Every area of the hotel is beautifully maintained, and the level of comfort is evident in every detail. One of the highlights was the buffet, which was absolutely outstanding—generous, beautifully presented, and filled with high-quality options. The service was impeccable throughout the stay, with attentive and professional staff who made the experience even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, this is a hotel that delivers comfort, style, and world-class hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Abu Dhabi.

I have been meaning to write this review for some time. We stayed at the Grand Hyatt in Abu Dhabi for seven nights in November 2025, and it was without doubt one of the most incredible hotels — if not the best five-star hotel — we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. From the moment we arrived at the main doors, where our luggage was promptly and kindly taken care of by the concierge, to the warm and professional reception team, everything was absolutely seamless. The entire week was simply amazing — the location, the views, the food, the pool, the amazing suite, and most importantly the staff. Every single detail was top class. In fact, our experience was so exceptional that we have already planned our return visit for 2026, and this time we’ll be staying for a full two weeks. A special and huge thank you to Krischan Knoll, who acted so quickly in alerting the housekeeping team when my beloved necklace was accidentally left behind in our suite after we had already checked out. And also to the lovely Sara Saleh (Guest Relations Manager) who kindly helped to arrange the safe delivery of this precious item back to me. Sara was an absolute joy to chat to throughout our entire holiday and always greeted us with the biggest smile, a true credit to the hotel. For me, the care, honesty and kindness shown in recovering such a special and sentimental piece of jewellery even after we'd departed and were 2 days back in the uk before I even realised, it truly meant the world to me. I am forever grateful and very much look forward to personally thanking you all when we return in March. Thank you again for a truly wonderful stay — we cannot wait for our next visit. The food was good ngl, the noodles WAS A SCAM IT WAS WARM AND DRY, my sister tried to eat from the kids side in the buffet. The room were good, soundproof and yk what you expect from a normal hotel, but you get to control the lights and all which was cool, it is a nice hotel. THE WASHROOM IS LIKE HALF A BEDROOM!! LIKE IT WAS SO COOL AND LIKE WHAT!??! service was meh, we didnt even call them half the time, DO NOT USE THE PIANO GUYS PLS. Thank you. Bye guysss wnjoy your stay yalls!

We had the most amazing stay last weekend predominantly for the final F1 GP at Yas Marina Circuit. The lobby area and entrance were beautiful and welcoming!! We left our luggage there to go to the race and returned in the evening to check in. Our room on the 43rd floor (top floor) was absolutely stunning with views of the Emirates Palace! All the staff we encountered were super friendly!! Particular praise has to go to our Housekeeping team, Mathi and Suku! Both did a superb job of maintaining our bedroom and changing over in the evening. We left them a note as we appreciated their service! Breakfast choices were amazing and fresh with views of the back of the hotel. We have absolutely enjoyed our stay here and can’t wait to return for another visit!
