The Grecotel Marine Palace & Aqua Park all-inclusive programme includes the following:

  • American buffet breakfast with fitness food corner and local corner with traditional products at the Marine Palace Restaurant. Late continental breakfast at Trattoria di Casa Marina restaurant and at the ?ig Blue Greek Taverna (high season, weather permitting)
  • Buffet lunch at the Marine Palace Restaurant and at the Big Blue Greek Taverna (high season, weather permitting). Street food, salads and snacks at the Marin Bay Club (high season, weather permitting). Wine, beer, water and refreshments included
  • Buffet dinner at the Marine Palace Restaurant. A la carte dining at the Marin Bay Club, Trattoria di Casa Marina, Big Blue Greek Taverna, The Dining Out experience and a barbeque option at Antikristo Traditional (7pm to 10pm, selected days, high season and weather permitting, booking required). Wine, beer, water and refreshments included
  • Snacks at selected hours and bars during the day and midnight snacks
  • Coffee and desserts served at bars (cakes at selected hours)
  • International labels and local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (10.30am to 1am)
  • Children’s dining available at the main restaurant during the breakfast, lunch and dinner service

We booked a ground-floor bungalow with sea view and a king-size bed, paying extra because we are traveling with 7-month-old twins. At check-in, however, we were told we had been “upgraded” to a family bungalow. I refused the upgrade, asking for the exact room we had booked, and was told I could change it later if I didn’t like it. Half an hour later, after seeing the chaos of two single beds pushed together plus four unnecessary extra beds crammed into the space, I went back to reception—only to be told that at midnight the hotel was full and no change was possible. Two completely different answers within minutes is simply unacceptable. This was our first holiday with the babies and it was ruined from the first night. When I raised the issue, the man at reception responded with arrogance, saying things like “this is what you paid for” and even “these are our beds.” When I complained about the sea view he sarcastically said, “it’s night now, you can’t see it.” The only positive note that evening was a very kind and empathetic lady at reception who promised a topper for the bed — not a full solution, but at least she tried. The next morning, things improved. I spoke with the manager, who was extremely polite and helpful, and later a lovely staff member personally showed me a different room — smaller, cozy, with a much better sea view, and perfect for our needs. From that moment, we could finally enjoy our holiday. The resort itself is very large and beautifully maintained, with multiple pools (big and small), restaurants, beach bars, water sports options, and a private beach within easy reach. The food selection is generous and tasty, and the staff throughout the resort are friendly and attentive. So while our first night was unpleasant and stressful, the following days completely changed our impression and allowed us to actually relax and enjoy the stay.

We had an amazing 8-day family vacation at this all-inclusive resort! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding – luggage taken care of right away, cold towels to refresh us, and even an upgrade to a bungalow close to the playground since we had a baby. The food was varied and delicious, the drinks and cocktails were excellent, and the kids had endless fun at the water park with great slides. The evening shows and parties were lively and entertaining. The rooms were comfortable and the location was perfect for families. On our departure day, the staff went above and beyond by opening the dining room at 5 AM just for us. Exceptional service all around – we will definitely be back with the extended family!

Exceptional Service and a Wonderful Family Experience! My family and I just completed a fantastic stay at Grecotel Marine Palace & Aqua Park with our group of 16 people across 4 rooms. While our travel agent had made an error with our booking, the hotel staff went above and beyond to resolve the situation with remarkable professionalism and understanding. I want to give special recognition to Amalia at reception and the entire management team, who took the time to carefully explain all our options and work with us to ensure we had the best possible experience. Their kindness and problem-solving approach truly impressed us and set the tone for our entire stay. Beyond the outstanding customer service, the hotel itself exceeded our expectations. The incredible variety of pools provided something for everyone in our large family group, from the little ones to the adults. The food options were diverse and delicious, and there were plenty of activities to keep our entire group entertained throughout our visit. This was our first time staying at Grecotel Marine Palace & Aqua Park, but it certainly won't be our last. We're already looking forward to returning next year! Thank you to the entire team for making our family vacation so memorable.

This resort is a great choice for families with children over 7, but it feels more like a summer camp. It's massive and crowded with plenty of activities, though it's not a relaxing place. The rooms are old, the food is just okay, and some of the evening shows can be a bit vulgar. The staff, however, is wonderful. We want to give a special thanks to Raphaela, who did her best to make our stay more enjoyable. In the end, we moved to a smaller and more relaxing 5 stars hotel.

Grecotel Marine Palace is a beautiful hotel complex located directly on a stunning sandy beach, surrounded by a vast and carefully maintained Mediterranean garden. The resort is set on gently sloping terrain and consists of a main building, a bungalow area, and a large water park that's especially popular with children. The hotel stands out for its relaxing atmosphere and high-quality services. The rooms are spacious, bright, and tastefully furnished, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. There are several restaurants and bars on-site, six swimming pools, sports facilities, a wellness center, and both outdoor and indoor fitness areas. An extensive entertainment program is available for both kids and adults. Special attention is given to families, with a rich kids’ program, playgrounds, and even a daily nursery, making this hotel an excellent choice for families with children. The food is excellent, offering a wide selection of international, Greek, Italian, and Asian cuisine, as well as a generous variety of fruits, vegetables, desserts, and drinks—including a broad range of cocktails. All areas of the hotel are spotlessly clean and well-maintained. A special highlight is the genuinely warm, friendly, and accommodating approach of the hotel staff and management. The entire stay was unforgettable, and I will definitely return. I highly recommend this hotel even to more demanding guests—there's truly something for everyone to enjoy here. A big thank you to the entire hotel team for a wonderful stay and an unforgettable experience!
