I would like to thank all the staff for the great service: the people at the front desk, the staff behind the bars and the restaurant, the cleaners and especially a big shout out to the gardener for always taking amazing care for the environment there! We stayed here for a week and had a great time. Staff were lovely to deal with! To start with the negative points as that’s the most important part of a review: We felt slightly catfished by the beach photos. We were disappointed to find that the beach loungers were electric blue along with the umbrella but on the website photos the beach loungers are the same as the pool side seats. As a result of this the beach didn’t fit the aesthetic of the hotel - this isn’t a huge problem of course, just bizarre to use different photos on the website. Again, the website states there’s a themed dinner night every night however there was only one themed dinner night which included sushi. We were there for 7 nights so this was slightly disappointing. Before booking this hotel I read on reviews that staff were strict on guests reserving sunbeds but this wasn’t the case. By 9am there were no sunbeds available because people had reserved them with towels. Again, this was a shame and should be something staff are more strict on. Our room was great, but we were given a room directly above the bar and restaurant. This meant that every morning at 7am on the dot we were woken up by the staff setting up for the day. (Please see the video attached to understand how loud the chairs were scraping across the floor.) We were also kept awake in the morning by children screaming, shouting and running down the corridors at 7:30am (breakfast time). To prevent this there should be a rule on silent hours to ensure this doesn’t happen as it was quite frustrating. We didn’t sleep past 8am once during our holiday because of all the noise. However, our balcony door was sound proof - we were directly above the stage and couldn’t hear a thing when it was closed. We realised that after 9pm our TV changed to German, there was no way we could fix this as we did try so we asked reception about this and we assumed nothing could be done as they didn’t get back to us. Lastly, there should definitely be rules about jumping in the pool. Families didn’t seem to care what their kids were doing and they would splash each other and jump in the pool directly where couples were relaxing/ reading, getting them wet. They were also kicking balls across the pool which were hitting people lying down. As none of the parents seem to care, maybe this should be something the life guard is aware of. This was happening at the pool by breakfast, the other pool with the slide was too noisy and was mainly for children so we didn’t visit this one. Just to note, the wifi by the pool is also quite bad and it drops very easily, so definitely need to use 3G! We were only able to use the wifi in our rooms and at breakfast. However, most of these concerns aren’t directed at the hotel itself, more so the other guests being inconsiderate. We had a great week, staff were so friendly. We played tennis and basket ball while watching the sunset, we made great use of the snack bar and enjoyed breakfast and dinner. The night time entertainment was brilliant, especially the traditional Greek dancing! We would recommend booking a table at the A La Carte restaurant as the food was fabulous. We were even able to use the shower room before our transfer came for our flight which was useful and not something I’ve experienced before in a hotel! If this hotel was adults only, we would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful experience! The residence is beautiful, well-kept and always clean everywhere. The staff are always smiling and helpful, we had a small unforeseen event forgetting an item in the taxi and the reception girls were very kind to call and worry about fixing it. The location is very convenient for reaching the center of Kos, the bus stop is 100 meters from the hotel. They were days of pure relaxation!

10days Weather great Buffet meals, good choice, fresh, clean eating areas, beach bar food was OK, need another pancake and waffle maker especially at busy times 3.30 onwards. Rooms OK, and everything you need - aircon, fridge, shower, need updating. Poor entertainment, but the team was nice

Myself and my now fiancée enjoyed a wonderful 2 week stay in here in September 2023. A special mention to Konstantinos who helped me enormously with arranging my proposal and helping to organise a special evening for us both. Another special mention to Alex from the alacarte who was also very helpful on the evening and thought out the holiday. The rest of our stay was amazing and peaceful. For a hotel that has 2 kids clubs but from our point of view as a couple there for a romantic holiday we didn’t notice the kids! We will be back!! See you in September 2024.
