What a gem of a hotel, staff are fantastic, rooms are spacious with everything you need. Including all the amenities to cook yourself, if you need. The hotel grounds are lovely, pools are heated and the entertainment staff some of the best if not the best we have come across. Food is great, there isn’t a massive selection but what is there is plentiful and always cooked in front of you. There are better all inclusive food options, but we grew to enjoy it, fresh fruit and bread with always a few protein options. There is serve serve dorada larger, wines, Prosecco, fruit juices, fizzy drinks and coffee all day with a snack bar (chips, sandwiches, fruit and burgers etc) Location is a mile from both centres, taxis take 5 minutes to the centre(s) and cost about €8 each way. Would recommend all inclusive as drinks are quite pricey if not, that said, onsite shop with all you need 100% for the price we paid h

Stayed for 5 night BB.Its a nice family orientated place.Rooms are very well appointed and clean.Its a solid 4 star hotel indeed.Staff very friendly and any issue is being sorted asap.A big plus was the heated pools.No issues finding a sunlounger,but its feb. Cant comment on food as we were BB only.Breakfast the usual cooked/cold/pastry selection. Location is indeed up on a steep hill,20 min walk downhill to beach/ restaurant area.A taxi back will cost u around 8-10 euro. Overall was a pleasent experience at Gran Oasis Resort.

Stayed in March last year. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We all had a great time. If Tenerife is a destination again I'll definitely be back. Only issue we had was the pool bar food. It just needs to be wrapped. The sandwiches were allways so stale. Just a bit of wrap and portion then out would solve it.

Excellent hotel,hotel clean,accommodation was perfect and beds comfortable.Food was lovely and staff lovely,friendly and helpful. Went away as a group of 7 females aged between 19 and 58 to celebrate a big birthday, all had a great time and would go back again. Without any prompting from the group the birthday girl got a voucher for a cocktail ,not on all inclusive, and staff brought out a cake in the restaurant and sang her happy birthday .A special mention to the guy in the bar nearest reception,Miguel ?, he remembered names and was lovely

This is the 7th time I’ve stayed at The Gran Oasis resort with my family. We stayed for 10 nights over Christmas. The rooms are great for us, we had a 2 bedroom with rooftop terrace. The rooms are spacious and spotless. Our lovely cleaner looked after us very well. The rooftop is great for getting away from the pool area in your own space. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped if you are self catering. The food is good for all inclusive, there’s something for everyone at all mealtimes. The dining room can get busy at times, but we always got seated no problem. It can be noisy with unruly children, but that’s to be expected in a family hotel I suppose. The Christmas dinner, although not what we’d have at home, was really good with plenty of choice and nice wine. The canapés and welcome drink was a nice touch. The dining room staff are all great, but a very special mention to Luis and Vera, who go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. Reception are very helpful and the online check in (because we booked directly with the hotel) was very efficient and saved time on arrival. We didn’t use the hotel pools much because my teenagers swim in the 50m training pool near the hotel. We did notice that the big pool was closed 3 times during our stay, not sure why. I didn’t use the spa this time, but I’ve previously had a treatment there and enjoyed it. The gym is good, but it can get busy, especially if people take their kids in. There’s are good running route round the golf course from the hotel, which is just over 2 miles long. The pool bar, which was renovated this year is much improved. A special mention to Silvio at the bar, who also goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome. The hotel shop has the basics. There is a supermarket a short walk from the hotel. The arcade was great for the kids and the candy floss machine was well used! We have already booked our holiday for next year.
