Unfortunately Grecotel underdelivered with this one. First of all, this is a family resort. Definitely not recommended for couples, don't expect quiet days at the beach or pools. -Food is a mixed bag. While the typical Greek souvlaki/gyros/etc is of the lowest quality, other dishes and the wok/Asian food is great. Also worth noting that some "restaurants" mentioned on the website are infact just parts of the main restaurant or the beach Cafe. And what's worse, even with a far-from-full resort, there still is over 30mins wait at dinner at rush hour. -The rooms are relatively renovated, but still not worthy of the 4*. There were some maintenance issues in the bathroom, and the rooms are quite simple, which I guess is fine. However, there are no tea/coffee or even mugs in the room and there is no room service, which means you have to take a long walk to the outside Cafe. For me, this is not OK for a 4* resort. -The grounds and beach are quite nice, but this is not a huge resort, so don't expect loads to do. I would be very bored after 5-6d. -The personel was great all around, and probably the best part of the place. Everyone was polite and helpful, even at the end of the season with everyone obviously overworked and tired.

It was our first time at this hotel and I can wholeheartedly say that it is one of the best places I have been to in Greece. The place is well-maintained,very clean, peaceful - true heaven. As for the staff - they were friendly, helpful, ready to go out of their way to assist the guests. They are one of the reasons I would definitely visit the place again. The food was delicious and fresh, the beach was with enough sunbeds and space between them. There was some entertainment every evening...we had a great holiday there.

We had such a lovely stay at Grecotel Casa Marron! ❤️ A big thank you to the whole team for being so kind, helpful, and genuinely caring throughout our time there. Unfortunately, we don’t remember all the names, but special thanks to the sweet girl at reception (who, as we heard, ended up with my bridal bouquet 🌸), Kostas from the restaurant, the amazing buggy drivers, and everyone else who made us feel so welcome. Our guests loved their stay just as much as we did, everyone felt so well taken care of. We truly appreciate all the warmth and effort you put into making our days special, and we can’t wait to come back soon! 💙

Went for vacation at the and of August and enjoyed it. Staff were excellent,helpful , positive and very polite. Rooms were spacious,comfortable and clean. They cleaned our rooms daily and gave pool towels also. Food was perfect and had different kinds of food daily,morning pancakes were super delicious,every day for lunch they prepared different kinds of pasta. During the day you can get snack from snack bar and get drinks from the bar close to the beach. Drinks from the bar were also very good. Definitely would recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy family vacation in a quiet place with excellent people around. Pools were fantastic and beach were super clean and warm most of the time.

Wow there is no many people to thank too It's were our best vacation in Greece. Really perfect. the manager of the main restaurant inspire ye. Everything work perfect -even when it's raining they took care for everyone and help by himself. The team in the main desk helped for everything and very nice- worked quick for everything we needed and even called us to check that everything is ok. The kids club team are very nice and care for the kids. We really enjoyed every moment. Even the waitresses all the time be aware of what's going on and the barmen are very profational and kind. You have a lot of food drinks any time, and the service from everyone is perfect, we will return!
