We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Grand Hyatt Bali. This resort exceeded all our expectations and more. Everything was perfect, from the immaculate rooms to the superb service. The only minor hiccup we encountered was with our transportation booking for the night safari, where the driver mistakenly took us to Bali Zoo instead. Thankfully, this was quickly resolved, and it didn’t detract from our overall experience. One thing to note is that staying in Nusa Dua means you’re a bit secluded from the more authentic, bustling parts of Bali. However, if you’re looking for a luxurious retreat with all the best amenities a resort can offer, this is the place for you. The beach was pristine, the pools were stunning, and the dining options were top-notch. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking to indulge in a luxury holiday in Bali.

Our stay at the Villa at the Grand Hyatt Bali was wonderful. The resort is enormous, located in a private area with multiple resorts, and is beautifully adorned with Balinese details. The lush surroundings, with numerous water features and exotic plants, create a serene atmosphere. The main pool was very inviting, with plenty of sunbeds for relaxation. The beach boasts white sand and crystal-clear water, although the waves can be rough at times. Our villa was very spacious, featuring a dining table, living space, and an incredibly comfortable bed. The bathroom was amazing, with two showers and a huge bath, with the stones and lighting adding a special touch. Positioned right in front of the water, our villa offered memorable views and soothing sounds of the ocean. The staff was friendly and always ready to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It’s beautiful, clean, updated. The beach is right at the front and clean. The food and service are amazing. There’s Bali Collection across from there to shop and dine it, it’s walkable. I got a presidential suite connected to a club suite. The layout is grogeous!! The bathroom, kitchen, living room!!

An iconic 5 star hotel in a private resorts area in Bali. It is a huge hotel. It even provides a golf cart to transport people around. The beach behind the hotel is very nice. White sand and relatively clean. We loved the Nusa Dua area. It is a gated community. There is a sidewalk by the beach that connect different resorts. You can rent a bike or just have a leisurely walk or jog with amazing ocean view and sound as a backdrop. The drawback of the location, although it is pedestrian friendly, you can't really walk somewhere to find restaurants or convenience stores. You pretty much stuck with what the hotel is offering, which in the Grand Hyatt's case, is pretty mediocre and priced forward tourists. The rooms are clean but show their age. Walls are thin. We can hear noise from outside. The hotel seems to be popular amongst families with small children. We only experienced the noise issue in the mornings, where small children running around in front of our rooms. The sports bar is really nice. We enjoyed the pool table there. The teens room has a couple of PS5, a mini pool table (which is crooked) and a foosball table. The hotel has a few swimming pools but it is probably not enough given the size of the hotel. Pools are always crowded although not as bad as cruise ships' pools. Overall, Grand Hyatt is a nice huge hotel at the white sand Nusa Dua beach. I don't mind staying here again but most likely will try to find a newer hotel in our next visit.

Grand Hyatt Bali is another sparkling gem in the crown of Grand Hyatt properties which never fail to make me smile, nested in the middle of the gorgeous Nusa Dua area, this hotel is spread on a huge land bank and is designed in tune with Balinese design. The rooms are spacious and though dated, yet well kept and charming. The breakfast is at multiple restaurants and this keeps the footfall limited at each so is very convenient. They have multiple and huge pools and a pristine private beach. The staff is prompt and well trained and bring service with a smile. The only regret I have is my stay was short at this hotel but I am sure to return.
