We had a great stay at Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi. The hotel has some superb views, close proximity to Qasr Al Watan and Emirates Palace. The service was brilliant. The staff at the hotel are friendly, knowledgeable and more importantly, efficient in their work. Particularly, this relates to the breakfast team whose work I could not possibly not to mention, and room service attendees (cleaning staff). Couple of little hiccups that we had in different areas have been fed back to guest relations manager for the hotel to focus on. But on the grander side of things these were not big issues for me to give less stars. We would be delighted to come back but please do change/work on the bar menu at Pearl Lounge as sadly the food did not live up to our expectations. Still, amazing experience. Great hotel, fabulous and welcoming staff. Thank you for the earlier check in, great room service (3809 - thank you to two cleaning fairies who attended to our room daily), always exceptionally welcoming fitness/spa receptionist, and nevertheless the always smiling and in charge of beach towels guy (apologies we couldn’t recall his name !) Thank you for our first and great experience in Abu Dhabi!

We recently attended a seminar for INTERNATIONAL NEONATAL CONFERENCE in Grand Hyatt Hotel. the experience was smooth, professional, and well-organized from start to finish. The seminar hall was spacious, well-lit, and equipped with modern audio-visual facilities. The sound system, projector, and screens functioned flawlessly, contributing to a seamless presentation experience. Seating was comfortable and arranged appropriately for the audience size. Grand Hyatt Hotel had provided a reliable and professional setting for our seminar. The well-maintained facilities, attentive staff, and overall ambience contributed greatly to the success of the event. We would gladly consider this venue for future programs.

We had an unforgettable stay at this hotel. Our room was a haven of cleanliness and spaciousness, boasting stunning views and a wonderful bathtub. The service throughout the property was truly next-level. From the moment we arrived at reception, we were met with genuine warmth and efficiency. The pool and restaurant staff were equally attentive, and we appreciated the helpfulness of the general staff around the property. Their dedication to guest comfort was evident in every interaction, whether assisting with luggage, check-in, or room service. We especially want to commend Leo, who checked us in. His exceptional accommodation regarding our flight times, offering flexible check-in and check-out, significantly enhanced our stay and made it stress-free. We will definitely be back. Thank you

My husband and I stayed at this hotel with our family for our wedding. When we arrived, I saw my family waiting in the lobby for their rooms. They had just come from a long flight, and when I asked if anyone had welcomed them with drinks or anything, they said no. I was shocked — this is supposed to be a five-star hotel. Unfortunately, that was only the beginning of our disappointing experience. The hotel has four elevators, but during our entire stay, only one was working. Imagine all the guests trying to use a single elevator. Every time we needed to go downstairs, we had to wait at least 5–10 minutes. It was incredibly frustrating. On my wedding day, things got even worse. I woke up early to start getting ready and noticed that the ceiling of our bathroom was leaking. I thought maybe I was mistaken, so I went down for breakfast — and again had to wait ages for the only working elevator. When I returned to the room, the situation had gotten much worse: the entire floor and our room were flooded. I’ve attached some photos showing the damage. There were two maintenance workers trying to help, but they couldn’t speak English, which made communication very difficult. I called reception to explain the situation. They already seemed aware of the issue, but I couldn’t believe how casually they treated it — especially knowing it was my wedding day. I had no choice but to go to my parents’ room to get ready, but even then, I waited another 15 minutes for the elevator. It was an absolute disaster. We arrived late to our wedding, and I was extremely upset. Afterward, I reported everything to the hotel manager — even though it really shouldn’t have been my responsibility to chase them about it. They did move us to a different room, but honestly, it didn’t feel like enough given how much our special day was affected. After I complained further, they offered two complimentary massages as compensation, which was a nice gesture, but overall, it was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

The view was absolutely breathtaking, making every moment even more special. The food was delicious, offering a great variety to satisfy us. But what truly made the experience memorable was the exceptional customer service as the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with stunning sights and top-notch hospitality! 🌟
