This has got to be our family's favourite all inclusive holiday resort (after 10+ various trips at 5* resorts). The hospitality in Grand Rotana truly exceeded our expectations. Everything we needed assistance with, we were helped with ASAP and received more than we expected. We are vegetarian so always struggle with meal options at buffet all inclusive resorts, but here the head chef Mohamed Anwar greeted us every meal time and asked what he could especially prepare for us and served us meals in abundance to ensure we didnt miss out by having a dietary requirement. We had never experienced this level of hospitality anywhere else and were so grateful. All the food is very fresh in quality and freshly prepared every day. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation to anyone with a dietary requirement, all you have to do is inform them. Cleaning service was great, both in and out the room. The entertainment is also great considering it was off-peak, with beach volley, step aerobics, dance shows and shows for children. The beach is a long stretch private to the resort, with no shortage of beds. The diving point has stairs so anyone can have a dip into the sea for a swim and snorkeling to see some beautiful marine life, even in peak winter time (jan) the water was a nice temperature to swim in. this is the first resort that we are eager to plan our next trip back, and some people we spoke to had said they had tried many resorts in Sharm and Grand Rotana was their favourite and they have also returned only here. Excited to come back again. thank you to all the staff I wish I could remember and write down all your names !

A truly wonderful stay from start to finish. The beach is absolutely stunning - extremely wide, clean, and incredibly beautiful, with clear water. The hotel territory is very green, well maintained, and feels like peaceful oasis. The food deserves special praise: everything was fresh, diverse, and delicious, with a great variety every day. Stuff is also exceptional. The team is incredibly friendly, attentive and caring. Their warm attitude and professionalism made us feel welcome and comfortable at all times. Highly recommended! I would gladly come back again.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Rotana Resort & Spa and truly enjoyed every moment. The resort is beautifully designed, very green, spacious, and peaceful — it feels like a private oasis away from the busy parts of Sharm El Sheikh. The beach is absolutely stunning, with one of the best house reefs in the area. Snorkeling directly from the jetty was unforgettable — crystal-clear water, colorful fish, and vibrant coral. Perfect for anyone who loves the Red Sea. The rooms are large, clean, and very comfortable, with beautiful views and excellent housekeeping. Everything was well maintained, and the atmosphere throughout the resort felt calm and relaxing. Food quality was very good, with a nice variety and fresh options every day. The staff deserve special praise — friendly, professional, attentive, and always smiling. You really feel welcome here.

I recently stayed at Grand Rotana Resort & Spa in Sharm El Sheikh and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. 🏨 Hotel & Facilities The resort is beautifully designed with lush gardens, comfortable walkways, and stunning views of the Red Sea. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very clean with comfortable beds and a balcony overlooking either the pool or the sea. The spa and wellness facilities are excellent — I especially enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the professional staff. 🍽️ Food & Dining The food at the resort is exceptional! There are many dining options with a wide variety of cuisines. The buffet offers delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner with fresh ingredients, tasty desserts, and plenty of choices to suit all tastes. The themed restaurants are also great for a special night out. 🎉 Animation & Entertainment The animation team was amazing! They were friendly, energetic, and always ready to involve guests in fun activities. Every day there were different games and events around the pool and beach — from water sports to competitions and evening shows. The entertainment program made the whole stay more enjoyable and lively. 🏖️ Beach & Pools The beach is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with sunbeds and umbrellas available. The water is clear and perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The resort also has large, lovely swimming pools that are great for both adults and families. 👨‍👩‍👧 Service & Staff The staff at Grand Rotana Resort & Spa are friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Service was professional throughout — whether at reception, restaurants, or housekeeping. ⭐ Overall Rating: 5/5 I highly recommend Grand Rotana Resort & Spa — great hotel, delicious food, amazing animation team, excellent location, and unforgettable holiday experience. Very nice hotel - beautiful architecture, modern rooms, excellent food, small shops with all necessary things you need, great access to Red Sea - you have everything to spend a great holiday. I also need to mention the polite and always happy service in the restaurants and our room boy Sameh, he was always there for us and did a great job. Greetings from room 3104!
