Excellent resort in Maldives. Excellent service and friendly staffs all staffs always smiling and friendly. All helpful staffs. Great foods great drinks. Great Chefs and Bartender. The staffs they were Always clean up rooms and the areas a very clean all days. The resort a very safety, all staffs will look after every one very good. Every where we walked part them and they are Always smiling and say hi. We love this. Also All three restaurants were Amazing. Can see the see fish every days at our rooms, under house from the glass floor and even if seat down relax in the side of our room we still can seeing a lots of different kids of the fish around. Amazing place. We very appreciate of all. All everything were Excellent. We love here and we will going back for holidays again. Amazing resort on the Island in Maldives.

An absolutely amazing experience at Grand Park Kodhipparu Maldives. The resort is luxurious, peaceful, and perfect for relaxation. The overwater villa was very clean, spacious, and the view was breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset. The service was excellent — the staff were extremely friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. The food was delicious with a good variety of options, and the water activities were well organized and fun. The resort is perfect for couples and families, offering great privacy and comfort. One of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed at in the Maldives — highly recommended and definitely worth repeating.

Grand Park Kodhipparu is the kind of place where the rhythm of the island gently shapes your days, making it easy for families to settle into a slower, more intentional pace. Snorkeling with manta rays was unforgettable — the guides were patient, safety‑minded, and genuinely excited to share the experience, which made it feel both magical and reassuring. Renting bikes added a fun layer of freedom, letting us explore the island at our own pace and discover quiet corners we might have missed on foot. Mornings at the gym were peaceful, with ocean views that made even a short workout feel grounding. The staff carried themselves with a quiet confidence — warm, attentive, and always respectful of personal space. Even small health concerns were handled with pride and professionalism, which made us feel supported without ever feeling singled out. Throughout the day, the resort offered gentle dining touches — fresh fruit, light bites, and small moments of hospitality that made the island feel even more welcoming. It’s a place that balances beauty with practicality in a way that feels effortless. What makes the hotel truly memorable is how intentional the flow of each day feels. Activities are well‑paced and never overwhelming, giving you the freedom to choose adventure or rest without pressure. Even simple moments — watching the water shift colors, biking past palm trees, or floating in the lagoon — felt restorative in a way that’s hard to describe. The staff’s attention to detail, from remembering preferences to offering help before you even think to ask, added a layer of comfort that made the stay feel deeply personal. Light dining experiences throughout the day — whether a casual snack or a quiet meal by the water — blended seamlessly into the island’s calm rhythm. The resort manages to feel both intimate and spacious, giving you room to breathe while still feeling looked after. By the time we left, it didn’t feel like we were returning from a trip; it felt like we were stepping out of a reset we didn’t realize we needed.

The value for money at this hotel is amazing, especially considering the price of the resorts close by for very similar packages. We stayed in an overwater villa with a pool on a all inclusive basis and we had a great week. We would definitely book to go back as the hotel and island were amazing. We also ordered two of the private dining options - the floating breakfast in our pool and the pergola on the beach. Both were worth the money for the experience but I do think that if you are all inclusive you should get a slight discount... thats probably my only slight annoyance at the hotel, the all inclusive wasn't really all inclusive. For example, we had a few too many drinks in the bar the night before and really needed a full fat coke at breakfast the next morning lol! However, they charged us $10 for this, even though at lunch it would have been free... Also, we were told if you are half board, you can take food and drinks from the pool bar to your room, but if your all inclusive you cant do this, you have to get room service to have a beer or wine in your room - which is of course chargeable. So if you want a drink during the day you have to walk 15 mins from your overwater villa to the pool bar, unless you have a bike which is considerably quicker, but we had our bikes "stolen" at least 3 times from outside our room or from the restaurants as there are not enough bikes available for all of the guests. The golf buggys which are like the taxis available also take a while to come pick you up, around 15-30 mins in the evening which usually meant walking was quicker. Finally, the non motorised watersports included doesnt actually include all, as the clear kayaks are $45 to rent. However, these are minor issues and did not ruin our time at this wonderful hotel. We would definitely recommend it. We are also a LGBT+ couple, and we saw atleast 3 other lgbt couples there and we had no issues what so ever. We didnt show any PDA obviously, but even when we had the private romantic dinner on the beach we didnt feel judged or discriminated at all. They were very welcoming so I would feel safe going back there.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it did not disappoint! The staff were so friendly and attentive. The food options were great. The glass flooring in fireDOOR was super cool. We loved being able to see all of the aquatic life under our table while we had dinner. Highly recommend this spot in The Maldives!
