So, I have to say, we have just come back from a lovely week at the Grecotel Casa Paradiso. The hospitality was second to none. It was my partner's birthday while we were there and they were so incredibly accommodating. They organised birthday cakes and balloons and romantic evening meals for us. They really went above and beyond! My partner was so happy! I was happy! The food was incredible with plenty of variety, the cocktails were amazing, and like I said, the staff were all wonderful! The sun loungers were super comfy, the bed in our room was one of the comfiest i have slept in for a long time and I love the fact they grow so much fruit and vegetables on site too! This really gave the hotel a homely feel! I would 100% recommend and come back again! Thank you team!

The hotel is really really good but in summer it’s really hot and there are not air conditioners in the dining room and in the lobby so i think they should add something. other than that they should add game room for kids at the evening with simulator, disk games, etc.
The stuffs are really nice and food is pretty good.

We have just returned from a wonderful week at Casa Paradiso. We booked all inclusive and were a bit worried about the options for our daughter who is a coeliac....we needn't have worried. From our arrival the staff were very attentive and offered to cook specific dishes for her. Kostas took particular care to ensure all our needs were met.
As a nine year old, she loves pasta, pizza and pancakes, all of which the chef cooked specifically for her. The variety of food available was impressive, as was the fresh fruit and veg served daily and mostly grown on site.
The vegetable gardens are a wonderful addition. To see your veg making its way from the garden to the kitchen and table is fantastic.
Having the mix of two pools and the beach meant the resort never felt crowded. The sides and water sports are great options for older children. The kids club and playgrounds ideal for little ones.
Overall we had a great time at the hotel and would recommend it for other families.

Food: Every single day, you have the same buffets; If you stay 2 weeks like we did, you'll go mad and eat outside this hotel.
Service: no problem unless you have a problem: Our toilet had problems, and one evening, there was a flood. urine and feces everywhere in the bathroom. Not bad for a 4 star hotel right? No appologies, no commercial gestures for a traumatic and smelly experience! Shame on you and don't you dare say what I am writing is not true!! I have plenty of pictures if needed.
Entertainment: if you stay 2 weeks like we did, week 2 we had the same shows as week 1
ALL-IN services: At the bar you can only take 2 drinks, so when you have a family with kids you had to go twice through the line to have drinks for your kids as well. very disappointing
Overall, this is at best a 3 star hotel and services.
Will not recomment this hotel.

Very nice hotel, close to the airport and on the beach with lovely scenery. Staff were amazing and went out of their way to help with any little thing and were very chatty with us. Greeted at the door with drinks whilst we checked in and staff took our bags to the room. The 24/7 whatsapp wasn’t good at all as we had a small ant problem and tried to contact the staff through whatsapp but 4 days later they still have not seen the message, the issue was quickly resolved when we sorted a cleaner who came to help. Rooms are a decent size, nothing special but do include a hairdryer, basic toiletries, usb ports and a mini fridge. Pools are a good size but a very kid friendly hotel so probably better for families rather than couples (could be due to going in german half term) however children are constantly running round the pool naked and using the grass as a toilet which isn’t nice at all and was not stopped by the many staff around. The all inclusive buffet is pretty decent, as a fussy person, i did not struggle. Pasta, pizzas, chicken and chips out every night with other foods changing each day so it does not get repetitive for those who like a variety. Towels provided whenever needed, and a hut with towels to take when you need. Beach is not lit up at night and did not feel safe as it is a board walk so take a torch if planning to go on the beach at night.
