All-inclusive
The Sens Cancun is an all-inclusive hotel. The programme consists of meals and beverages service 24 hours a day, with breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks served at a wide variety of restaurants and bars. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are usually offered. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, soft drinks, beer and spirits are usually served throughout the day (except during meal times).

We had a great time at the resort. We did not have any kids. Don't believe some of these reviews.
People complained about lines to get into the buffet? We had no issue. I think the people complaining about that are the kind that go for breakfast at 10am and expect to walk right in. I loved the food. The restaurants were all good except for Cocoa, that left something to be desired.
The drinks seemed a bit weak to me, so I just drank more of them! Only amateurs can't get drunk at an open bar.
The beach was so-so, but we went to Isla Mujeres, those beaches are unreal, worth a day trip. We had no trouble getting a beach or poolside bed. Again, get out of bed and go to the concierge early, and you'll have no trouble.
Our ground level room was pretty decent. The shower was cold the first day, so I asked them to look into it. It was fixed that afternoon. We had no issue with the cleanliness either.

Everything is as expected until you reserve a spot to eat at Miramar restaurant.. horrible service, i had to wait until everyone in the restaurant received their food then i was able to order my food.. Feels a bit racist if you ask me. Asked for a well done steak and shrimp, i received a rare steak and mushy shrimp.

If I could give this place a zero star it would be too much. The food is absolutely horrendous. The staff member “Jaime” was the most ignorant unwelcoming server I’ve ever witnessed.
You will be waiting 2+ hours in line to eat food at the gross buffet.
If you want to eat at one of there “restaurants” I suggest you book 3 days before you land.
Good luck getting a seat at the beach the chairs are all taken by 7 am and you will be standing on hot pavement watching your kids swim all day.
The water shuts off halfway through every shower and won’t turn on for minutes again afterwards.
After 3 days we wanted to go home and go back to work. This place feels like a prison I would not go back if I was paid money to do so

The food is horrible and made my whole family sick.The rooms are run down with old furniture, bathtubs are old and dirty with water coming out brown attimes, the beds only have a sheet no comforter, the rug was disgusting. The hotel has only one pool which is so full you can barely move around in and no chairs by it. The beach area is very small and has not enough
chairs. You will see random dirty spots around the hotel that no one cleans. The staff seems bothered to be helping you. We tried talking to staff to fix issues they refused, we ended up going to a different resort because it was so bad.

The resort was a pretty nice experience. The lobby looked the nicest so once we saw the lobby our expectations for the rooms were high but we were kind of disappointed. The room had 2 beds which had some stains and ..crumbs? The bathroom was way nicer than we expected but the shower head was quite disgusting though.. they should have changed it by now. Our view of the beach was alright, we saw a portion of the beach and that was all we needed since we spent most of our time outside. The restaurants were good but I wish some of them opened and lasted longer. In our resort, just downstairs we had a coffee and me place with ice cream which I loved. I wish that they had more activities for the guests to do and for the guests to get to know each other more. During the stay there were multiple concerts which we were not notified of or aware of until they started blasting music super loud. But overall it was a nice vacation
