Our stay at Hotel Palacio de Isora was truly wonderful. The facilities are spectacular, with carefully maintained surroundings, spacious and comfortable rooms, impressive pools, and a relaxing atmosphere that invites you to completely unwind. All the staff are always friendly, professional, and ready to help with anything you may need. We would like to make a very special mention of the Oasis Restaurant, where the dining experience was absolutely top-notch. The team there shows warmth and professionalism in every service, always attentive to ensure everything is perfect. In particular, we would like to thank Bea, the manager, for her dedication, kindness, and great organizational skills, which are noticeable in every detail. Thanks to her and her entire team, every meal at Oasis was an excellent experience. In summary, Palacio de Isora is a unique place to enjoy an unforgettable holiday, and the Oasis Restaurant with Bea and her team make the experience even more special. Highly recommended!

The Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora is a spectacular hotel, with stunning facilities and a dreamlike setting by the sea. The pools, gardens, and common areas are very well maintained, and the overall service is excellent. I would especially like to highlight the Oasis Restaurant, where the food was delicious and the service impeccable. The quality of the dishes, from fresh fish to meats and desserts, was outstanding. A special thanks to Bea, who attended us with exceptional kindness and professionalism, making the experience even more special. Without a doubt, a place to return to and highly recommend. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Currently staying at the hotel (8 nights out of total 12), Let’s start with the good things- location is great, close to nice restaurants and shops, main pool is excellent and well maintained, spa is also excellent. However, the service is more like 2 stars hotel, rooms are not well cleaned , our room was flooding , as the sewage was blocked and it took around 50 min to someone from the maintained to arrive, it ended by us taking care of it manually so our staff won’t get wet. Also , there are pigeons inside the indoor dinning area . I find it very disgusting .

The food is varied and of great quality, with plenty of options for every taste. I would especially like to highlight the excellent service from Bea at the Oasis restaurant.
