Lovely hotel. Clean, professional, friendly. Has a good gym (small but plenty of equipment) and both indoor and outdoor pools. There is also a spa and on-site restaurant which we didn't use. Free parking available too. Easy accessibility to the beach (swipe card given to access the beach gate from the hotel) and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Would recommend.

The rooms are ginormous, providing so much space to relax. We were lucky enough to get an ocean-facing room, and it was truly mesmerizing waking up to those beautiful sunrises every morning. The location is unbeatable: • 2-minute walk to the main strip for bars and restaurants. • 2-minute walk down to the beach. It’s the perfect balance of convenience and views. We literally didn’t want to leave—highly recommend the Grand Muthu Oura View for anyone visiting the area!

Very disappointing food experience for a five-star hotel. The meals were almost always cold, and the menu hardly ever changed. Fresh vegetables were often missing. It also seemed like leftovers were being reused — breakfast sausages reappeared at lunch, and lunch leftovers were turned into salads. This is unacceptable for this level of hotel. The kitchen quality and the chef’s work were very poor. The only positive was the friendly and professional staff

Please don’t believe half of theses reviews this place is terrible, run down hasn’t been decorated in years. The front of the hotel is full of weeds and badly needs a painting, the halls from to our room was like an underground car park. Badly lit and loads of yobbos cheering and chanting drunk, this pace should be closed down, I go away on 4 holidays a year and I’ve be everywhere but this hotel was like faulty towers out of the 70s, this area is stag and hen party boulevard Not suitable for families or Kids and the swimming pool is 11ft deep with loads of yobbos jumping into the pool with no consideration for others, there were no life guards, so if you have kids do not stay here, deadlock holiday !

The staff provided amazing service and I really enjoyed my stay.The location is so perfect just a two minute walk from the beach and five minutes from the strip. I visited in January so the hotel itself wasn’t too crowded, but the strip was still lively and there was still plenty of excursions to do in the area. I would definitely travel here again. The gym I would say is a 7/10 they had the main equipment but which they had a little more.The all inclusive package included a many variety of cocktails and Ussumane Ba made them perfectly. I enjoyed the entertainment like cocktail making, karaoke, and bingo. The hotel also gave my mom cake and wine for her birthday which was so sweetttt. The food was the only thing that could be slightly improved but to be fair I can be a picky eater. I still enjoyed the meals, especially the chicken and croissants.
