Rooms are a bit old but excellent A+++ staff, I have never seen a more friendlier, hospitable welcome than this place. I also lost my necklace in the bathroom after check-out, and the staff had already placed it in my stored luggage before I even inquired about my lost item. Thank you for the wonderful experience ❤️

We stayed here for three nights in June 2024. We chose Nikko because pleasant stays at Nikko's Japan before. The price was decent, and the breakfast buffet was good. However, despite its strong global brand and reputation, Nikko Benoa's management needs to step up big time. We could hear our neighbors clearly every time they slammed their doors, which was especially annoying when one is trying to rest and relax. Installing door insulation or soundproofing would help. Additionally, we noticed a lack of manpower. The friendly security guard had to double as a baggage porter, and the egg station cook told me he was overwhelmed with incoming orders. Most of the staff in the restaurant were friendly, cleanliness was good, and housekeeping, particularly Dedi, provided excellent service. However, the receptionists need to improve their friendliness, especially since they are the front-end team.

We love this hotel. Excellent staff, excellent location, very comfortable and easy to do anything. They are so accommodating. We are still here at the hotel and leaving tomorrow. We definitely miss it! We has fabulous buffet breakfast every day.🙏🙏🙏

Such a wonderfully made hotel. Great views, large breakfast spread and spacious cozy rooms. We absolutely loved our stay here and wish we had stayed for longer!

Highly recommended. Spacious room, a bit old but clean and all functions well. The mattress and pillows are really good. Hospitalities of the staffs are excellent, specially ibu Suriana at the breakfast room. The back part of the hotel is facing the beach, though no body swimming in the beach. The pool and gym are good. Close to the convenience stores.
