Fantastic holiday at this hotel, all the staff worked tirelessly to make our stay memorable. Added bonus of having the full use of the two sister hotels, we had the choice of 4 different pools, numerous bars and places to eat. The all inclusive was great value for money. There are also speciality restaurants available to book for dinner, free on the all inclusive package, we felt like we was eating out every evening. Overall we had a really enjoyable holiday, that was great value for money, would recommend

Excellent holidays in Forte da Oura. We spent a few days there. Starting with the personnel at the reception they were all super nice and always trying to help us. The room was very spacious and clean. We had the all inclusive option. A lot of option for restaurants and you can use others hotels restaurant too! And the quality of the food was very good too. Overall very nice experience!

The reception area I wld give 5 stars the staff were lovely we were half board & cld use the coffee machine in reception & drinks machine at the pool if you want 5 star luxury don't book this hotel it's more like a 3 star we ran out of toilet paper that shouldn't happen in a 5 star the rooms were cleaned every other day & weren't cleaned properly we left cups of water on our table at dinner time they were removed twice we hadn't finished yet. It says they don't allow hen & stags well they were there.We spoke to other couples who said the same as us not 5 star 3 star at most. Would we come back here no chance. We would recommend this hotel as a 3 star & if you just want to drink

The worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune of staying in. The all inclusive is a scam: - The cocktails are naff and just sugary syrup with hardly any alcohol in them most of the time, the wine is cheap and the beer is noticeably different to when you order a beer from a bar or pub. - The food is awful in terms of quality and offerings. The 'themed' restaurants are near impossible to book despite the restaurants being mostly empty and the food they serve is all focussed around stale bits of bread (the same as the buffet breakfast has, go figure..) with whatever else has been leftover from the buffet breakfast and/or lunch. Fortunately, we figured this out quickly and ate at some amazing local restaurants instead. - The options for vegetarians is dire, however, even the meat eaters in our group didn't enjoy the food. - The supposed Italian themed restaurant at the sister hotel has named itself the same as a very good quality restaurant in the old town. They are clearly benefitting from unsuspecting tourists who have written reviews under false pretences. - The Italian themed restaurant serves cheap frozen pizza and the pasta sauce is clearly bought in and the cheapest and nastiest quality as well. The location is good but that's about it.

The hotel was really nice, the holiday was great, I was all inclusive and that was up to standard , however, a few items from my room went missing , didn’t look like housekeeping had been in because nothing was done. One receptionist made out like someone had came in through my window because I was on the bottom floor and had my window open, but all that was missing was my make up bag and a long cardigan. But I had a silver cross necklace sitting on the bedside cabinet that was still there? lol. So they made out someone climbed in through my window just to steal make up and a cardigan lol . Don’t believe that for one second. If h stay there, keep any little thing locked up!
