Great hotel , reception staff very friendly and helpful, restaurant and bar staff no so friendly.
Rooms very clean and tidy .
Bar staff at night still using plastic glasses which I understand around a pool but not in the night bar .
Food was great and the fact you can use other hotels , bars and restaurants within the chain is brilliant.
Would we go back ...... yes definitely but please ask your bar staff to cheer up !!!

This is a fine hotel.
But not a 5*
The room we had was dated and certainly needs upgrading ASAP.
The lobby staff were knowledgeable and attentive as was in the bar and the main dining area.
The food was average.
Weather wasn't too great one day, so we decided to book a massage each at the hotel.
There were no staff in this area. A young girl came running out of indoor swimming with a massive nose bleed, but there were no staff at all, and no first aid kit was visible!!
The masseuse turned up only 5 minutes before our scheduled time.
Both rooms were very cold and hence we didn't enjoy the massage!!
I don't think we would stay at this hotel again.

on arival reception staff were extremely welcoming and sent us straight to the buffet after our long day of travelling. The receptionist then checked us in and upgraded our room to an apartment which was extremely spacious, spotlessly clean and fresh, with fresh bedlinen daily.
the bar staff and hotel entertainment were always friendly and happy and made sure every evening was enjoyable. Andrèa knew our drinks and would always have a laugh with the residents and make them feel at home.
on a couple of evenings we were lucky enough to be entertained by the amazing singer with a voice as powerful as Celine Dione.
I enjoyed all of the food offerings from breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner, all the food was delicious and fresh and plenty of it.
this hotel, with all its very professional staff made our stay one of our most enjoyable.

There are so many restaurants to choose from when booking here, they have their own buffet in which is new food every day for lunch and dinner the breakfast being good too, a soup of the day which is nice every day its been mushroom, carrot and mixed veg. Anyway back to the 40 restaurants, they assign a driver to take you to the one you book(book on advance they get full quick) and a driver to pick you up, it's all inclusive if you book all inclusive with the hotel so just pick your meal and its free. I want to add tahira the poolside barman was such a nice guy and made our experience here so much better (give him a raise)

Solid 3 stars. The food was delicious. The apartment style rooms are spacious. But the outdoor space really let things down. The outdoor pool needs some attention, tiles missing and cracked, the outside gardens/plants are looking very sad. Dirty sun loungers. The electrics in the aircon system was exposed in our room, but it didn't seem to be an issue. The outdoor pool is much better than the indoor pool. Indoor pool really not inviting. Sauna and steam room are tiny closet size- 2 people comfortably. Have to purchase (€5) swim hats for the indoor pool but not the outdoor one. Only cash no card option in the health spa. Maybe its end of season but 3 stars feels about right
