Second time in the Grande Tacande Hotel: A little less better then last time. We booked breakfast and dinner inklusive and the Buffet was really good again also the Service was really lovely. The backdoor to the beach is an easy way to enjoy the ocean and still have a comfortable place to chillout. We miss a bit the lovely concierge from last time. The room was huge and just as we remembered with a big bed, the shower and bath tub but a little annoying this time was that 3 times a day some Service knocked on the door: water, cleaning and chocolate. We would've wished for one interuption instead of three. The wellness possibilities were really nice. The gym has the average machines and we could nearly do our full training. Also a really nice trainer was in the gym to keep it clean and help. Only an abductor/adductor machine would've been the non plus ultra for us. We can still recommend this hotel and will visit it again.

From the moment we checked in, the service was superb. We felt so welcome. Reception was great. We were shown to our room. Staff member took the time to go through all the facilities it offered. From housekeeping to the restaurant staff, everything was very good. Just so friendly and helpful.

We have had a great week at this lovely hotel. The staff are all extremely nice and helpful, friendly with children and very responsive to any needs. The main restaurant for dinner and breakfast is a very high quality buffet with various cook to order options. Drinks are all good whether it’s house wine or something more special. We didn’t go to the sunset bar but I checked it out during the day and it looked very nice. We had lunch at the pool restaurant a few times and it was also great and well priced. Lovely pool and surrounds, in the nice part of Costa Adeje. A calm vibe. Mix of brits, Germans, French, Scandinavian and Spanish clientele. The room was very well sized and housekeeping did a great job. Overall a lovely place for a Spring family break- recommend!

We had a lovely stay at the Gran Tacande. The room was spacious and meticulously cleaned every day. The gold level pool area was very good as was the service, particularly from barman Saverio. Breakfast was great every day and on the whole we had a really nice stay. We paid for 3 people to stay in one room, but on arrival the room was only set up for 2 people, 2 dressing gowns, 2 glasses, no sofa bed etc. but this was quickly fixed. There was one occasion where the hot tub water was dark brown and dirt clung to the sides of the hot tub, when we mentioned it to reception they said it was affecting everyone… Which wasn’t a problem for one day, but it would have been nice to receive a text or email letting us know about the problem. On the whole we had a lovely stay and would come again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Fantastic pool area, beautiful rooftop bar and delicious food. The only suggestion for improvement would be to present the sushi, which is actually freshly prepared, directly at the buffet and not to lay out the day after. As a result, the rice is unfortunately a bit hard and does not taste quite fresh, it is a pity if actually a person is currently preparing it fresh. But we totally recommend the hotel and we will gladly come back!!
