We had a wonderful stay at Grand Park Royal Cancún! The resort is beautiful, right on a pristine stretch of Caribbean beach with great pools, friendly staff, and plenty of dining options. The all-inclusive experience really let us relax and enjoy every moment of our vacation. Our absolute favorite restaurant was Le Grand Prime — the food was delicious and the atmosphere was fantastic. What made it truly memorable was our waitress, Alicia! She was the perfect embodiment of great service and personality! Warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, Alicia made every meal special, and we loved having her as our waitress. We can’t recommend her highly enough!

Our family had an outstanding stay at the Grand Royal Palace in Cancún. The entire experience was seamless and memorable. The room was clean, well-maintained daily, and offered a stunning sunrise view from the balcony. The beach was pristine, with clean benches, fresh towels, and a well-managed safety system including active lifeguards and clear warning flags. The night views of the stars from the shore were breathtaking. The food was exceptional across all restaurants. With dedicated Fish and Asian restaurants, a full daily buffet, and a delightful ice cream shop, there was something for everyone. The staff were exceptionally attentive to dietary needs, offering thorough vegetarian, vegan, and allergy-conscious options. The hotel's activity program was excellent, featuring events like a traditional Mexican Christmas Eve dinner ("Nochebuena"), a fun Silent Music Party, and daily trivia and poolside sports. The Aqua World staff were very helpful, especially in arranging our jet skiing adventure. A special thank you to the XCaret event staff, who secured us amazing prices and seamless bookings for our trips to Xcaret and Chichén Itzá. The staff were consistently warm and professional from check-in onward. With its perfect combination of luxury, cleanliness, diverse dining, engaging activities, and genuine hospitality, the Grand Royal Palace is a must-visit destination in Cancún. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning.

Our experience at the resort was amazing. We had a great time. Food at the Italian, Koi and Mexican restaurant was good. Alejandro and Oscar at the Italian restaurant were great. They took care of all our food preferences. Icecream and bakery items at the cafe were delicious. Housekeeping was also good. Overall, we had a great vacation. Thank you all the staff for taking such good care . Wishing you all a prosperous new year!

All of the services were fantastic. The only reason for 4 star of the room was because it was a bit dated and the sliding door was really difficult to close. Most notably, the restaurant staff and bar/pool staff were attentive, friendly, and warm. I spent the most time at the Riff bar/adult pool bar where Roberto, Karina, Lorenzo, y Belmai provided exceptional service and made each day special. Additionally, each person’s whose name I don’t remember from Flor del Sal, Andiamos, y the buffet, were exceptionally hospitable and convivial.

Damian was hands down one of the best parts of our entire trip. He took great care of us and clearly cared about doing a good job. He was warm, relational, and genuinely kind. My husband and I visited during our honeymoon and had an amazing time, but we especially cannot say enough good things about Damian. Overall, the service was good, and I truly have only positive things to say. Our only less-than-great experience was at the Mexican restaurant, and that had nothing to do with the waitstaff themselves. It was clear they were understaffed, which led to longer waits and service that felt rushed. That said, we felt genuinely appreciated by the resort, especially during our hibachi dinner, where we were surprised with a dessert that neither my husband nor I had requested. Easily one of our favorite parts of the trip was getting to know Damian and experience his genuine craft.
