We've had an absolutely fantastic stay, which exceeded our expectations. This was our first all-inclusive resort stay, and compared to experiences shared by friends, we were very positively surprised by:
- The quality of the food, and the fact that after almost a week at the resort we didn't feel bored by the wide selection and changing dishes.
- The training and friendliness of the staff.
- The quality and diversity of pool and beach installations, and the range of nice spaces where to spend time and relax.
- The quality of the music and entertainment.
It was a delightful experience overall, and we look forward to visiting again! Great job!

First time staying at this chain of hotels and we were very impressed. The actual grounds are quite large and spacious - it never felt crowded.
There are plenty of pools and beach space, to reiterate again - it never felt crowded.
The buffet food was excellent (the best at a hotel I've tried) and the drinks and cocktails on offer were amazing.
Each hotel member was highly trained and communication was never a problem. A member at the front desk organised a VERY LAST SECOND cab ride from the port to the hotel and we didn't pay a premium price.
The hotel room we had was huge, and the whole experience was just perfect.

A lot of mixed feelings about this hotel.
Pros:
Good rooms, friendly staff, large open spaces to walk in the evenings, it is indeed like a botanical garden, with a lot of green spaces all around, kid friendly, nice beach, nice aqua park, good food.
Cons:
1. Immediately when you walk in the lobby, there is no air conditioning. They have the air conditioning ON, but they keep the doors open, which makes no sense, since it is 40 degrees outside. The same situation happens in the restaurant, which is a HUGE inconvenience when you want to have lunch. Dinner time is a little less hot, but still a challenge. On top of that, AT check out they CHARGE 10€/day FOR AIR CONDITIONING! THE AUDACITY!
2. Mosquitoes! Too many, too hungry! No spray will work! Being a Botanical Garden, they should have pest control, but they do not.
3. The SMELL at the restaurants outside area. Not really sewer smell, but something close to it. Very disappointing that you have to eat in that area.
4. Housekeeping. Sheets and towels not changed every day.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, a perfect holiday destination for families and children with beautiful private beach, a mini zoo with animals and great set of 5 slides with different speed and age set in the hotel owned water park.
The main restaurant can get crowded, make sure you can use the fine dining/ a la carte Restaurants as well if you want to avoid crowds.
The kids disco and entertainment program was very much enjoyed as well. Recommended.

The service in this hotel is horrible. The restaurant doesn’t have air conditioning and you have to eat lunch and dinner at 40 degrees. Outside is hot and inside the restaurant is even hotter. And we had to pay a tax 10€ per person a day at the end for air conditioning.
There is a horrible smell near the restaurant where you eat.
They dont change the sheets and towels in the room everyday.
They have A LOT of mosquitoes 🦟 around the hotel because they haven’t disinfected the area. You cannot go out during the evening without mosquito spray.
