I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect — the atmosphere, the service, and the cleanliness. A special thanks to Mr. Mohammed, director of Front office, for his warm welcome and professional support, and to Mahmoud from housekeeping for keeping my room spotless every day. I also want to thank Rita from the activities team — she’s amazing! I really loved her energy, kindness, and the way she made every activity so much fun. This hotel truly has an incredible team. We had a wonderful stay at Grand Rotana Sharm El Sheikh! The resort is beautiful, clean, and full of life — we never felt bored! There are plenty of activities and daily events to enjoy, and everything is so well organized. The food was amazing with lots of options to choose from, and the water was always clean and refreshing. The service was exceptional — the staff responded quickly to every request and solved any issue right away. The hotel is absolutely amazing We stayed for four nights. The resort is extremely large on the first day, I was really surprised by how big it was. Every day, I got lost trying to find my way back to my room because of the size of the resort. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are wonderful, the view is beautiful, and even the food everything was great thank you guys ❤️🫶
