Greeted with a complimentary non alcoholic drink on arrival, Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beach is an exceptional place to stay in Nusa Dua! The staff's friendliness and polite demeanor stood out from the moment we arrived, they are incredibly cultured and go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The hotel spa was always booked out so make sure to get your appointment in as soon as you can, to avoid missing out on a blissful massage session. The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a variety that catered to all tastes. From fresh fruit to an array of buffet options, there was something for everyone. The pool area is absolutely stunning and perfect for capturing beautiful photos. Just outside, the beach area is alive with water sports, and we thoroughly enjoyed the jet skis, which were surprisingly affordable. For dinner, the hotel offers two wonderful restaurant options, Italian and Japanese, both delivering excellent cuisine. Outside the hotel, you'll find a range of massage spas, restaurants, supermarkets, and even a pharmacy and ATM, which were incredibly convenient. The nearby supermarket was a hidden gem, offering Bali souvenirs like bags, magnets, coasters, clothes, and trinkets at a fraction of the cost compared to other tourist areas. We were allowed a 4 hour late checkout for 400,000 rupiah which was welcomed by us since our pickup was later afternoon for the airport. Overall, Hotel Nikko Bali is a perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and cultural charm. Highly recommended!

The hospitality at Hotel Nikki was a tad less if you compare it with other hotels in Bali. The location is amazing, but please be advised that the beach in this stretch of the island is shallow, and there are hardly any waves. Their swimming is good, and I believe it is also up for renovation- so it’ll get better. They have a great children’s play section with ample toys to keep kids occupied. Overall - I would say this is not a 5-star property, but I will add that they’re doing multiple renovations and perhaps it’ll be an upgraded experience after they have done that. Meanwhile, it’s not a bad place but just an average hotel going by Balinese standards.

NOT a 5 star experience. Old facilities, a public beach that is swarmed by water sports like jet skis and boats etc that pollute the hotel pool area with their toxic fumes, hotel restaurants that seem pretty dead. Feels like a hotel that’s long seen it’s best days. Oh did I mention the construction? Only 1 star for service despite the staff being nice- I asked specifically to be located somewhere close to the pool or breakfast area as I was with my 7m old baby. Instead they literally put me in the farthest room available…. 👀 not great Should be a 4 star max. Best thing about this place is the layout of the pool. Quite nice, different depths and lots of shady areas. Hotel Nikko would do good to upkeep their property, update shower heads & sinks & broken pool tiles etc. Otherwise NOT 5 stars.

Stayed here for a business trip. It's an old hotel and some parts of the hotel has been refurbished and they have managed to keep cleanliness in most of the hotel area, especially the room I stayed in. But, the gentlement toliet at the lobby needs extra attention. My room is quite spacious with a bathtub inside the bathrooms with hot water available. The restaurant served various breakfast and delicious menu, including a vast variety of fruits. The staff are very nice and helpful. When checking out, I left my jacket at the wardrobe and they quickly save it for me to pick it up later.

Hotel Nikko is a beautiful hotel with a stunning location right on the beach. The staff were so warm and kind and added special touches like my daughter's names on their deserts. From the front desk to the pool towel service, the concierge, the dining staff always so friendly offering service with a smile. The room was perfectly cleaned each day and was the perfect size for a family of four and it was only a family room but quite large. Hotel design and art decor is beautiful. But you can't beat the view when the tide is high. the locals are lovely too and offer little market stalls along the beach. The pool is beautiful and my kids barely left the pool in 5 days they had the best time and named different parts of the pool, parents of young kids please take care as the pool can get suddenly deep. But otherwise I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful holiday to just unwind and let kids just be free to have fun! P.s highly recommend Georgios - kids gave it a 1000 star rating.
