Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi offers a truly refined five-star experience, with a prime location, breathtaking views, and an atmosphere that feels elegant, polished, and welcoming at the same time. Every area of the hotel is beautifully maintained, and the level of comfort is evident in every detail. One of the highlights was the buffet, which was absolutely outstanding—generous, beautifully presented, and filled with high-quality options. The service was impeccable throughout the stay, with attentive and professional staff who made the experience even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, this is a hotel that delivers comfort, style, and world-class hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Abu Dhabi.

I have been meaning to write this review for some time. We stayed at the Grand Hyatt in Abu Dhabi for seven nights in November 2025, and it was without doubt one of the most incredible hotels — if not the best five-star hotel — we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. From the moment we arrived at the main doors, where our luggage was promptly and kindly taken care of by the concierge, to the warm and professional reception team, everything was absolutely seamless. The entire week was simply amazing — the location, the views, the food, the pool, the amazing suite, and most importantly the staff. Every single detail was top class. In fact, our experience was so exceptional that we have already planned our return visit for 2026, and this time we’ll be staying for a full two weeks. A special and huge thank you to Krischan Knoll, who acted so quickly in alerting the housekeeping team when my beloved necklace was accidentally left behind in our suite after we had already checked out. And also to the lovely Sara Saleh (Guest Relations Manager) who kindly helped to arrange the safe delivery of this precious item back to me. Sara was an absolute joy to chat to throughout our entire holiday and always greeted us with the biggest smile, a true credit to the hotel. For me, the care, honesty and kindness shown in recovering such a special and sentimental piece of jewellery even after we'd departed and were 2 days back in the uk before I even realised, it truly meant the world to me. I am forever grateful and very much look forward to personally thanking you all when we return in March. Thank you again for a truly wonderful stay — we cannot wait for our next visit. I usually stay at this hotel, even though it is getting quite old. I stayed there during the Eid weekend, and what a disappointment! I had to wait more than an hour for check-in because the hotel was extremely crowded. The receptionist, Smarika, was taking even more time. The heat inside the hotel was unbearable, and no bottles of water were distributed to all the guests who were standing and waiting. What upset me even more was that there were only five receptionists handling check-ins that day, while we could see other hotel staff casually walking around the lobby without helping them or even offering us water bottles. The rooms are outdated, and several things were not working properly. For example, the button used to close the curtains was not working, and it was very difficult to close them manually. Every time I stay at this hotel, there seem to be technical issues because the hotel is clearly aging and poorly maintained. At one point, the electricity suddenly went out, leaving me without power for more than 10 minutes. The beach was also very disappointing. The water was stagnant and absolutely not inviting for swimming. Overall, this hotel is far from being worthy of a 5-star rating. The level of service and the overall standard simply are not there anymore. This will be the last time I stay at this hotel. You have lost a loyal customer.

We had the most wonderful time at the Grand Hyatt this week. We were celebrating a family birthday on this trip and the hotel did a little something special for us. The hotel was fully booked but they tried their best to get the rooms for our group as close as possible. The breakfast spread is wonderful and the staff friendly and polite. The portering staff were wonderful during check out and hailed a cab and loaded the luggage for us. The location is great. In winter, if you walk briskly, you can reach the Corniche in 15 minutes which isn't bad at all otherwise there are ample cabs which can be taken. A big thank you to Varun at the front desk for his impeccable service and friendly nature. He made us feel very welcome!
