This is my second staying at this resort, and it was even better than the first. I wasn’t even supposed to stay here this go around because I booked at another resort. However, that resort was horrendous and I kept comparing my stay to the experience I had at the first time I went to Grand Park Royal. So I cancelled my first stay after the first night, checked out, and fortunately was able to book the remainder of my stay here. The staff is INCREDIBLE - even if they’re just walking by you, you will be greeted. Also, special shoutout go Johan who was our waiter by the beach who went above and beyond to check on us and our drinks literally every 10 minutes. And they aren’t friendly for tips, they are just genuinely nice. The rooms all have an ocean view (not partial), which is also amazing. The king bed was like a California king with down-like pillows and a light duvet which was very comforting.The food is great. I would’ve liked more breakfast options, but I appreciated the Mexican breakfast options in addition to the regular foods. Nonetheless dinner and lunch were amazing! And best part of all, the restaurants don’t require a 24 hour in advance reservation. All in all, my almost disaster vacation ended up wonderfully!

This resort is amazing. Private Butler service provided by Yajahira was so so good. She helped us with everything and nothing was a problem. This resort is the perfect size and the adults only VIP area is perfect if you want relaxation and peace to chill. One server I will always remember is Ernestina (Tina). She was just amazing. She deserves everything good in the world and much more. She made our trip very memorable and I won't forget her. She deserves a big pay rise. I loved every moment of this resort and I'm sad now I'm gone, but I hope I'll be back soon! Love you guys! ♥️♥️♥️

We had Edwin as our server at the Italian restaurant and he was amazing!! His service and attention to detail was the best if you come here you have to ask for him. I promise you, you won’t be disappointed!! When at the adult pool Lorenzo, Hector, Johan, Gilberto, Salvador, and Angel are all amazing!! They knew our drinks and made sure they were never empty. They all were so friendly and hilarious! They are the life of the party and the adult pool!!

During our recent stay at the Grand Park Royal Cancun, one of the absolute highlights of our trip was dining at the Italian restaurant on the property. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service, but what truly made the experience special were their incredible staff members. Rene, our waiter, went above and beyond to make our evening memorable. His attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and genuine passion for what he does really stood out. He took the time to explain each dish, made thoughtful recommendations, and ensured our experience was perfect from start to finish. He made us feel not just like guests, but truly welcomed and valued. On a different night, our waiter, Carlos was equally fantastic—his professionalism and energy added to the atmosphere of the evening. As for the food—it was nothing short of amazing. Every dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavor. From the appetizers to the dessert, each bite reflected the quality and care of the kitchen. To make the night even more special, we had the pleasure of meeting the chef, who came out to greet us personally. It was such a thoughtful gesture and showed how much pride and passion goes into the food being served. We ended our dinner feeling completely satisfied, both by the incredible food and the exceptional service. This experience truly elevated our stay at Grand Park Royal, and we’re already looking forward to returning. Thank you to Rene, Carlos, the chef, and the entire team at the Italian restaurant—you made our vacation extra special!

This resort is very organized and very clean. It has a very good family environment and we felt secure at this resort. The food is good specially at the Flor de Sal’s restaurant. I’m very thankful for Josmar at Lunch and Jose& Braulio at Breakfast at Flor de Sal. They were very friendly and attentive and we felt very welcomed. Thanks for the excellent service from the waiter Gregorio at the snack bar. Carlos from Room Service and Edgar from the Veranda Buffet are also very professional and friendly! We loved this family vacation however there could’ve been more activities and a more energetic environment. Also we went during April and there was very little seaweed at the beach but the wind was very strong causing waves that made the water a little rough.
