Our stay at Grecotel Creta Palace was excellent, and we were especially impressed by Sotiris at the Lobby Bar. His professionalism, attentiveness, and warm demeanor truly enhanced our experience. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were well looked after. A standout member of the team.

We absolutely loved this place. The welcome was outstanding with just the right amount of information. The activities were discrete, really great and kid's club spot on. Family disco was well handled and the Saolin Acrobats out of this world. The staff were immaculately friendly, polite and engaged even though our stay was the very last week of the season. Our room was well looked after all week. It wasn't fully booked as it was Oct-Nov so maybe there was a little more space for everything to happen easily. We had booked B&B and the breakfasts were varied, plentiful and delicious. Great, fresh food. The pool is salt water which is so much nicer than chlorine. The loungers were comfy, towels plentiful and there was no banging music (phew!) It felt really high class and like a luxury stay. Thank you, Grecotel Creta Palace for a very memorable 5 days.

I arrived at the hotel "Grecotel Kreta Palace" on the evening of 18/04 at 22:00. I went to the reception, paid the remaining money from the deposit I had given for a three-day stay with my family, and after I had completed my obligations to the hotel, they announced to me from the reception that I would not be going to the place I had booked.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Grecotel! Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite, and it exceeded all our expectations. The room was simply fantastic—spacious, beautifully designed, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The extra room in the suite was a game-changer, giving us a comfortable space to relax while our baby was sleeping. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect setup. The facilities at the hotel were equally impressive. The pools were pristine, the playground was perfect for our little one, and the breakfast was simply amazing—anything you could possibly imagine was there, and it was all delicious. Overall, our experience at Grecotel was outstanding, and we can't wait to return!
