This is the 7th time I’ve stayed at The Gran Oasis resort with my family. We stayed for 10 nights over Christmas. The rooms are great for us, we had a 2 bedroom with rooftop terrace. The rooms are spacious and spotless. Our lovely cleaner looked after us very well. The rooftop is great for getting away from the pool area in your own space. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped if you are self catering. The food is good for all inclusive, there’s something for everyone at all mealtimes. The dining room can get busy at times, but we always got seated no problem. It can be noisy with unruly children, but that’s to be expected in a family hotel I suppose. The Christmas dinner, although not what we’d have at home, was really good with plenty of choice and nice wine. The canapés and welcome drink was a nice touch. The dining room staff are all great, but a very special mention to Luis and Vera, who go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. Reception are very helpful and the online check in (because we booked directly with the hotel) was very efficient and saved time on arrival. We didn’t use the hotel pools much because my teenagers swim in the 50m training pool near the hotel. We did notice that the big pool was closed 3 times during our stay, not sure why. I didn’t use the spa this time, but I’ve previously had a treatment there and enjoyed it. The gym is good, but it can get busy, especially if people take their kids in. There’s are good running route round the golf course from the hotel, which is just over 2 miles long. The pool bar, which was renovated this year is much improved. A special mention to Silvio at the bar, who also goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome. The hotel shop has the basics. There is a supermarket a short walk from the hotel. The arcade was great for the kids and the candy floss machine was well used! We have already booked our holiday for next year.

We've just spent a week at the gran oasis resort in tenerife and we've had an amazing holiday. The hotel staff are amazing... The cleaners, restaurant staff, bar staff and the fabulous entertainment team.. Renata and the team are amazing with kids and fun with adults. The new year's gala dinner was amazing... Lobster tail... Beef wellington and much more and some amazing desserts... Well done gran oasis... Keep it up and see you next year!!

Very nice staff, great food, good option for young kids. Felt very safe. Very pretty scenery, plants and even the cutest, friendliest kitty. The rooms and pools were always clean! And we also got a special treat (cake) for a birthday. Small but nice and clean gym.

5 of us as a family have come for a week and wow what an experience, the staff have made our holiday. The foods absolutely amazing, and overall it’s beautiful. I 110% recommend! so many memories made within this hotel as well as exploring out. A huge applause for all the staff who work their hardest. You’ll meet Shelby the kids entertainer, she’s absolutely amazing at her job there’s never a dull moment! Along side with her husband Miguel, he works the bar and again you’ll become good friends. The restaurant staff are amazing and quick with what they do, it’s so hygienic! Not to mention the families you meet here are impeccable ❤️ A huge thankyou to everyone !

Coming back to Gran Oasis for the fifth year in a row, we still love it very much! We're always greeted with smiles, and we're extra happy to see Renate is still here! Even though the hotel is rather close to the ocean, we tend to stick around to the pool areas, which are always in excellent condition. Sun beds are plenty and it's not too crowded. A nice upgrade this year was the entertainment area which has been totally rebuilt, with a large scene and comfortable chairs/sofas. It wouldn't be a proper review without mentioning the rooms. Not that we use then very much because we really only sleep there, but they are spacious with great beds and always perfectly clean. Saving the best for the last, the food! Excellent does not cover it! We travel alot and have tried many similar family hotels, but Gran Oasis is the best! From breakfast to lunch to dinner, even though you're not hungry, you just always look forward to the food! There is one area of the hotel which we have not tried out yet, and that is the aqua land for the smallest kids. Next year we'll be back with our first grandchild and look forward to reviewing that too.
