We rented a car and had access to everything we wanted! The breakfast was great, the staff was great and the rooms were awesome. The pools were also extensive and it was on the beach so you could go swim as you pleased. I highly recommend hotel Nikko. Oh! One last thing it is connected to a Japanese and Italian restaurant and the food there is authentic and good.

Rooms are enough big with large toilet equipped with shower and bathtube. The service is very pleasent and nice. Breakfast is served as bali and japanesee cuisne but it is also avaiable europeann cuisne. Thers are two restaurants a'la carte italian and japanese. The minus is surround there is about 10 minuts throught "not nice" seaside path to reach nice walkpath. There are also avaiable restsurants and minimarkets near to hotel.

The hotel is in an area of Bali with a very small beach area which I found disappointing during my stay. The staff was incredible however. Although I would not consider the hotel a 5-star property, the staff certainly was 5-star. From the front desk, to the food outlets to the house keepers, all were incredibly helpful , kind and courteous.

Nikko Hotel is an excellent choice!!! The buildings, pool & gardens are very attractive, and the staff are the happiest and politest I have ever encountered.
The grounds are big enough so that it never feels crowded and there are always enough beds around the pool!
The breakfast has everything one might wish for, and is constantly refreshed by attentive staff. The room was big; with a huge comfortable bed, and had a big balcony overlooking a pool and ocean! overall we had a fabulous relaxing 3 days at Benoa and would recommend Nikko Hotels as a good option for families & couples wanting a relaxing beach holiday! 🔥🔥

I’ve stayed here several times. Never had a good experience. Last time my room didn’t have WiFi and no AC. When I’ve called the lobby and told them that ac doesn’t blow cold air, they asked. Me few times I’m sure that my balcony was closed. I wasn’t sure how ac works in Bali, but I did double check if I need to open it so it’s gonna blow cold air) before I’ve cold them, I did checked the air filter, and it was black. It wasn’t changed in years. They make people breathe that air. After changing the filter, I got cold AC. But WiFi still sucks here. For the same price you can get better deals in Nusa dua, and much closer to Nusa dua beach. Also they won’t let you park your bicycle even for 20 min
