If you are looking for luxury, go away! 1. Do not trust the photos, they are misleading and do not reflect reality at all! 2. Upon arrival no one welcomes you! Manage to take out your luggage and ask for information. Quite surprising for a 5 star, the first impression is already unflattering. This shows a lack of security anyone can enter this hotel. 3. Nice furniture only at the entrance of the hotel to hide the dilapidated state of the establishment! Dilapidated rooms, common areas and service. We are far from 5 stars in terms of quality of equipment and service. The beach is just a big joke! Horrible, we can't even go there. The pretty photos taken on the website are actually a few deckchairs placed on asphalt. 4. Quite disappointed with the quality and quantity of food choices. We are in Greece the food is very good in this country but the hotel food does not reflect Greek gastronomy. sadly there was not even olives at the buffet in the country known for its olives. Luckily I didn't take the all-inclusive option which is a scam ! With the same budget you can eat on magnificent private beaches which are really luxurious. 5. The rooms have aged very badly and are not very hygienic. You will sleep next to a fridge that makes noise all night, cobwebs, dirty sheets, dilapidated doors and insects. 6. The service is deplorable, there is a fundamental lack of staff and training. You can wait more than half an hour to have a table cleared. If you are in a hurry you will then have to accept eating next to other clients dirty dishes. 7. Finally, you are made to wait more than half an hour for a taxi to go to the airport knowing that it must have been booked the day before. 8. In short, nothing luxurious and nothing easy in this hotel. Well, yes only the price remains luxurious.

Lovely place. Lovely staff, but they just needed a couple more waiters to handle the quantity of guests at breakfast. Great time was had by all. The Children's beds were a little hard.

**Review: Kos Grecotel Imperial LuxMe** I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Kos Grecotel Imperial LuxMe and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The hotel boasts a stunning Mediterranean flair that truly sets it apart. The ambiance is charming and relaxing, making it the perfect getaway spot. The service was outstanding throughout our stay. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always eager to help, ensuring every aspect of our visit was perfect. Whether it was at the pool or in the various dining areas, the service consistently exceeded our expectations. Our room, while not brand new, was in good condition and very comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed, and the housekeeping staff did a great job of keeping it clean and tidy. The decor reflected the hotel's overall Mediterranean theme, adding to the charm. One of the highlights was the pool area, which was beautifully maintained and offered excellent service. Lounging by the pool was a delight, with staff readily available to assist with drinks. Overall, Kos Grecotel Imperial LuxMe is a fantastic hotel that combines excellent service with a beautiful Mediterranean setting. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing and luxurious vacation.

Stayed 1 week August 23. Never stayed anywhere so friendly, anywhere in the world. Staff polite without exception. Most welcoming of our 8 year old too. Very impressed with levels of service. A very well stocked buffet every evening, something for everyone. The room was spotless. Bathroom well appointed. The gardens stunning. The numerous pools clean and inviting. I looked at the couple of negative reviews and concluded, they much have stayed somewhere else! I thoroughly recommend this hotel for a safe enjoyable family holiday.

Not quite 5 star, the rooms need updating. On the other hand service above average. Plenty of food choices. A few swimming pools, though all outdoor pools were unheated(late October and cold water) Beach was pebbles but very clear water and plenty of sea life for a spot of snorkeling. Had a kids club too, which my kids thoroughly enjoyed and insisted on returning back to.
