I recently returned from an amazing vacation, and I just had to share how wonderful the experience was—especially at the main pool. The resort itself was beautiful, relaxing, and well-maintained, but what really stood out was the exceptional service from the pool bar staff, particularly Roberto. Roberto, who worked at the pool bar at the main pool, went above and beyond every day to make sure guests were comfortable and taken care of. He was always friendly, professional, and attentive—greeting everyone with a warm smile and a great attitude. Whether it was mixing up refreshing drinks, remembering guests’ favorite orders, or simply checking in to make sure everyone was happy, Roberto made a lasting impression. His customer service was top-notch and genuinely made our pool days even more enjoyable. It’s not often you come across staff who make you feel so welcome and valued, but Roberto truly did. He’s a big part of why our vacation felt so special, and I hope the resort recognizes what a great team member they have in him.

This place and the staff was wonderful. Roberto and Angel were great bartenders and very attentive both at the pool and at bar cassis. They can read the room and understand what you want or need very well. Everybody greeted you and made sure you had what you need. Salomon at Flor de Sal was also awesome and made sure our food was good and brought out fast. Fanny too! Everyone was awesome. Their English is great and well-spoken. Well-humored, patient, and ready to work anytime. Gracias muchos a ustedes. Necesitábamos estos vacaciones y no me quiero ir pero hora puedo regresar recargado. Muchas gracias a Pastor, Alexis y los de Hibachi también!

Roberto was a wonderful bartender at the pool. He has great morals, I witnessed a drunk woman consistently asking for a drinker and he stopped serving her. To actually get stopped service at an all inclusive is rare but he was quick to do it because she was showing a lot of signs of intoxication and it was for her own good. He was a great conversationalist and was a great time all around. Yajaira was great, she served us well and had genuine conversations. Carlos at the pool bar was great as well, he served us quick and was always attentive on how our drinks were doing. I mostly recommend coming to the hotel for the service not for much else.

Me and my wife spent a wonderful honeymoon here at this beautiful property. We had an ocean front suite in the Royal Towers for adults only. It was gorgeous. We also appreciated all of the friendly staff especially our private butler Yajahira and the fitness instructor Carlos. They were both excellent!

Everything about this resort was enjoyable and worthy for the pricing. From the rooms, to the service provided in their restaurants and for room cleaning was fantastic. Especially for the food service, Verulo and Edwin, were down to earth and amazing people, always willing to recommend and accommodate for those who need. The pools and beach were also well maintained. 5 star overall for sure and will recommend to others!
