  • Breakfast served at the Grand Café (7am to 10.30am) with breakfast boxes available (one-day prior notice required). Breakfast is served in Ibu Kitchen for Family Paradise Wing guests
  • Lunch served at either the Grand Café (12noon to 3pm), Jukung, Mahi-Mahi or Chopstick, with lunch box available (one-day prior notice required)
  • Dinner buffet served at the Grand Café (7pm to 10pm) or themed buffet at Rama Stage. Other dinner options include Julie’s Italian, a set menu at Bumbu Delhu or Ibu Kitchen
  • In-room dining for dinner (7pm to 10pm)
  • Afternoon tea and coffee buffet near the Mango Parlor Terrace (4pm to 6pm)
  • 30% discount on premium menu items such as lobster and prawn

We just came back from a 5-day holiday at the Grand Mirage — such a great family resort! The all-inclusive package was the best choice. Enjoying delicious food and cocktails by the pool, along with plenty of activities for both adults and children, made for a relaxing and memorable experience. I must also mention the outstanding service and instant support we received from the friendly and respectful staff. Highly recommended!

fantastic 1 week stay. We were greeted with a bell boy on our check in day, helped with our luggages and reception at check-in was also easy breezy! Bracelet were given as we had an all inclusive package. Had booked a connecting room, and it was very spacious! The view from our balcony unfortunately does not over look the ocean but the lazy river pool, which was not too bad (noise wasnt too bad). Our favourite spot during our stay is the grand cafe, over looking the kids pool, super convenient for hungry parents and excited child! Daily dinner performances was also very entertaining, our favourite was the Balinese night, with fire dance. Also our fav was their dessert station during dinner, fantastic! Plus point staying at this hotel, we were also able to use the pool at the family paradise and the kids club. Service from - the restaurants to room service to house keeping was fantastic! Highly recommend this hotel , we will definitely be back!

The Rama Live Entertainment dinner experience on the first night was extremely disappointing. The host seated us next to the kitchen’s exhaust vent, where we were directly exposed to cooking fumes. We requested to either change seats or move the table further away from the vent, but the staff replied that no adjustments could be made. Furthermore, they told us that if we declined the assigned table, it would simply be given to other guests. We paid the same price for the meal as everyone else, but were not provided with a fair or equal dining experience. For a five-star hotel, this level of service is unacceptable and falls far short of expectations.

We had a wonderful time. Very glad we went all inclusive. Services and facilities were great. The Lazy River recent addition is a fantastic way to waste a couple of great hours. All resort staff very friendly and helpful, the house keeping was a bit hit/miss with remembering to replenish. Some smells from the bathroom/toilet but nothing unmanageable at all. Highly recommend for young families like ours, great value for money.

Great hotel. Stayed four nights with three kids in the family section. Friendly and attentive staff. Good breakfast. Great activities for the kids in kids club. The turtle release was a brilliant experience for the kids. Would stay again. Cheap foot massages over the road and good food choices nearby for lunch / dinner.
