The Grand Oasis Resort All-Inclusive Hard programme includes the following:
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner served buffet style at the main restaurant
- Snacks served at the pool bar (11am to 12pm and 3pm to 5pm)
- Snacks served at the beach bar (1pm to 5pm)
- Local wine served during lunch and dinner at the main restaurant and Lobby Bar (including white, red and rosé wine)
- A selection of beverages (including branded soft drinks, tonic water, mineral water, fruit juices, teas and coffees, local beer, and a selection of local hard liqueurs)*

I was in Egypt for the first time, so this hotel gave me unforgettable memories and inspired me to come to this country more often. The territory is very large, picturesque and well-kept. Staff - at the highest level! Very polite, they will always help with any questions. The animators will never let you get bored and sad, I really appreciate their work ️ The sea and the beach are wonderful, they take care of cleanliness. I will miss the atmosphere and I am glad that I chose the Grand Oasis Resort for my first trip to Egypt💓

Good hotel. We checked in quickly. The rooms are old, but everything is clean and tidy. Everywhere is clean. Good varied food, not bad alcohol. Beautiful reef. Soho is a five minute walk away.

We stay here right now.
The hotel is near Soho square, where you can work in 7-10 minutes.
Territory is well formed full of different flowers and plantes. Small shuttle bus is driving from main entrance to beach. The hotel is not young and need renovation.
WiFi is working well on the territory, in rooms and on the beach also.
Food in the main restaurant is deverse, but without any speciality.
Hotel is full of Russian-speaking guests, so the service is not good. The beverages during lunch and dinner are served in cheap plastic glass; coffee is served in paper glass..animation is not active.
The beach is located on ledges and there is plenty of space on the beach at all times of the day. Plastic pantone about 10 metres and close to coral.
If you want good service it's better to choose another hotel.

Great place for people who love snorkeling. The reef is great, we saw many colourful fishes. Service is great, everyone is friendly and not annoying. Rooms are okay, could use some repairs.

Negative check-in experience : the receptionist Samuel was not friendly or professional , i got my room after unnecessary and unpleasant arguments !
The design of the hotel is not convenient if you have a baby's stroller or an elderly person. access to the restaurant (second floor) or the lobby (first floor) from the ground level, you must use the stairs. Even with the elevator , you must go up and down stairs.. and a lot of stairs in the corridor between the rooms with no ramp !
The room was okay .. and beds are comfortable .
Marine life is the best thing about the hotel. With a wonderful spot for snorkeling with colorful corals . The beach is rocky but well organized.. but sunbeds is seriously in bad shape .
