We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Grecotel! Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite, and it exceeded all our expectations. The room was simply fantastic—spacious, beautifully designed, and the view was absolutely breathtaking.
The extra room in the suite was a game-changer, giving us a comfortable space to relax while our baby was sleeping. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect setup.
The facilities at the hotel were equally impressive. The pools were pristine, the playground was perfect for our little one, and the breakfast was simply amazing—anything you could possibly imagine was there, and it was all delicious.
Overall, our experience at Grecotel was outstanding, and we can't wait to return!

The hotel would be perfect without families with kids.
As previously mentioned by other guests: they don't allow late check-out, even if you are ready to pay, claiming they are fully booked. All booking websites showed perfect availability of all room categories.
In case you have a late night flight- good luck.

Our stay was very nice. The staff in the lobby exceptionally friendly and accommodating. While the room and water slides showed some signs of wear, it didn’t affect our enjoyment—our son had an amazing time! ☺️

Me and my family love this hotel. It is probably the best family vacation we have had so far. It is a little pricey, but it's totally worth it. The food is delicious and the location is excellent! If anything, I'll probably recommend improving the kids pool area. Other than that, everything was great.

This hotel is a true gem! Suitable for all generations - a lot of activities for families with children, as well as lovely options for couples including nice dining spots and cocktails. The beach is large with plenty of sunbeds, great service at the Beach bar as well. Attention to details is absolutely amazing - especially when it comes to Housekeeping and room cleaning. Beautiful towel decoration and fresh flowers. The location is just 10 minutes away from Rethymno old town with plenty of shops and restaurants. The staff is very polite and always happy to assist. Happy to return here!
