The Grand Oasis Resort All-Inclusive Hard programme includes the following:

  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner served buffet style at the main restaurant
  • Snacks served at the pool bar (11am to 12pm and 3pm to 5pm)
  • Snacks served at the beach bar (1pm to 5pm)
  • Local wine served during lunch and dinner at the main restaurant and Lobby Bar (including white, red and rosé wine)
  • A selection of beverages (including branded soft drinks, tonic water, mineral water, fruit juices, teas and coffees, local beer, and a selection of local hard liqueurs)*
  • Bar service at the Lobby Bar (10am til midnight), Pool Bar (10am to 6pm in summer, 10am til sunset in winter) and Beach Bar (10am to 6pm in summer, 10am til sunset in winter)
  • *All drinks are served by the glass. Alcoholic drinks are served after 12pm.

    The resort is value for money. Room are has a plenty of space and the food is good. The beach though its not sandy but its a perfect spot for snorkeling The hotel is almost 10 mins walk to SOHO square and they are providing a shuttle bus from/to starting 8 PM Most of the staff are very welcoming

    Staying here from Oct 26th till Nov 2nd. We’ve been in Egypt dozens times before, so can leave an adequate feedback. From good points: 1. Food is great 2. Location is amazing, close to SOHO and the sea is beautiful. 3. Cleaning is better than in most of Egypt 5* hotels. From cons: 1. It is really hard to get a late checkout, so better to get one more day if you need it. 2. Reception staff might be rude sometimes, might be because of the language barrier. 3. Animation staff don’t speak English, just russian, that is not working for Ukrainians for obvious reasons. 4. Rooms are a bit “tired”, not critical and aligned with the price, but still would be better to fix the cupboards at least. Spa on prem is good (massage and sauna), one issue is with planning, staff will “sell” it as “you’ll be alone in sauna”, but in fact there will be people and you might need to wait for your massage for 10-20 mins. This is common in Egypt, so not a disappointment for us. In summary, I would come back again, but manage the room booking better in advance.

    We stayed at Grand Oasis Resort and want to share our experience. Overall, it was very positive. First of all, I want to mention the receptionist named Samoy. He is calm, attentive and always ready to help. He speaks Russian well, so any questions were solved quickly and without misunderstandings. Thanks to him, we had no difficulties communicating at the reception. The sea deserves special attention. The coral reef is very beautiful and full of life. There are many different fish, including large ones. You can swim for a long time and not notice the time because the underwater world is truly impressive. The pools are clean and well maintained. There is also a separate children’s pool where kids can safely play. The food here turned out to be better than expected. Every day they served seafood such as shrimp, crab, salmon and fried calamari. There is a big selection of fruits. On certain days there were sushi, lightly salted and smoked salmon, duck and veal. We had no complaints about the food, everything was tasty and varied. A golf cart moves around the hotel territory, taking guests to and from the beach. It is convenient, especially when you are tired after swimming. We also recommend the fish restaurant located in the hotel. The food is good, the service is pleasant and the view of Sharm in the evening is very beautiful. Another advantage is the location near SOHO Square. It is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. If you need to buy something in a shop or a pharmacy, or simply take a walk, it is very easy to get there. After eight in the evening, a shuttle bus runs from the hotel to SOHO and back, so you don’t even have to walk if you prefer to ride. Overall, the hotel left a good impression: friendly staff, beautiful sea, good food and convenient location. We might return again.

    Beautiful nature and location but the rooms are very old and dirty. The service is a bit bad, when you arrive at the hotel in the morning - they don't let you have breakfast. Also after 12 when I was leaving they cut off my bracelet and didn't let me have lunch. My children and I sat hungry in the lobby for another three hours, waiting for the transfer to the airport.

    4 day trip in sharm. Our rooms were very clean. Typical all inclusive buffet but is better than others I’ve tried at other Egyptian resorts. The grounds for the hotel are very big. There is a golf cart to take you from the main lobby/restaurant to the beach. Didn’t do any excursions because it was way too hot but the pool and snorkeling at the beach was very nice.
