If you choose to go all inclusive, the programme generally consists of Daily Breakfast at The Edge Restaurant (Buffet), Daily Lunch 12:30 - 15:30 on dine around basis with a choice of 2 restaurants: The Edge Restaurant Breeze Poolside Dining & Bar - with a pre-booked reservation and Daily Dinner 19:00 - 22:30 on dine around basis with a choice of 3 restaurants: International Buffet Dinner at The Edge Restaurant Breeze Poolside Dining & Bar - with a pre-booked reservation Firedoor Restaurant - with a pre-booked reservation all buffet style. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are usually offered. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available from 11:00 to 23:00.Mini bar refilled every 2 days (non-alcoholic). Water sports (1 hour per day: Canoe, Paddleboard or pedalo) and snorkeling.5% discount on Spa.

Only a 20 minute boat ride from the airport, great service, the bungalows look old from the outside but are nicely and modernly decorated. There were no flaws in them. Just remember that everything costs extra (pay for night diving and the flashlight is extra). Overall we had a wonderful, fun stay, there were lots of options for food, there were three types of restaurants on the island. The staff were super friendly. Definitely an experience I will remember forever. Highly Recommended.

I have very mixed feelings about this place. The resort itself is beautiful and the rooms are absolutely stunning, but the service, unfortunately, was far from good. Starting from the airport pickup — when we arrived at the counter, no one was there to greet us. We had to message a WhatsApp number, and after some time, someone finally showed up, only to tell us we had to wait more than two hours at Burger King. That felt excessively long, especially considering we waited much less for a public speedboat on previous days. When we finally reached the hotel, we were excited — we were on our honeymoon, and we had mentioned this by email beforehand. However, no one acknowledged it, and there were no special touches or bed decorations. This was disappointing, as it was the only hotel during our three-week trip that didn’t do anything to celebrate the occasion. While the room itself was beautiful, the constant disturbance from the buggy service was really unpleasant. It felt like a train was passing right in front of our room — the bed would literally shake, and we were woken up every morning because of it. To make things worse, one of our pieces of clothing went missing. We reported it multiple times, but nothing was done. It was a white dress, and we suspect it might have been accidentally taken with the towels. The only truly positive experiences we had were at The Edge restaurant and the diving center, both provided great service and left a good impression.

Wonderful Stay & Exceptional Host Our stay at the resort was perfect, and a big part of that was thanks to our host Kenza. She took amazing care of us from the moment we arrived, was always available, and made sure every detail of our stay went smoothly. Her kindness and support truly made our anniversary trip special. The rest of the staff were also incredibly nice and helpful — everyone we met was friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. Because of this wonderful experience, we Booked another trip to the resort with our kids next month. We’re so grateful for the warm hospitality, and we highly recommend this resort.

Stayed at Grand Park Kodhipparu Maldives for 4 nights and it was an amazing experience! We stayed in the Reef Water Villa with a private pool — super clean, cozy, and the views were just unreal. Our host was awesome, always available and helped us with all our bookings. The food at The Edge, The Breeze, and Firedoor was so good — every meal was fresh and delicious. There’s a bunch of fun stuff to do too — snorkeling, jet ski, etc. We had such a relaxing and peaceful vacation. Highly recommend this place if you’re heading to the Maldives! Bonus: Floating Breakfast and Private Dinner was 10/10

My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary and her birthday at Grand park for a 4D3N trip. Though the weather was bad, overall it was a wonderful stay. Decent food, beautiful island and most of all, great services. I want to applaud the great service and hospitality by Mr. Sai from the hotel. He's attentive to our needs and preferences. Kudos!
