Our first time staying at this fabulous hotel and certainly not our last. From the start we were warmly welcomed into the hotel, the front desk staff were also very helpful informing us about the Grand Hyatt app and opportunity to receive discounts at any restaurants etc at the hotel. Immaculate rooms with stunning views, excellent choice of food for breakfast especially as we were vegetarian, nothing was too much for the staff, they really went out of there way to make our stay special. We had dinner at the Italian restaurant Verso, unfortunately most of the pastas contained egg, so I asked if they could mix the pasta with the sauce I wanted, they simply just reinvented a new dish for me which was so tasty I came back for more. However what truly made this hotel stand out was their service, especially the concierge team. Bikram is such an asset to your team. Whenever asking for what to do and where to go even for food nothing was too much for him. He even went as far as to book the tickets on our behalf for an attraction. Always a smiling face and this accompanied with an iPad that had such a wealth of information was a real breathe of fresh air for us, such good service is rare, so please extend our sincere thanks to him. Overall a beautiful hotel with world class service. We will be back again!

I had an absolutely grand experience at the Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel! From the moment my wife and I arrived, the service was impeccable. The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety of delicious dishes, catering to all tastes and preferences. Room service was prompt and courteous, ensuring my needs were always met . The valet service was efficient and hassle-free, making my stay truly convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking luxury, comfort, and top-notch service. We will definitely choose Grand Hyatt when we return to Abu Dhabi.

My wife and I really enjoyed our vacation here. The rooms are clean and spacious. Wonderful gym and spa zone. The pool is nice and there is a small beach that does its job well. We had breakfast and dinner included in our package - the food was delicious and there was great variety. Very thankful for a wonderful time. Will definitely look to return to this hotel in the future.

I don’t even know where to start. The location, the view, the service, and last but not least — the staff! Everything was simply world-class. We only had breakfast, but it was more than enough. Every morning we enjoyed a very good breakfast. The only slightly disappointing thing was that the pool area is quite small. I’d like to thank all the staff for always being friendly and providing excellent service.

Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi Management, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent stay at your property. As a guest of a reputed five-star hotel like the Grand Hyatt, I had certain expectations of professionalism and hospitality — unfortunately, my experience fell far below those standards. To begin with, my check-in process was unreasonably delayed. I was only able to check in at approximately 5:17 PM, which I find completely unacceptable for a hotel of your caliber. This delay demonstrated a clear lack of respect for guests’ time and comfort. Moreover, when I attempted to order from in-room dining, the service was extremely disappointing. The staff seemed unmotivated to assist and repeatedly informed me that certain items were “sold out” — despite these being listed under your 24-hour dining menu. This raises serious doubts about the quality of service management and transparency with guests. I find it hard to believe that a five-star hotel like the Grand Hyatt could be “sold out” of basic menu items at any hour, and it makes me question whether your team is adequately trained or simply unwilling to serve guests properly. This entire experience has left me skeptical about your hotel’s commitment to the high standards it claims to uphold. I sincerely hope that you take this complaint seriously, review your operational processes, and ensure that no other guest experiences such unprofessional and disappointing service again.
