One word - LEGENDARY!!!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 stars out of 5 with a double thumbs up. Our family had an amazing stay at Grand Hyatt! From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless and welcoming. The hotel is situated right by the beach, making it the perfect destination for a family getaway. What We Loved: • Family-Friendly Rooms: The rooms were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed for families. Our kids loved having plenty of space to play, and the balcony view of the ocean was breathtaking. • Activities for Everyone: The hotel has so much to offer, including a sparkling pool, a kids’ play area, and easy access to the beach. There’s never a dull moment here! • Delicious Dining Options: The on-site restaurant had something for everyone, from kid-friendly meals to more sophisticated dishes for the adults. The breakfast buffet was a big hit with the whole family. • Amazing Service: The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were always ready with a smile and eager to help, which made us feel at home. This hotel offers the perfect mix of relaxation and fun, making it ideal for families of all ages. Whether we were building sandcastles on the beach, lounging by the pool, or enjoying a family meal, every moment was spectacular and another unforgettable vacation! L

Stayed for one night in July 2024. The hotel is amazing, welcomed with hot towels, fresh juice and crackers. Food is so nice, service as well. We had lunch by the sea and cocktails in the rooftop. Several swimming pools for children and adult only. Only issue was the humidity in the room, it smells too much mould and there was no solution.

It is just an amazing hotel. Staff has a happy nature. Everyone is very helpful. Rooms are quite big. You fill you are at garden of haven when you walk around. Why I give 4 stars, fiding your room. If you stay around reception, that would be perfect. But if you go far, sections finding room would be a puzzle. They should put more signs to find your room.

The Grand Hyatt resort had everything that we needed for our week stay there. We had an all-inclusive room with club access. While the room seemed a little dated it was spacious, and the exclusive club lounge and pool were fantastic which is where we spent a lot of our time (sipping cocktails while cooling off in the pool). The food varied greatly and was overall very good. We were on the 'all inclusive' for the week and nearly everything (drink and food) was included which was fantastic. The staff were amazing. While we had an issue with our room the staff fixed the problem immediately and without fuss. They were so polite and welcoming throughout our stay. A particular mention of Darsana who is based at the club pool. Darsana went above and beyond throughout our stay and is an asset to the Grand Hyatt. We would very much stay here again and highly recommend choosing the club access and all inclusive. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Stu & Lizzy

Absolutely amazing resort with a beautiful beach front. Perfect for a relaxing holiday without gadgets and media. Loved the wide choice of restaurants and close proximity to Bali collection. The staff were so polite, kind and always ready to help! Extremely safe for solo female travellers. Loved every bit of my stay here.
