​Our week-long stay at the Grecotel LUX ME White Palace at end of September swas absolutely wonderful, leaving us feeling completely satisfied. The hotel, pools and our room were exceptionally clean, demonstrating a high standard of maintenance. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and truly made our experience special. Dining was a major highlight, with the food being consistently superb. The exclusive dinner experience at the farm was particularly unforgettable. We also greatly enjoyed trying all the different à la carte restaurants. Using the convenient hotel application to make our reservations before arrival worked seamlessly. Our vacation was truly memorable, and we would happily choose to return someday.

Went September 2025, didn't get the arrival experience everyone else seemed to get. Room keys didn't work, tv on but no signal could not change any channels because No batteries in remote. Room dated with poor stoage but 2 fridge unit cabinets! One could have been a drawer unit to help. Shower dangerous as the floor was a gloss ceramic tile and very very slippery when wet! The shower head was the old hand held 3 inch leftover from the old bath. No shower cap and toiletries poor quality. People great. Food good with the exception of Tavernaki which was not our taste and poor in comparrison to the Agreco Farm which we appreciate was Ctetian where Tavernaki was Greek. Buffet was a bit boring with not much seafood. Whilst a modern hotel it was generally uncomfortable. If you are a couple beware, this is a family friendly hotel(their words) and a bit like a nursery!

On arrival we were greeted by Christos who having sorted our cases, sat us down in reception arranged refreshments, a cool towel and sorted our check in. The only time we moved was to pay the environmental tax and Christos to show us around and then to our room. Our cases were brought it was fantastic. We had a sea view room, large and spacious and whilst some say the rooms are dated they are bright white and exceptionally clean. What dates them is the wardrobes but we had two so for once I could hang my clothes as well as my wife’s. We booked all restaurants in advance - would recommend. The best is the Greek and the White which is fine dining. Food was brilliant. Lunch in the Italian also. Drinks are all premium but the people make it. The staff are brilliant and because everyone’s having a great time all the guest are happy acknowledging each other even dancing together irrespective of language barriers. In short this is a great hotel. The bus service into the local town is 4 euros there and back for two and well worth a visit. The old town especially. Can’t recommend highly enough.

We had our wedding here in September 2025 and it was beautiful! The staff, particularly Dimitra, did a wonderful job of executing our special event. The beach here isn’t the best, but the views and service are wonderful. The food is great and we enjoyed the pool, although it does get very busy. The only reason I knocked off a star is because the hotel has expanded and has old and new rooms, and unfortunately we got a room in the older side of the hotel and I wish they had offered to upgrade us or asked if we preferred to switch to a newer room, especially given that we had our wedding preparations and photos taken in the room. But overall, this is a gorgeous place to stay in Crete and we’d love to come back!

I had an amazing experience at LUXME White! The private beach is huge and perfect for swimming or trying different water sports. The hotel also offers plenty of paid options like parasailing, which was super fun! The food was incredible and absolutely worth the price. I had dinner every night at the à la carte restaurants (I made reservations about two weeks in advance — highly recommend doing that). The Agreco Farm experience was wonderful — I really enjoyed walking around to see the animals and plants, and the farm-to-table meal was so fresh and delicious. The White fine dining restaurant was also amazing — highly recommend it! We stayed here to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, and I booked the standard birthday package, which included champagne, flowers, and a beautifully made chocolate cake. It was such a thoughtful surprise and made the trip truly unforgettable! I will definitely visit the Grecotel LUX series again!
