Our stay at the Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi was very good. The rooms were huge and extremely well equipped, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The breakfast was perfect: there was something for everyone, and the selection was enormous. The gym is very well equipped and air-conditioned, and the concierge service was very helpful. The pool service, however, was not as good. We ordered drinks and food, and it took a very long time to arrive. The staff member there was also not very friendly and seemed unmotivated. Aside from that, our stay was truly lovely.

I had an amazing stay at the Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Residences Emirates Pearl! The moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and took care of every detail. The room was luxurious, with a comfortable bed, modern amenities, and a gorgeous view of the city. The food was outstanding—breakfast was varied and fresh, and the restaurants offered a fantastic selection of international dishes. The pool, fitness center, and spa were perfect for relaxation. I highly recommend this hotel for both leisure and business travelers!

This is a beailutiful hotel. Its nestled in next to Etihad towers so it can get lost in the view. However, the lobby is grand with the check in counters tucked away to the side so you can enjoy the lobby without staring at people waiting in line. We were upgraded to a deluxe room and were impressed by the size. Toilet is in a separate room than the sink and shower. This is nice as it allows one to use the toilet while another is brushing or showering. There is a separate closet area to keep your bags and clothes. The bedroom has a spacious sitting area, a large bed, a desk to work from, and a balcony that overlooked the ocean and city. And most importantly, there is plenty of water in the room. We have 6 bottles when we first checked in, and more were provided during turn down service. Few cons with the room. The rain shower could use a little cleaning as some of the holes looked clogged. The closet light sensor may need to be looked it. It kept going on and off all day, which may have been bc of glare from the sun. This happened even while we were in the bedroom area. Lastly, the TV randomly turned on at 430 am. We were in bed and asleep when the TV light flashed in our face. Had to get out of bed to find the remote and turn it off. A bit random. The hotel amenities are spread out across multiple floors. And all floors have plenty of siting area for you to enjoy the hotel or the balcony. The gym is large and looks to have all the equipment you would want. It also has free weights for use. There are two pools and a beach area. Unfortunately, grand hyatt has the smallest beach area. With how they have architected the outdoor area, there's only a small beach walk up area. The swimming area in the water is the same as the other hotels though. You can see this is in the picture. We opted to pre pay for bfast for convenience. Its a large space and there are a lot of options. However, it still feels like the buffet options lack in good vegetarian options. They have the usual with bakery items, fruits, fresh juices, spreads, and oats. There was one vegetarian entree with paratha as well. There is also an egg station along with many variety of meats. They also had a crepe station when we were there. But the crepes did not look or taste very good. You also have an option to sit on the balcony. Though, I strongly advice you not to leave the table with plates as you are grabbing more food. We saw countless birds steal and pick away at people's plates when no one was at the table. Lastly, the entrance to the hotel and valet overlooks the emirates place. While its tempting to take a picture from there, I recommend heading up to p3 where you can get a better view from the spacious balcony. Hotel is located right across the Emirates Palace, a 10 min walk. Its also a 15 min walk to the visitor entrance to Presidental Palace. Emirates Palalce has a few nice restaurants; but besides those and hotel restaurants, you will need to taxi or drive for other dining options.

Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi Management, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent stay at your property. As a guest of a reputed five-star hotel like the Grand Hyatt, I had certain expectations of professionalism and hospitality — unfortunately, my experience fell far below those standards. To begin with, my check-in process was unreasonably delayed. I was only able to check in at approximately 5:17 PM, which I find completely unacceptable for a hotel of your caliber. This delay demonstrated a clear lack of respect for guests’ time and comfort. Moreover, when I attempted to order from in-room dining, the service was extremely disappointing. The staff seemed unmotivated to assist and repeatedly informed me that certain items were “sold out” — despite these being listed under your 24-hour dining menu. This raises serious doubts about the quality of service management and transparency with guests. I find it hard to believe that a five-star hotel like the Grand Hyatt could be “sold out” of basic menu items at any hour, and it makes me question whether your team is adequately trained or simply unwilling to serve guests properly. This entire experience has left me skeptical about your hotel’s commitment to the high standards it claims to uphold. I sincerely hope that you take this complaint seriously, review your operational processes, and ensure that no other guest experiences such unprofessional and disappointing service again. Very attentive and caring staff. Suci at reception desk was very helpful, our check in and check out were a smooth process. She explained what facilities and services available in details. She patiently answered all of our concerns. Karan was very helpful with our bags, very polite, would always answer with a smile, was very kind helping my grandmother with wheel chair and helping with our concerns in hotel throughout our stay. Breakfast buffet was nicely organized, have alot of jain and vegan option. Swimming pool and beach were clean, water was surprisingly warm, not too cold. Rooms were nice, had a good view, room service was great but some of our plugs werent working, even when we turned on the plug switch so make sure to test out your plugs.
