Spent 10 fantastic days here. We came with a very large group (6 families which include 14 kids). The staff were all lovely. I had a lovely conversation with Jody, who cleaned our room. He was kind and friendly. The resort had great facilities. The rooms are a little worn and could do with a little refresh but overall it was lovely. We did the f&b all inclusive which was worth it, just you cant get everything but we had plenty of food and drinks for everyone. The only things I was disappointed with is the atmosphere at night, it could do with maybe music on the beach and near the pool. Also a few days notice if restaurants are going to be closed for conferences especially for breakfast. One more thing the resort buggy to be more available, walking around in a big resort on hot, humid days is a lot.

Grand Hyatt truly exceeded all our expectations, we came on a girls trip and now we have to come back here with our families. Its such a great experience for the kids, so many activities, animals and food is outstanding. The suite was very spacious with a fantastic golf view and beach is just few steps away. Breakfast had so many options and restaurants were too good.

We stayed at the Grand Hyatt Nusa Dua and it was nothing short of amazing. The hotel itself is stunning and very spacious, with beautifully maintained grounds. The staff were exceptional warm, attentive, and always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our room was spotless and serviced daily to a high standard. The restaurants and facilities are some of the best we’ve ever experienced every meal was 5-star quality, with so much variety and attention to detail. If you’re looking for a place to eat well, rest, relax, and truly restore yourself, this is your number one choice. We can’t recommend the Grand Hyatt Nusa Dua enough!

A beautiful, clean, and safe location. Staff are wonderful, the food is excellent and the resort buildings are airy and spacious. The beaches have waste debris washing up that spoils the experience even though the staff are sweeping the sand daily. We had the 'all inclusive' package that included all meals and beverages and we stayed in the Grand Club area that excludes other guests and has it's own lounge (breakfast, bar) and private pool (away from the busier main pool). A shout out to Ari who was a fantastic host in the pool area where he was very polite and attentive. I recommend the Grand Hyatt Nusa Dua as a relaxing getaway to wind down away from the general tourist areas of Kuta...

Overall, we had a great experience for our honeymoon. Cannot say enough about how kind and friendly the staff were. Pool bar/cashier Ari was the absolute best!!! So sweet and attentive and made sure our needs were met the entire stay! Cannot say enough good things about him. The cleaning staff was exceptional as well. We did the “all inclusive” package which we were grateful was an option. Just be aware the name is misleading and not everything is actually included. They have a specific drink menu which has options but does not include many things. Pretty much all food was included besides super pricey items which is understandable. Overall, it was good just wish they were more transparent about what was not included.
