Nice accommodation, clean and well maintained. Staff are excellent, very pleasant and always willing to help. Food was nice, plentiful and varied. Drinks menu was just as good and the bar staff first class. The only problem we had as a family of 17 with ages ranging from 2yr to 65 yr was the location. 30 min walk to the beach with steep hills. Having said that the taxi service was impressive, lots of them and reasonably priced. Also a shuttle bus was available at certain times.

I have just returned from a week at this beautiful hotel eith my partner and 2 girls (12 & 6) and all i can say is that I am gutted.... to have left!! What an amazing place! From the minute we arrived the staff were so helpful; reception, waiters/waitresses, bartenders, entertainers... all fantastic! the food was lovely, I hadn't expected great things being a bit picky but every day it was fresh, hot and great quality! None of us were ever left hungry. Pool areas are lovely and clean, although people do the usual sun bed reserving, there was always beds available and lifeguards/entertainment staff do monitor Reserved beds and remove when needed. Rooms were beautiful, spacious and cleaned immaculately daily. We loved the space and privacy the 2 floors gave us as a family. The biggest shout out has to be for the entertainment team.... Shelby, Carlos & Alva who are just fantastic! Day &evening they work tirelessly to give everyone a great holiday experience, young & old! My youngest daughter is autistic and the care and compassion they showed her making sure she was included was amazing... a special thanks has to go to Shelby for making C's 1st holiday experience so special 💖 All in all, I recommend this hotel 1000% and I'm already planning our next visit! Thank you team Gran Oasis!

Absolutely 10-10 for our first family holiday Food, rooms, staff service was entirely incredible. We will definitely recommend to everyone and will certainly be back for another holiday. SPA: Very professional service. Patricia was deligtfull and very experienced, I wish I’d have booked in sooner to experience more of her services. Absolutely 5star sensational! Feel re-set and refreshed ready for my journey home! What a pleasure

We’ve just come back from a week long holiday with our family and 2 year old, and we absolutely loved it. We've stayed in Tenerife many times, including in some 5* star hotels, but this was by far our favourite! The resort is beautiful, spotless with spacious rooms and great air conditioning. There’s just one restaurant, but the food was always fresh and really tasty. The Asian evening on Friday was really good. We noticed that food labels were often missing or incorrect so if anything a bit more information would definitely help guests know what they’re choosing. The pools were brilliant and we never struggled to get a sunbed, which was a big plus. The only downside was that the white parts of our swimwear turned slightly green in the water. Not sure why that happened, but we’re hoping it washes out! The service was exceptional. Every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Carlos, Miguel & the reception team in particular were fantastic and helped make our holiday really special. We can’t wait to come back soon!

Would highly recommend Gran Oasis for an all inclusive family holiday. From a beautifully decorated and clean reception to our 2 bedroom spacious apartment with large balcony and impressive private roof top terrace and this was kept very clean at all times. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The food for breakfast, lunch and dinner was really tasty with great choices for everyone, very well managed with no queues. The snack bar by the pool was always well stocked with savoury snacks and fresh fruit. Both bars had a good selection of all inclusive drinks for adults and kids. Ice cream pots free with all inclusive but I would recommend a selection of Ice Lollies instead as the ice cream is plentiful at meal times and kids tend to enjoy ice lollies during the day. The daily entertainment at the pool was great fun for everyone. The supermarket on site was well stocked. Overall this is a excellent family resort that I would not hesitate to return to.
