Book a last-minute 7-night B&B stay here with my family (2 teenage boys). Arrived midday, so rooms weren't ready, but we knew this beforehand( the room was ready about 2:30 pm). Alfredo checked us in and gave us the rundown on the hotel, mealtimes, and pools etc, he even called our transfer company( several times that week) to see if they had found my sons bag he left on the bus 🤦‍♂️. Room was a 2 bed 2 story terrace (cleaned every day by the awesome cleaning staff) photos attached. Pools were decent size, and lifeguards were not too strict. They told people off when they needed to. Animation team were good from what we saw. The location was a little bit away from the beach, and the main areas, there was a free bus to and from the beach and Siam every day. Taxi was about 7 Euros to most places or loads of scooters to hire. There is a bit of a steep hill up to the hotel, but perfect to get your steps in. The shopping centres are about a 20/25 minute walk, We upgraded to all-inclusive twice during our stay (€45 per person), which was worth it for the 2 pool days we had. Food was decent with a good variety breakfast was worth having every day. The reception, bar, and restaurant staff were all awesome, happy, friendly, and extremely helpful, genuinely nice people. We would stay here again as it is close to the airport, Siam Park, and Karting club Tenerife. Cheers for a great week in the sun 🌞 😁.

We spent 6 wonderful nights here and couldn't be any happier. The staff are amazing, rooms spacious and food absolutely amazing. We loved to try different country foods every dinner. Would like to say special thank you to Marina (life guard at kids aqua Park) she made our kids holiday very special, absolutely the sweetest lady. Can't wait to come back here. Thank you!

Had a fantastic week here as a family group with three under 12’s. Staff are really attentive and we found something to eat most nights. Rooms are big, but a little tired, fantastic pools, although be aware they are deep, there are options for very little ones though. All in all a great week.

Our stay at Hotel Gran Oasis Resort in Tenerife was nothing short of delightful, earning a strong 4.5 stars. The staff were wonderful, especially the bar staff who graciously handled our group’s daily happy hour rush, serving 20+ cocktails with a smile and efficiency. Staying on a B&B rate was perfect for us, though many opted for the all-inclusive package. Drinks were incredibly cheap: beers at 3 euros and cocktails at 6 euros, with happy hour from 4-5 PM halving those prices to an even more irresistible deal! The reception staff were fantastic during check-in, managing our large group of 17 seamlessly and assisting with taxi bookings that arrived within minutes. A free shuttle bus to Siam Park was an added convenience we highly recommend. Breakfast was a standard buffet with sausages, eggs, bacon, beans, and a chef preparing ham and cheese omelettes. The food was of a decent enough quality, but quite basic in it's offerings. One thing to note however, the coffee machines could use an upgrade, and a bit more variety in the daily offerings at breakfast would be appreciated. The on-premises shop was a great convenience, offering all the necessities at very reasonable prices. Despite not traveling during peak season, we never faced issues with queues or finding sun beds. The multiple pools cater to all age ranges, ensuring everyone has a good time. Housekeeping was superb, leaving our rooms spotless every day. The hotel aesthetic itself is wonderful, with the reception looking like a tropical paradise. One tiny downside (especially if staying in a room like ours in the 30-40 range right at the top) is that there is a hell of a lot of stairs to climb between the rooms and the main pools/lobby area, but they were able to accomodate for our large group without issues and so we are very appreciative of their efforts. The hotel's motto, "Be Happy," truly reflects our experience. Hotel Gran Oasis Resort is a fantastic choice for a joyful and relaxing stay!

An in-depth review, following our recent family holiday. Hopefully this helps others. Family of 4, travelling in late August 2024, stayed in Room 66 which was an end, 2 bed apartment with roof terrace, directly facing out to sea, booked through Jet2, on an all-inclusive basis. Transfers - we were the first drop off/last pick up, by the airport bus, with approx 15min commute between. Hotel Overview – in summary we loved this hotel, it was very clean throughout and all the staff were polite, attentive, and happy to help. It’s not a huge resort hotel, which I think works in it’s favour, with meal times spread out, so the one main restaurant never felt too overcrowded. There was a gym (never used it), 3 pools, decent supermarket for those that needed it, small arcade (games and pool), which I think was shortly due to be extended into the adjacent room, and a Spa. Usual entertainment on a night for all ages, if that’s your thing. Location – Google Maps is your friend here, but in short, its a 25min amble to the beach (Playa Vista is easily the best of the nearby beaches), or 5 mins in a taxi for about 7 or 8 euros. As with most of Tenerife, it’s on a hill, so walk down, taxi back up. Room – as above, ours was a two bed apartment with roof terrace. We had a fully stocked kitchen, dining/living room, family bath and two bedrooms. Large double balcony and a huge roof terrace with sunbeds and shaded seating area. Air con in living area and main bedroom. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Very clean, spacious and absolutely nothing to fault. Sunbeds – very nice to see that there were easily enough sunbeds to go around, with only a few people bothering to get up early to snag their favourite spot by the pool. Most people took their towels to breakfast and/or sorted after that. There was a warning during booking in, that unattended beds would have their towels removed. No matter what time of the day, there were spare beds, with staff happy to help you move them/group them together if needed. Pools – 3 in total, 0.5m/1m/1.5m. Each situated on a different level, separating each pool from the next. Never felt too crowded in any pool/area. Inflatables are allowed. Food – we all ate well, breakfast, lunch, tea, with the restaurant having a different theme each night. Cold/salad bar, fresh grill bar, numerous hot foods, and a swathe of desserts. Catered well for all ages. Throughout the day, out-with meal times, there is a snack bar, which we didn’t really need/use, but had various hotdogs/burgers/nuggets/pizza/fruit/pastries available. Free ice-creams available all day. Drinks – bars are open 11 to 11, with everything you would expect included, although a small premium for branded drinks and some (fancier) cocktails. Soft drinks, fruit juices, beer, wines are all on self-serve. Lots of slushes and mocktails for the kids. Check out – check out by 12noon, although you can pay to extend. Baggage room to leave cases, shower rooms available by the pool, allowed to keep all-inc bracelet and use facilities after check out until transfer to airport. All in all, we thoroughly loved our stay. There is loads to do in the area, with Siam Park literally less than 10mins away – see my separate review for how to have the best family day out here.
