I had such a great experience at El Dorado with Jose Ake as server. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. Our server Jose Ake was polite, attentive, and always had a smile. They checked in just the right amount — not too often, but always when we needed something. The food came out quickly, tasted amazing, and you could tell everything was fresh. What really made the visit stand out was how smoothly everything ran and how friendly everyone was. It’s clear the team takes pride in their work. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great food and even better service! Massive shout out to Jose Ake, he was awesome!

We have had a wonderful experience at the Grand Palladium Colonial throughout our 10 day stay, though I must comment specifically on El Dorado. This is by far the best place we ate. We were greeted with a smile by Paola at the booking desk and quickly shown to our table. We were served by Jose Ake and from start to finish he was excellent - exceeded our expectations completely from experience of other restaurants at the resort. Jose made sure we were comfortable, made sure our drinks were always fun and the level of service he provided was exquisite. If I could give him 5* alone I would. Aside from the service received, the food was phenomenal. It was cooked to perfection and tasted absolutely divine. I would return to the resort for this restaurant alone! :)

We have been here for 5 days, spending most of our time at the Colonial Pool, but today we decided to try the White Sands pool and it was fantastic. While relaxing on our sunbeds, Samuel from the Animation Team approached us and introduced us to some of the activities the hotel provides, which we hadn’t known about before. We tried paddle boarding for the first time, and Samuel guided us through it with patience, encouragement, and genuine care. It really made the experience memorable and added something special to our stay. Fantastic so far!

We've been staying at the Grand Palladium Kantenah resort for two weeks and cannot fault the service in La Hacienda. It’s buffet service for food but the staff here have looked after us so well every time. Our morning coffee has different coffee art each time, and we’ve had little surprises more than once such as cake to wish us a happy honeymoon and one today wishing us a good trip home. Estefania, Rosalia and Alberto in particular have been so warm and friendly and welcoming, and we can’t thank them enough!
