We had an amazing stay at this resort in Mexico. Everything was well organized, clean, and relaxing, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the outstanding service from the staff. All the staff members ( Angel and Geremias) were incredibly kind, respectful, and always willing to help with a smile. From housekeeping to the restaurant team and front desk, everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Their positive attitude and attention to detail made a big difference in our stay. The resort atmosphere was peaceful and enjoyable, and thanks to the hardworking and friendly staff, we felt truly cared for throughout our visit. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation with excellent service. We would definitely love to come back!

I visited Grand Palladium Adelita on Jan 29, and let me just say, it was a fiesta for the senses! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. I ordered the tacos, and they were fresh, flavorful, and packed with authentic Mexican flair. But what really stole the show was the service—attentive without being overbearing, and always quick with a refill or a helpful suggestion. Every detail, from the speedy delivery of the food to the friendly conversation, made my meal a joyous experience. Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving great food and even better service!

Went here with my mom for 1 week. Everything was perfect. We had a blast at the Asian restaurant the Bambu! Thanks to Gerardo at the restaurant la Adelita for his amazing service as well. Wanna say a huge thanks to Miguel at the lobby bar, for his warm welcome everytime. This hotel is a huge 5/5. We’ll be back!!!!! Gracias por todos

We stayed at Grand Palladium Kantenah, which is connected to Coloniale and we used the amenities of both. One of the most beautiful resorts we’ve stayed at! Lots of greenery and wildlife. Well-maintained grounds, nice clean rooms. The family selection upgrade is worth it if you have young children. The designated beach area is much nicer than the rest of the beach, almost no underwater rocks, plenty of towels any time of the day, sand toys, relaxing music, no lines at the bar. The designated buffet (the Nest) with supervised kids activities during breakfast and dinner is a genius concept! Kids club has lots of activities, but our 3 seven year olds were not too crazy about it. They did really enjoy being part of the mini circus with Andrea and Maritza and learning magic tricks with Karen, Ema and Jazi though. Adult animation team is impressive! The latin show and the Rock experience were fun! We really enjoyed the silent party - one of the DJs was phenomenal! No night club in any of the 4 resorts though, just a sports bar and some live music in the lobby until 12:30. Buffet food was good, but repetitive. None of us (a group of 11) got sick, even after eating sushi and ceviche. Restaurants were hit and miss. We don’t go to the same hotel twice, but if we did, i would definitely consider returning here.

Wonderful Stay at Grand Palladium We had a really enjoyable stay at the Grand Palladium. Everything was consistently nice, with friendly and attentive service throughout the resort. The food was excellent—plenty of variety and high quality across the restaurants—and the beach was beautiful with calm, clear water perfect for relaxing or swimming. The swimming pools were a highlight too: multiple options, well-maintained, and never overly crowded. In the evenings, the shows were a pleasant surprise—professional performers, great energy, and entertaining for all ages. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortably furnished. The only minor drawback was that some villas (including ours) are quite close to the highway, so you can hear a bit of traffic noise if the balcony door is open. It wasn’t a big issue for us, especially with the door closed and the AC on, but it’s worth noting when choosing a room location. Overall, a fantastic resort with great facilities and staff. We’d happily return! Highly recommended for families or couples looking for a relaxing all-inclusive getaway.
