Staff and food are excellent. Hotel is clean and beautiful. Rooms are good but there are little ants in the room. The other negative point is that neither the outdoor restaurant nor the indoor spaces are air conditioned. You are all in sweat while dining. For half board package you should pay for all drinks even for water. No daily water in the room. The beach is rocky, you need shoes to enter the water. There are free little lunch and snacks for kids. No music around the pool. 2 slides and a small pool for kids. Showers available around the pool and the beach. Towels freely available. Mini market inside the hotel.

Lovely service, great space, beautiful view. The beach/sea isn’t the nicest for Greek standards but it’s still quite lovely. It’s deep so not ideal with toddlers/ young kids. I would have loved some traditional Cretan food options in one of the restaurants and a few more options for food at the beach. The staff were delightful and rooms were kept very clean throughout our stay.

Beautiful hotel with incredibly friendly staff and excellent food. The staff in the restaurant was exceptional - the team is fantastic, everyone was highly welcoming. Special thanks to Alena, who provided us with fantastic Greek hospitality and care, always coming for help. Her smile and genuine interest in our comfort played a giant role in forming a fantastic impression about the hotel. The rooms were really comfortable with a thorough cleaning service on a daily basis. Absolutely recommended!

Our family recently stayed at the hotel and had a wonderful time. Everyone of the staff was very attentive and friendly. The entire hotel was clean and well maintained. The food was excellent and we were blown away by the presentation and hospitality shown by everyone. We had seven people ranging from older parents to younger children and this exceeded everyone’s expectations. There was something for everyone in a very upscale environment.

The room reeked of cigarettes and was full of endless cracks and badly worn-out interiors. The bath wouldn’t drain properly either. Overall, the room was very outdated and desperately needed refurbishment. It was certainly not a 5-star hotel, even by Greek standards. We spent most of the first day trying to get moved to a more suitable room, but the hotel refused. Eventually, we gave up as it was ruining our holiday. We even tried escalating our complaint to the manager, but he refused to meet us, leaving the team to handle the situation, which says a lot about their leadership. Instead of moving us, maintenance visited three times to change the air conditioning filters, curtains, and bed sheets to try to remove the smell of smoke. It's absurd that they couldn’t just move us and fix the room after we left. Aside from the front desk staff, the rest of the team was typically very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was quite good with lots of choices. The beach and pool areas were well-maintained and serviced. The cleaner was brilliant and did her best to help with the smell. There’s also a nice little mini supermarket that sells everything you need. We won’t be returning due to the poor room standards and the attitude of the front desk staff, who seemed to have more personnel than necessary standing around. Maybe they should reconsider their wage allocation and invest some of it in refurbishing the rooms.
