If you choose to go all inclusive, the programme generally consists of Daily Breakfast at The Edge Restaurant (Buffet), Daily Lunch 12:30 - 15:30 on dine around basis with a choice of 2 restaurants: The Edge Restaurant Breeze Poolside Dining & Bar - with a pre-booked reservation and Daily Dinner 19:00 - 22:30 on dine around basis with a choice of 3 restaurants: International Buffet Dinner at The Edge Restaurant Breeze Poolside Dining & Bar - with a pre-booked reservation Firedoor Restaurant - with a pre-booked reservation all buffet style. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are usually offered. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available from 11:00 to 23:00.Mini bar refilled every 2 days (non-alcoholic). Water sports (1 hour per day: Canoe, Paddleboard or pedalo) and snorkeling.5% discount on Spa.

I stayed during the rainy season, and it rained a bit at first, but on the last day the weather cleared up beautifully and I was able to enjoy an amazing snorkeling experience. All the staff were very kind, and the resort itself was beautiful. My lifestyle host, Alisa, took great care of us throughout our stay. Overall, it was a very satisfying and memorable experience.

I have very mixed feelings about this place. The resort itself is beautiful and the rooms are absolutely stunning, but the service, unfortunately, was far from good. Starting from the airport pickup — when we arrived at the counter, no one was there to greet us. We had to message a WhatsApp number, and after some time, someone finally showed up, only to tell us we had to wait more than two hours at Burger King. That felt excessively long, especially considering we waited much less for a public speedboat on previous days. When we finally reached the hotel, we were excited — we were on our honeymoon, and we had mentioned this by email beforehand. However, no one acknowledged it, and there were no special touches or bed decorations. This was disappointing, as it was the only hotel during our three-week trip that didn’t do anything to celebrate the occasion. While the room itself was beautiful, the constant disturbance from the buggy service was really unpleasant. It felt like a train was passing right in front of our room — the bed would literally shake, and we were woken up every morning because of it. To make things worse, one of our pieces of clothing went missing. We reported it multiple times, but nothing was done. It was a white dress, and we suspect it might have been accidentally taken with the towels. The only truly positive experiences we had were at The Edge restaurant and the diving center, both provided great service and left a good impression.

The worst service. We were sooo excited coming here for my birthday but from the get go it was already a bad experience. They mixed up our booking, Agoda’s fault but I don’t know why we’re the one paying the price. We literally waited for 3 hrs in the reception, missed the sunset even tho I showed them already my booking is a pool room villa. It was between them and agoda I had proof showing it was pool room. there’s just no consideration for the guests, we were tired from our flight. no treatment or even refreshment while we wait for our room. And middle of the night they told us we can get our original room I said we’ll do it tomorrow but the thing is they won’t compensate for what we paid even if we checked in tomorrow. While waiting for the new room our food arrived and we were like can you keep it till we get the new room they said ok but they cannot reheat it. I wish we can just get a refund. I can’t imagine still staying here for 5 more days but unfortunately I can’t get a refund.

“Good stay enjoy my family holiday here” We had a wonderful stay at the villa! The food was excellent, with a good variety of options to suit all tastes. The ambiance throughout the property was relaxing and well-maintained, and everything was kept very clean. Service was consistently friendly and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable. The Breeze’s service is good, but the food serving time needs improvement—it takes too long. The manager’s recovery was good and acceptable! One area that could use some improvement is the Kids Club. While the schedule advertised one-hour activities, most sessions only lasted around 15 minutes, and at times, the children were left without proper supervision or engagement. With a bit more structure and attention from the staff, this could be a fantastic feature for families. We join the beach work out.. coach is fantastic! We enjoy our workout beside the beach! Overall, a great experience and we would definitely consider returning—especially if the Kids Club gets a little boost in engagement.

One of the best trips we had. Greaaat and beautiful rooms and views. Very nice staff team and service. A wide variety of activities was available, you get help for whatever thing you need. The only thing to highlight is that it was a bit overpriced and expensive for extra activities or food. But other than that, I can only recommend this place 🌸
