EDIT: I am editing this review to state that I still have yet to receive any form of contact from this hotel. They clearly have no intention of making this right!
Original post: The room was very outdated and the AC barely worked. We had 2 small children (so a stroller) and a handicapped older person with us and were put on the 3rd floor with no elevator. But these were the least of issues... Upon checking out which was 6:45am, they told me I owed money for room charges. I asked for the breakdown of charges and noticed a charge that was incorrect. I was being charge for a massage that I never got. I had cancelled the massage two days in advance and was told no problem. The front desk refused to help me in any way and instead told me if I didn't pay the charge, they wouldn't allow me to leave the resort. The spa didn't open until 9am that day so I couldn't even contact them prior to having to get on my shuttle to head to the airport (at 8am). After an hour of explaining the situation to the manager and receiving no help, I paid the fee so I wouldn't miss my flight. My aunt was still on the property for a few more days and followed up with the spa who confirmed I indeed had cancelled the massage and shouldn't be charged but the front desk kept saying the spa hadn't informed them and once they sent an email and informed them, they would refund my money but it couldn't happen on the weekend because Accounting didn't work weekends. My aunt followed up again on Monday to which she received the same runaround between the spa and front desk and was told I wouldn't receive a refund for 10-15 days. 20 days later and I still have no refund and no one will assist from this resort. BEWARE OF THE SCAMS AND EXTORTION THEY WILL DO!

This is a review for Elam who was serving my family in the Palladium Hotel Buffet Restaurant. He was very professional. Elam offered us something to drink as soon as we were seated and brought our order very fast. He was very attentive and kept checking in on us here and there. I asked him few questions about the food and he explained everything very well. He is very nice, polite and pleasant to talk to. Thank you Elam!

Excellent service at La Hacienda by Roger, he was very attentive and hospitable. Food and drinks were wonderful and we hope to be served again by this great staff team. :) We came hungry and left VERY full and satisfied, all of the food was wonderful and made even better by the service. Thank you La Hacienda for a wonderful meal and beautiful evening. I asked for a specialty drink and it was delicious, my daughter is a picky eater and she enjoyed every bite.

It’s really nice meat and amazing flavor.
Also the supplemental onion rings. But with this meat you don’t need any sauce.
Nevertheless the blue cheese sauce was delicious. And a great service of course!

At La Adelita, Jaime was amazing.
We enjoyed each of the restaurants during our stays, however we're very surprised at how amazing this place was. It by far exceeded our expectations and was the best at the resort (by far!!). There are other restaurants praised as the best, however from start to finish, from flavour, quality and service, this place is it.
