I highly recommend this hotel. It’s perfect for anyone looking for a relaxing stay in a high-standard environment. The reception staff were incredibly helpful, polite, and kind. The rooms were cleaned every day — always spotless, nicely scented, with water and coffee replenished regularly. The hotel grounds were well-maintained and very clean, with the staff making sure everything stayed in perfect order. The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, full of flavor, and made from top-quality ingredients. The hotel offers a beautiful view from the sky bar and the pool area. Plus, it’s just a short walk to the most stunning beach in Costa Adeje.

Wonderful hotel! We especially liked the rooftop bar and the wide variety at the breakfast buffet. Everyone from the staff is also very friendly. The hotel is very beautiful and is at a nice location. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby. However we would not rank this hotel as a 5 star hotel. Especially because of the lack of variety at the evening buffet. Always the same options. Some things change a bit but if you stay longer than a week you get bored of it quickly. The dessert buffet is really lacking variation and especially quality: this is more a 3 star dessert buffet rather than a 5 star. Also the floor at the pool is sometimes very dirty still in the morning. I see sometimes that staff is cleaning it but it stays quite dirty. Unfortunately you also had to reserve sunbeds in the morning otherwise you just don’t have one. But this is in a lot of hotels the case and I understand it is difficult to do something about this. Overall we had a really nice stay but for the price we paid we expected that little bit more. Credits to Jelle, the meat and fish chef! He always prepares it with love and a smile!

The staff was excellent. The bartenders at the gold level Felipe and Felix were the nicest, friendliest, kindest and funniest bartenders we have ever met. They took such good care of us and my nephew who is shy took quite a liking to them because of their friendly banter. The cleaning service was phenomenal and kind. We received hospitality beyond our imagination. We would definitely recommend staying here. We are very grateful and look forward to come back.

It is as place to repeat the experience. The crew members are very polite, calm, respectful, and always attentive. The place itself is an interesting character, a combination between rustic and modern. The restaurant crew, and food was beyond my expectations. Lots of fresh choices. Loved it. The reception team was extremely helpful, polite, and attentive. The room cleaning is not recommended for OCD people ;)). Overall, I have decided to return to this hotel, whenever I go to Tenerife.

I stayed here for a week with my girlfriend and we had an amazing time from start to finish. We were warmly welcomed with a smile by the receptionist, Sven, who did an excellent job making us feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed the Gold facilities — everything was clean, modern, and very well maintained. The spa area was a real highlight, and the atmosphere throughout the resort was calm and relaxing. The entertainment by the pool was fantastic. The animation team brought great energy every day and really went the extra mile to engage with guests, especially during the themed evenings and water activities. The food was another highlight — every meal offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, and the restaurant staff were always attentive and friendly. All in all, it was a perfect week, and we can’t wait to return. Special thanks again to Sven at the front desk — you made our stay extra memorable!
