  • Breakfast served at the Grand Café (7am to 10.30am) with breakfast boxes available (one-day prior notice required). Breakfast is served in Ibu Kitchen for Family Paradise Wing guests
  • Lunch served at either the Grand Café (12noon to 3pm), Jukung, Mahi-Mahi or Chopstick, with lunch box available (one-day prior notice required)
  • Dinner buffet served at the Grand Café (7pm to 10pm) or themed buffet at Rama Stage. Other dinner options include Julie’s Italian, a set menu at Bumbu Delhu or Ibu Kitchen
  • In-room dining for dinner (7pm to 10pm)
  • Afternoon tea and coffee buffet near the Mango Parlor Terrace (4pm to 6pm)

Amazing 8 day stay here. The staff were so friendly and attentive, special mention to Bagus, Jenni, Widi, Sani and Gita for making us feel so welcome and they are a credit to the Resort. No shortage of food options, bars to drink at and the adults only infinity pool was a great place to hang out during the day. The premises was clean, functioning and well presented. Room was spacious enough to easily spend a week or more without feeling cramped for space. Bed was comfy, the bathroom was clean and relatively modern. We had a fantastic time and can’t wait to come back!!!

The location is beautiful right on the beach, the pools are great, the food was very good, and there are plenty of activities for both adults and families. Overall the resort itself is fantastic, but the real highlight of this place is the staff. Every single staff member we interacted with was unbelievably kind, friendly, and helpful. From the reception team, restaurant staff, cleaners, security, and everyone around the resort — every single person greets you with a smile and genuinely tries to make your stay better. You can immediately feel how hardworking they all are. They are constantly moving, helping guests, checking if everything is okay, and making sure people are comfortable. The level of service here honestly rivals some of the best hotels in the world. What impressed us the most is how genuine the staff are. Nothing feels forced. They remember small details, they ask how your day was, and they truly make you feel welcome. It creates an atmosphere that makes the whole resort feel warm and relaxed. To be completely honest, after seeing how hard they work and how much effort they put into making guests happy, all of the staff here deserve to be paid much more than they probably are. They are the heart of this resort and the reason guests have such a great experience. The facilities, location, and food are great — but the people working here are what make Grand Mirage truly special. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bali.

Stayed at Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali and had an amazing experience! The resort is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained with excellent hospitality from the staff. The food options were fantastic, but the Indian cuisine truly stood out for us. The Indian restaurant served authentic, flavorful dishes that felt just like home, making our stay even more special. Many guests also mention the resort’s variety of dining options and strong hospitality. The food prepared by Chef Negi was delicious, full of authentic taste, and beautifully presented. Apart from the food, the entire resort experience was wonderful — great atmosphere, friendly staff, relaxing pools, beautiful beachfront views, and plenty of activities for families and couples. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bali, especially if you enjoy great Indian food and warm hospitality.

Staying at Grand Mirage was a fantastic experience for our family (2 adults 2 kids aged 8 and 6). The resort is beautiful, we stayed in one of the refurbished garden view rooms and it was bigger and better than most hotel rooms. The only downside with the room was a mould smell and some mould on the mattress under the sheets. We didn't raise it with staff but it's worth noting. Other than that the place was terrific, our kids couldn't get enough of the kids club and my wife and I spent a surprising amount of time at the adults only infinity pool because the kids didn't want to leave their new friends and all the great activities! Food options were quite good, we went for the all inclusive for a couple of days for the fun of it but because we don't drink alcohol I had to eat a lot of steak and seafood to feel like I was getting my money's worth. If you don't go all inclusive it's worth noting there are some very decent food options nearby, including an outstanding Italian restaurant literally across the road. Breakfast is terrific, they have everything you could think of. I'm glad we were in the main section of the resort, the family paradise part is nice enough but not epic like the main building. Overall I was very impressed with Grand Mirage, it was a very relaxing stay with beautiful staff in a resort that has everything you could need for a family holiday.

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali. The resort is absolutely gorgeous, with beautifully maintained surroundings and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly hospitable and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. There are plenty of thrilling water sports available nearby, along with local shops that add to the overall experience. The breakfast buffet was truly amazing with a wide variety of options. A special mention to Pardeep, who was exceptionally friendly and made delicious fresh parathas and poori every morning—such a warm and personal touch! Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommended for a relaxing and fun-filled holiday!
