If you choose to go all inclusive, the programme generally consists of Daily Breakfast at The Edge Restaurant (Buffet), Daily Lunch 12:30 - 15:30 on dine around basis with a choice of 2 restaurants: The Edge Restaurant Breeze Poolside Dining & Bar - with a pre-booked reservation and Daily Dinner 19:00 - 22:30 on dine around basis with a choice of 3 restaurants: International Buffet Dinner at The Edge Restaurant Breeze Poolside Dining & Bar - with a pre-booked reservation Firedoor Restaurant - with a pre-booked reservation all buffet style. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are usually offered. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available from 11:00 to 23:00.Mini bar refilled every 2 days (non-alcoholic). Water sports (1 hour per day: Canoe, Paddleboard or pedalo) and snorkeling.5% discount on Spa.

Great hotel to stay at. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was amazing. Had an ocean view and the glass window on the floor was a great addition. Very big place so buggy was required for travel. Food was great however a small issue, when we went to Breeze resturaunt the food was great however the salmon pizza had goats cheese which was not told to us before ordering. The waitress apologised and asked if we wanted something different. We politely declined otherwise the food was really good. Firedoor resturaunt didn't live up to the hype. The food was average but the view and staff were amazing. Great place to stay and eat. Would recommend to friends and family

We visited Grand Park Kodhipparu for three nights and four days and had a wonderful experience. The check-in process was smooth and efficient from the start. The continental cuisine was excellent, and room service was outstanding. Housekeeping ensured the room was cleaned twice a day, maintaining a high standard of comfort throughout our stay. During our visit, I unfortunately lost my ring in the ocean. When I informed the front desk, they promptly arranged for assistance to help locate it—and thankfully, the ring was found. I am truly grateful for their exceptional service and attentiveness.

An absolutely amazing experience at Grand Park Kodhipparu Maldives. The resort is luxurious, peaceful, and perfect for relaxation. The overwater villa was very clean, spacious, and the view was breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset. The service was excellent — the staff were extremely friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. The food was delicious with a good variety of options, and the water activities were well organized and fun. The resort is perfect for couples and families, offering great privacy and comfort. One of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed at in the Maldives — highly recommended and definitely worth repeating.

Excellent resort in Maldives. Excellent service and friendly staffs all staffs always smiling and friendly. All helpful staffs. Great foods great drinks. Great Chefs and Bartender. The staffs they were Always clean up rooms and the areas a very clean all days. The resort a very safety, all staffs will look after every one very good. Every where we walked part them and they are Always smiling and say hi. We love this. Also All three restaurants were Amazing. Can see the see fish every days at our rooms, under house from the glass floor and even if seat down relax in the side of our room we still can seeing a lots of different kids of the fish around. Amazing place. We very appreciate of all. All everything were Excellent. We love here and we will going back for holidays again. Amazing resort on the Island in Maldives.

Our transfer arranged by the hotel went smoothly, and the boat was in excellent condition. The resort is located just 25 minutes from the airport in a peaceful area. The lagoon is stunning, and we enjoyed watching the sunset every evening. There was always a DJ during the happy hour, which added a lively touch. The beach was very well maintained and constantly cleaned, and the gardens were beautifully kept. We dined almost every day at the Breeze restaurant by the pool, where the food and cocktails were excellent. The overall atmosphere was fantastic, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We stayed in a Water Ocean Villa. The snorkeling was incredible, with vibrant coral and a wide variety of fish. Being able to step down directly into the warm sea was a fabulous experience. The villa was spacious, charmingly decorated, and offered plenty of privacy. The only aspects that could be improved were the housekeeping—at times we needed to request cleaning of the glass doors and a change of linens, as our daily activities mostly took place in the villa. The wood on the villa deck and the walkways showed some wear from the sun. The spa and massage therapists were five-star quality. There are a resident nurse and access to doctors if needed, as well as a games room. Our host shared her WhatsApp contact and kept us updated on activities, especially during the Easter period when there were some events, though we didn’t meet her in person again. From arrival to departure, the staff were always welcoming and attentive. Overall, it was a calm and enjoyable stay.
