Great place to stay while in Crete. The staff were excellent and went above and beyond. We booked the beach front villa with a private pool and patio (the hotel has it listed as the “Villa Luxe Yali Seafront Prive Pool”), which was well worth the money. It provided the perfect way to relax poolside while providing complete privacy from the other guests. Highly recommend booking this villa if funds allow.

Mine and my partner’s stay at the Luxme white was absolutely fantastic from the location to the food and facilities were amazing. Everyday there was always something to do with amazing evening activities for everyone to get involved with the rooms were superb with amazing air conditioning. Would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be returning in the future

A truly five-star experience! Luxme White delivered on every front. The general atmosphere was sophisticated and comfortable. I was particularly impressed by the incredible vegan options at the buffet – a rare and much-appreciated treat! Dining in their restaurants was a pleasure, with fantastic food and attentive staff. The pool was beautiful and a great place to unwind. Highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable stay!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel and really enjoyed many aspects of it. The grounds and rooms are spotless, the cleaning staff always polite and smiling, and our sea-view room with infinity pool access was a real highlight. The food was excellent, especially the homemade bread, pastries, and the Italian restaurant which consistently delivered beautifully presented dishes. The wine library with Charlotte’s recommendations was also a great touch, and breakfast à la carte was a wonderful experience. The gym is well equipped, the shop is very well stocked, and reception staff were always helpful. Evening entertainment was enjoyable, especially the Marmitas band and the DJ. That said, some areas could be improved. Service in the restaurants often felt slow and chaotic, with staff rarely checking in unless prompted, which took away from the luxury feel. Booking à la carte restaurants through the app was frustrating and availability limited, while the kids’ cooking lessons were never clearly scheduled. Outdoor restaurants also lacked proper shade, making lunchtime and early dinners uncomfortably hot, and later dinners overcrowded. Finally, access to the aqua park was not free as advertised, though the hotel kindly offered us complimentary entry once we raised the issue. Overall, this is a beautiful and very clean hotel with delicious food, great facilities, and some outstanding staff. With smoother service and clearer communication, it has the potential to truly deliver on the luxury experience.

We had the best holiday experience ever. The swim up, sea view room was amazing. The staff were amazing. The food was all gorgeous. But when all of this comes together, you get a vibe. We both felt totally relaxed, chilled out, able to unwind and soak in the atmosphere.
