Very nice hotel in great location, superb staff, but just not quite as good as it could be. Pros: Location, staff, amazing food, clean, large rooms, great rooftop bar. Cons: Air Con set far too high (amended on request but should not have to), night light lights up the whole room making sleep difficult, lots of beds but towels put out early but at 11am most are still empty, pools could be warmer. In short, really nice hotel but lacking the deluxe factor of some others in the area.

We had the pleasure of spending at this hotel, and our impression is simply fantastic. We want to express our absolute awe and admiration for the entire hotel and all the staff. The environment is superb and calming, and the relaxing areas are beautiful and expansive – perfect for unwinding. The swimming pools are absolutely perfect with crystal clear water. Special praise must go to the fantastic care and cleanliness of the rooms, which were always impeccable. Thank you for an unforgettable stay. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and I can guarantee that it is one of the best hotels in Costa Adeje, if not the best. The room is very clean and very well equipped, the bed is very comfortable, and the views (depending on the area) are spectacular. The quality of the food is impeccable, they offer variety, and you can tell that the products are fresh. And the gym is very well equipped, professional style. The hospitality is touching, and you always feel welcome. The atmosphere simply conveys peace and comfort. Just one detail: in the room we stayed in, the hot water took a while to come through, but that doesn't change the good experiences I had at this hotel. I really hope to come back soon and stay longer. So, Gran Tacande, thank you very much for the wonderful memories you have given me. 😄

An almost perfect stay at this beautiful hotel, unfortunately we were woken up between 2am and 4am for 3 nights after party of 3 men were checked into the room next door to ours and would come back to their room in the early hours slamming doors, shouting and generally being nuisance. Had it have been just us adults we wouldn’t have minded so much but we had a 4yr old and a 6 month old with us and chose a quieter hotel to avoid things like this. We did make a complaint after the second night and we did notice the following night they were much quieter but then the night after that they continued being very loud Other than that we had our lovely stay! Also just want to give praise to Manuel in the Azotea roof top bar , we received such a warm welcome from him and he was full of knowledge when we were asking him about the sights from the roof top

We spent two wonderful weeks at Gran Tacande as a couple, and this was our second visit — once again, everything exceeded our expectations. Our room was spacious, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean, with excellent housekeeping. The beach is just a few steps away, the seaside promenade is perfect for evening strolls, and shops, restaurants, and essential services are all within easy walking distance. Breakfast is excellent, poolside dining is convenient, and dinner at Restaurante Haydée by Víctor Suárez was a true highlight. The hotel bar with live music provided a relaxing evening atmosphere, and the staff were always friendly and attentive. The saltwater pool area is pleasant and never crowded, and the hotel’s peaceful location makes it ideal for relaxation. We can wholeheartedly recommend Gran Tacande to anyone seeking comfort, great service, and a truly relaxing stay by the sea.
