we've been to the hotel for six days in August. after I've made the order, i've seen some bad reviews regarding the rooms condition. So we came a bit concerned. But i can say just the opposite, the room we got was in a good condition. (sea view apartment) It wasn't build yesterday, but everything was fine, and I absolutely don't think it's out dated. The room was clean, and we had everything we needed. The hotel location is good for many reasons, first it's beach, which is just across the street (also great service by the waiters there). It's not far away from the old city, and you can find many stores and restaurants (check Manolis place) in the street. It also has a private parking, which is located at the street near by. the breakfast has variety of foods, and you also have custom made omelets. Also the staff are very friendly and helpful.

I had a good stay at the hotel. The breakfast team was amazing and always available, and the reception staff were very kind and professional. However, the cleanliness needs improvement, and the housekeeping team should pay more attention to details. Overall, great staff but cleaning standards could be better.

Mixed bag, room not great, issues with cleanliness, bathroom shower, & towels. Sunbeds a disaster. Location brilliant, hotel approx 40 mins from old town. Beach right in front of hotel. Service from staff excellent Sofia, Theo. & especially front of house. All the staff were lovely, but extra thanks would go to Mickail & Kalliopi. She was attentive, supportive, presentable, approachable. Nothing was too much of a bother. Courteous & polite. At all time very professional. An excellent asset to the hotel.

Disappointing, no value for money whatsoever. The room was poorly equipped and not functional at all. We had a maisonette and on the ground floor there was no mirror in the room, only in the small bathroom, and no TV. The shower cabin was 70x70 cm, with very low water pressure. We had half-board but only ate there one evening — the food quality was unacceptable. The pools were small and usually crowded, making it hard to find a sunbed, and there was a lot of noise. No soundproofing in the rooms — you could hear everything around you. Without the air conditioning on 24/7, it was impossible to stay in the room. The interior felt like something from the 90s or early 2000s! Definitely not worth the money we paid — probably only suitable for mass tourism. On the other hand, the staff were extremely polite and the exterior architecture was interesting — this is what misled us and made us overlook the details. The management went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and welcomed our feedback with genuine interest. We truly appreciate their efforts and look forward to seeing the hotel evolve even further.

​We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff truly made the experience exceptional, and we'd like to extend a special thanks to the manager, Thodoris, for his outstanding service. The reception staff were also amazing and helpful throughout our visit. ​The breakfasts were very good, with a great variety of options including eggs, custom-made omelets, fresh fruits, vegetables, cheeses, and pastries. The coffee was also excellent. Dinner was decent, though we felt the beef and fish were a bit overcooked, which is an area for improvement. It was a surprise that drinks, including water, were not included with dinner, as this is often complimentary hospitality. However, they do have a wide selection of wines available for purchase. A nice option is being able to exchange dinner for a €20 per person credit towards an à la carte or beach lunch. ​Our room was spacious and bright. Housekeeping was generally very good, with daily changes of sheets and bin liners, though we noticed some dust in corners that could be improved upon. The shower cabin was on the smaller side, which might be an issue for some. We appreciated the provided shower gel, shampoo, and soap, as well as the small kitchenette with a decent-sized fridge and freezer. ​The hotel has two small pools with limited sunbeds, but this was not a problem at all as they have an abundance of sunbeds on the beautiful sandy beach. It's a real plus that you don't need swimming shoes, and there's a separate adults-only section. We never had to worry about finding a free sunbed, even later in the day. Beach towels were provided and were available even after we checked out, along with a shower we could use before heading to the airport. ​Hotel is not in the old town so it's quiet at night, it's a 30min walk to the old town. There are plenty off shops and restaurants nearby. ​Overall, despite a few minor areas for improvement, the outstanding service from the staff made our stay truly wonderful.
