What I loved about this hotel, first and foremost, were the breathtaking views. I thoroughly enjoyed the view from my room on the 27th floor. Additionally, the incredibly fast service impressed me. Whenever I requested something to be brought to my room, it arrived in less than seven minutes. Even during breakfast, my omelette and American coffee were served quickly. Highly recommend!

Staying at the Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Residence was a mixed experience. The hotel itself is stunning, with impressive architecture, beautifully designed rooms, and top-notch amenities. The luxurious atmosphere and high-quality furnishings made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location is excellent, offering great views and convenient access to the city's attractions. However, the staff's attitude left much to be desired. Some of the staff members were indifferent and lacked the warmth expected in a hospitality setting. More concerning was the apparent discrimination against non-Arab guests. During breakfast, we were not offered a seat for a considerable time, while an Arab family who arrived later was immediately accommodated. This disparity in treatment was disheartening. Despite the negative experiences with the staff, the hotel's amazing facilities and breathtaking views slightly redeemed the stay. Since the view was amazing, we decided to rate it a bit above average, acknowledging the hotel's potential but emphasizing the need for serious improvements in staff training and behavior.

The hotel is located in a great location. The hotel is nicely decorated, the lobby looks amazing with very nice seatings. The check in process was so fast and smooth and it took about 2 minutes only, and the lady in the reception had carefully considered all of our requests and gave us a room as requested. Rooms are nicely structured with a perfect wardrobe inside the bathroom, the bathroom was so large, and the balcony as well but there is no seats on it. The beds were not comfortable and they were very much low. The TV is not smart TV and it works only for the normal channels you can’t link your phone or access YouTube or Netflix. The is a touch control board for the curtains,lighting and the AC. We had book with half board (dinner and breakfast), the dinner was the worst dinner we had in our life 👎, the item was very limited, the food was not fresh, tasteless as well as some items were cold. The breakfast was one of the best, there was very good variety and the food was very much delicious👌. The pastries were perfect, the egg Bundt so stunning, and the juices were well done. I had the perfect orange juice which I had in my life and their coffee is excellent. The swimming pool is small. The beach are is too much small with a limited sun beds. All the staff were extremely good and very much friendly, the house keeping are one of the best; we went for the dinner and when we came back we found that they had cleaned our room. I recommend with the breakfast 👌

This Hyatt is a real WOW for Globalists. I even extended my stay . So impressive. I have been to so many Hyatts around the world. The exec lounge here is among my top 3 worldwide.- maybe number 1. . There are amazing chefs there every evening in the lounge itself cooking fresh delicious dishes as good or better than most restaurants. And a pastry chef who could be in Paris. The pool is large and 50-60 meters long -prepared for olympic swimmers. The room upgrade was to a gorgeous suite which rivals some of the best Hyatt suites i have seen. The staff throughout the hotel is very professional and competent .Housekeeping is exceptional as is reception staff and exec lounge staff and pool staff. There is also a small beach area. I will definitely be back. By the way, the few criticisms of staff which i read in other reviews are totally unfounded. Probably "amateur" guests with self esteem issues .:)

An exceptional Grand Hyatt property, great location in the corniche in Abu Dhabi. Spent 3 days recently on a family holiday. Very modern rooms and awesome views of the Persian Gulf. Beautiful lobby area and the very best Regency Club experience for Globalist guests. Highly recommend.
