We have had a great week at this lovely hotel. The staff are all extremely nice and helpful, friendly with children and very responsive to any needs. The main restaurant for dinner and breakfast is a very high quality buffet with various cook to order options. Drinks are all good whether it’s house wine or something more special. We didn’t go to the sunset bar but I checked it out during the day and it looked very nice. We had lunch at the pool restaurant a few times and it was also great and well priced. Lovely pool and surrounds, in the nice part of Costa Adeje. A calm vibe. Mix of brits, Germans, French, Scandinavian and Spanish clientele. The room was very well sized and housekeeping did a great job. Overall a lovely place for a Spring family break- recommend!

Staff were the real standout here. Especially the staff at reception and the room cleaning staff were amazing. The room was very good. Loads of space and the bed was excellent. The only feedback I have on the rooms is there was no secondary lock. Most hotel rooms have a lock you can lock yourself into the hotel room so that even a key card cannot get in. Our room only had the key card lock. It meant that you had to rely on tge don not disturb card to ensure nobody came into your room. Breakfast and dinner were very good. Location is excellent. Spa and gym were excellent.

We had a lovely stay at the Gran Tacande. The room was spacious and meticulously cleaned every day. The gold level pool area was very good as was the service, particularly from barman Saverio. Breakfast was great every day and on the whole we had a really nice stay. We paid for 3 people to stay in one room, but on arrival the room was only set up for 2 people, 2 dressing gowns, 2 glasses, no sofa bed etc. but this was quickly fixed. There was one occasion where the hot tub water was dark brown and dirt clung to the sides of the hot tub, when we mentioned it to reception they said it was affecting everyone… Which wasn’t a problem for one day, but it would have been nice to receive a text or email letting us know about the problem. On the whole we had a lovely stay and would come again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Fantastic pool area, beautiful rooftop bar and delicious food. The only suggestion for improvement would be to present the sushi, which is actually freshly prepared, directly at the buffet and not to lay out the day after. As a result, the rice is unfortunately a bit hard and does not taste quite fresh, it is a pity if actually a person is currently preparing it fresh. But we totally recommend the hotel and we will gladly come back!!

Nice location right at the promenade in Costa Adeje. Beautiful views from the hotel room with sea view. Very good service and excellent and relaxing SPA. However, the rooms and the entire hotel building lack a bit of maintenance and quality in the selected materials to really be worth the 5-Star experience. Gourmet restaurant was closed and “under maintenance”. Add-on: they have an own parking garage which is perfect if you come by (rental) car.
