It was amazing the trip the food the rooms everything about this hotel. It’s very family friendly. Our cleaning ladies were so nice and the rooms were always clean. Some problems about this fab hotel is the fact that if you book a room on the top floor you have to walk up allot of stairs there is no kids club even though on the website it says there is there is also no football/basketball court my son was very disappoint because again it said on the website the last thing that we we’re disappointed about was the entertainment it was quite mid some things were just not really fun to watch. We were staying as a family of five and we found the rooms very spacious. All the staff are very friendly and they make you feel very welcome and comfortable. We have just got back from our stay at Gran Oasis for 5 nights all inclusive, and it was incredible from start to finish! The staff were all so lovely and friendly, but there were two staff members who really stood out for us, the lady who takes your table number at dinner (didn't catch her name) and Miguel, the bartender. They are a major credit to the team! The rooms are beautiful, very clean and plenty of space. The pools and outside areas were great, lovely scenery, plenty of sun beds, and very tidy. The food and drink were always delicious with plenty of choice! It is a little out of the way to the beach and located up a hill, we walked the first day and this was fine for us but older people or people with mobility issues may find it a bit difficult. Taxis are available from reception, which cost us about 8 euros to the beach. There are a lot of steps in the resort, and our room was quite high up. Again, this was fine for us, but it may impact others. It was my husbands birthday while we were there and he received a gift and they sang happy birthday and brought a cake for him without us even mentioning about his birthday. It was so lovely, and everyone really went above and beyond! Overall, it was an absolutely incredible experience and I will recommend to family and friends! We will definitely be back as we were so gutted to leave! Thank you everyone for making this a holiday we will never forget 🥰

Just spent a week there all inclusive and really enjoyed the stay. Grounds are clean, pools are great as are the staff. Foods got plenty of variety and always kept topped up. Situated top of the hill with nice views from the room, bit of trek to the town but the exercise did me good. Plenty of bars and restaurants locally. Only gripe with the place was the ready made cocktails which were almost alcohol free

Great hotel, massive spacious rooms, apartments. All pools are heated. Entertainment is good. Food is good enough variations for breakfast lunch and dinner. Theme dinners every night. No sports bar or TV area. No tennis or football pitch within the hotel. Auqapark is good but for kids up to 10years old. Free WiFi everywhere.

Where do I even begin. This hotel went above and beyond for me and my boyfriend when we stayed. This holiday was booked for a birthday celebration for the pair of us. From the day we arrived to the day we left the service was nothing but excellent, you should be proud of yourselves. They surprised us with cake and singing happy birthday during the even meal, was shocked to say the least. We also got given envelopes that gave us a surprise which we enjoyed. The staff are so lovely and accommodates us and our needs. Always there to be help and very friendly. The rooms were perfect and very clean, beds were very comfortable. However, one thing to note if you have thick hair bring your own hairdryer, took me 40 minutes to an hour each night to dry my hair. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone, cannot fault anything. Very happy indeed
