A stunning hotel that is absolutley pristine. The cleanliness is top tier. The rooms are incredibly spacious. As many other reviews have mentioned, the staff are brilliant here. Incredibly helpful and genuinely friendly - all this adds to a wonderful atmosphere at the hotel. The spa is in perfect condition, it looks brand new and is spotless. Incredibly well priced ($17 for two hours use of the facilities). We treated ourselves to two couples massages and they were both amazing. If you are staying here, I strongly recommend factoring in some holiday spend for the spa massages. Honestly, not a single negative I can think of. Thank you to all the staff here for making this holiday so special.

The hotel was fantastic, Lorena from the animation team was excellent, the hotel entertainment was excellent and the food for both breakfast and evening meal were excellent! One evening they had fresh oysters! The hotel is perfectly placed to take advantage of the beach and local restaurants! The service in the rooms was outstanding. We had a great holiday!

Carolina from guest services was great. Always super helpful, friendly and checking to see how our trip was going. Always had a smile on her face! Vanessa working at the San Sebastian Plaza was fantastic and provided great service during our stay. The room is great with the pool just outside. Ideal for families as you can enjoy the sun while the kids are napping. We did stay here in 2019 and the rooms could do with a little maintenance. The railing into the pool was a little shakey and a few things in the room itself were worn down .

I am sad to be leaving Spain after a wonderful week at Gran Tacande. I spent a week here alone and cannot recommend it enough. ALL of the staff are super helpful and friendly, the services excellent and the Spa is probably the best Spa I’ve been to. With my package I spent 2-3 hours a day there and it was wonderful, I regret not having treatments but there are only so many hours in the day! The hotel is in great location for the beach and whilst I didn’t go out at night I always felt safe here. I have a gluten allergy and the staff were knowledgeable and accommodating which was such a breath of fresh air. Whilst I didn’t partake in the entertainment, there was a full program of events daily and the Gold level pool area was peaceful and had excellent service. The room was super comfortable and I would highly recommend having the balcony hot tub. Thanks so much to all the staff for making my week relaxing and easy, I would highly recommend a visit and would definitely consider a return trip.

I booked the suite with gold access and jacuzzi. It overlooked the seaside with amazing views. The room itself was very spacious and probably the biggest hotel room I’ve been in. Staff were incredibly friendly, going out of their way for customer service as well. The exclusive plaza and spa day that came with the room were very much appreciated. The free food at the plaza was also a good alternative for going outside for lunch.
