My husband and I stayed here early in July for 2 weeks. We have visited Mexico before but this was our first time at this resort. It did not disappoint. The staff were absolutely amazing. The female waitress at the Colonial Pool bar walked for miles in the hot sun but always managed a smile. The guys on the Lobby bar were all great too and very efficient. The grounds are jungle like surroundings and the wildlife is fantastic. Hurricane Beryl hit during our visit and we had to move to White Sands which is also perfect. This didn't deter the staff, they all worked so hard to get the resort functioning again, and they did just that. Most of our time was spent at the Colonial restaurants and they were all super. The golf buggies that transport you around the resort was an absolute great addition to our holiday :)
All in all we had a fantastic 2 weeks here and can't wait to return next year. Keep up the good work guys and gals.

Beautiful resort! I had a wonderful time here, especially because of Yanco, Lucia, and Roger’s (great bartender) service. The Japanese and Argentinian restaurants were amazing. Only complaints were that there was mold in the shower and the chain on the door to our rooms were too short to connect. The food at the buffets were just okay. The pools were really nice, especially at White Sands which was connected. The performances were really impressive! Overall I had a great time and I’d love to return.

The resort is a bit of a drive from the airport - a bit over an hour - but you get more for your money.
The shows were pretty good. Not as high end as some but plenty entertaining. The Sports Bar was our favorite chill spot.
Every single Alacart restaurant was excellent. Service throughout the resort was excellent.
We really enjoyed the beach, with amazing views! The pools were also very nice with swim up bars.

The hotel was very well equipped with everything that you need! The only reason why I have to rate the room with 4 stars is that the cleaning at the start was not the best, but was done perfectly after informing the reception.
The Mexican restaurant La Adelita was my favorite and the waiter Juan was taking care the whole time. Thank you for the nice time so far!!

had a great meal at El Dorado this evening. We were served by Francisco who is a fantastic waiter, you would never tell he was in training! So knowledgeable about the menu and was very attentive and made our experience here fantastic
