If you choose to go all inclusive, the programme generally consists of Daily Breakfast at The Edge Restaurant (Buffet), Daily Lunch 12:30 - 15:30 on dine around basis with a choice of 2 restaurants: The Edge Restaurant Breeze Poolside Dining & Bar - with a pre-booked reservation and Daily Dinner 19:00 - 22:30 on dine around basis with a choice of 3 restaurants: International Buffet Dinner at The Edge Restaurant Breeze Poolside Dining & Bar - with a pre-booked reservation Firedoor Restaurant - with a pre-booked reservation all buffet style. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are usually offered. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available from 11:00 to 23:00.Mini bar refilled every 2 days (non-alcoholic). Water sports (1 hour per day: Canoe, Paddleboard or pedalo) and snorkeling.5% discount on Spa.

We had an amazing time staying here for our honeymoon. From the moment you arrive at the airport to your departure they are all super attentive. Our lifestyle host was Osamah and he did an amazing job. He was constantly attentive and helpful coordinating our activities! Snorkeling by the reef pool villas is a must. There are sharks by firedoor so we recommend going there at sunset! Sachin at breeze was such a great host as well and made sure we were properly taken care of. Asad did our honeymoon photo shoot and he is so talented. Every spot he took us to he captured the beauty of the island! We had such a relaxing time and an amazing honeymoon thanks to everyone at GPK.

Grand Park offers a slice of paradise with amazing dining, activities, and stunning views. The resort features three restaurants, each with its unique charm, and offers a wide array of delicious international cuisine, especially at breakfast. Activities abound, from thrilling water sports to relaxing yoga, with well-maintained facilities enhancing the experience. The complimentary photo shoot is a delightful bonus. However, there are areas for improvement. The villa had an unpleasant odor, and a bed bug was found, indicating a need for enhanced housekeeping. Overall, it's a memorable destination worth visiting, but attention to cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms is needed to truly match its five-star potential.

Beautiful resort, pristine clear waters, marine life around the island. Great food. Staff were very warm and hospitable. Water sports staff were all so attentive and helpful especially Nemo. We are so happy we booked here. Only downside was the GRO assigned to us. It felt like we were dealing with an AI. She was not warm or hospitable, and did not answer our calls.

Our stay at Grand Park Kodhipparu was overall disappointing. While the Water Pool Villa was beautiful and the excursion guide was excellent, everything else fell short, especially for the price. To start, charging $6 for tap water at dinner — the same water provided for free in the room — felt very cheap, especially in the Maldives where bottled water is usually complimentary, even at the airport. Given the price of the room and meals, this should be included. Worse still, drinks at dinner, even water, took an unreasonably long time to arrive. The rest of the food and drink options were overpriced and lacked quality. We paid $30 for a plain, uninspired chicken ciabatta and $15 for a mocktail that was basically just juice, served without any effort and delivered to our room after more than 30 minutes. On top of that, they’re not transparent with their prices — everything has an extra 26% added, making the already expensive activities feel like a rip-off. The excursions were overpriced, and with the added charges, it felt excessive. The only positive was the fantastic excursion guide. Having stayed at another resort before, the difference was clear: transparent pricing, better value, complimentary water, and much friendlier service. Unfortunately, at Grand Park Kodhipparu, the staff were not particularly welcoming, which only added to our disappointment. In summary, while the villa and excursion guide were great, the overpriced, poor-quality services, hidden fees, slow service at dinner, and lack of hospitality left us with a bitter-sweet experience. I wouldn’t recommend this resort.
