Not quite 5 star, the rooms need updating. On the other hand service above average. Plenty of food choices. A few swimming pools, though all outdoor pools were unheated(late October and cold water) Beach was pebbles but very clear water and plenty of sea life for a spot of snorkeling. Had a kids club too, which my kids thoroughly enjoyed and insisted on returning back to.

Absolutely beautiful hotel and views, the service was perfect and the food was amazing. One of the waitresses, Andrea, was outstanding, she always made our table welcome and even when she was busy she'd come over with a "hi chef" or ask how we were even when she was busy.

We had the most relaxing holiday in a long while. The staff, food and ambiance was perfect. Many areas to lie and soak up the sun, from a quiet beach location to an up beat pool side. Great for those who have kids and for us as well without. Our flight time got moved to a later time and the hotel agreed an affordable late check out rate which added to the extra comfort 12am departure. Thank you Kos Imperial for your hospitality and kindness during our stay. Highly recommended.

Stayed 1 week August 23. Never stayed anywhere so friendly, anywhere in the world. Staff polite without exception. Most welcoming of our 8 year old too. Very impressed with levels of service. A very well stocked buffet every evening, something for everyone. The room was spotless. Bathroom well appointed. The gardens stunning. The numerous pools clean and inviting. I looked at the couple of negative reviews and concluded, they much have stayed somewhere else! I thoroughly recommend this hotel for a safe enjoyable family holiday.

Lovely hotel. Love the different pool areas - from Childrens, to adults only and the lively one. Buffet food is amazing food considering it is buffet style. Lots of choice with amazing views. It would be good if they have the menus and more information about the hotel and surrounding areas in the room. We were on our honeymoon so we were lucky to get an upgrade to a bungalow which was beautiful. Would definitely come back with our little boy
