant experience with a few minor details that need to be checked in the room

Stayed here off season. The staff were very nice. That is the good news. The room was cold and no heating. It is located on a very busy noisy road. The pool is 1 m from road, not shown on website. No lift, so prepare to carry bags up. It is not in the historic part of town, and the surrounding area is not for tourists. We decided to stay only 1 night and they charged us for an additional night even though we cancelled our reservation. Not very nice service from Reservations (Sophia).

I have stayed in Grecotel hotels but this one is big disappointment. Even though the concept of a village is cute, the rooms are basic. From what you see in the pictures there is big difference in what you get. I asked for a Coke and I was filled a cup with a hose and I tasted worse than McDonalds. Parking is 100 meters away in an alley and trough a narrow passage so late at night it’s not a pleasant walk especially if you wear heels because there is gravel. I was quite disappointed. Cleaning staff was quite noisy in the morning with the gossip. Grecotel should be ashamed.

Fabulous place, we stayed in a studio which was lovely but the downstairs is a little odd with a bed in the middle of the room. A sofa bed would have made more sense but the upstairs bed was uncomfortable so we ended up using it. Would be nice to be able to add your TV subscriptions so there was more options on the rainy days but not essential. Food is lovely but found the price a little steep for what it was. There are better options a short walk away.
Views are fantastic and staff are wonderful.
It was an excellent holiday.
The only thing that really bothered me was that if your room is on the front of the hotel you hear the bar music playing from 8am till late and its the same few songs on repeat.

We stayed here as a group of around 15 of us for my mums wedding and the staff were just amazing! The room was clean and refreshed every day, the beds were so comfy and everything catered to what we needed. The back of the hotel is like a small town full of backstreets and was great! There isn’t many sunbeds by the main pool but on the beach there are plenty of sunbeds just for the hotel with servers willing to order your drinks. Overall an amazing stay, they provided champagne and decorations on the bed on the evening of the wedding. Definitely recommend.
