An unforgettable experience at Hotel Palacio de Isora. The facilities are impeccable, with well-maintained gardens, spacious pools, and common areas that invite relaxation. The room was comfortable, clean, and offered spectacular views. I especially want to highlight the service at the Agave restaurant, where Erika and Bea provided us with outstanding attention—friendly, warm, and always attentive to every detail. Their professionalism and kindness made each meal even more special. Overall, a perfect place to unwind, relax, and enjoy a luxurious environment with top-level service. We will definitely be coming back.

Our experience at Hotel Palacio de Isora was excellent, but what truly made the difference was the outstanding service from Erika and Bea during lunch at the Agave restaurant. From the very beginning, they welcomed us with a smile and offered warm, professional, and attentive service. They gave us great recommendations and made us feel completely at ease. The food was delicious, made with fresh ingredients and beautifully presented, but without a doubt, Erika and Bea’s service was the highlight. Thanks to them, lunch became even more special. A true example of hospitality and kindness! We highly recommend Agave Restaurant and sincerely appreciate the service we received.

We enjoyed our 7 nights all inclusive. They served a big variety of food. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. At the restaurants they ensured you got your meal as requested. There were a few flies here and there and a few areas had a sewer smell but it wasn’t that bad overall. The pool is great but some of the jacuzzi/bubbles aren’t working unfortunately. Our room was very clean and drinks were restocked daily free of charge. Someone might try to sell you the circle membership but if you don’t want it they won’t bug you any further. Different entertainment every day, very kid friendly.

I recently stayed at Gran Meliá in Tenerife with high expectations — especially after paying €2,300 for the all-inclusive package and another €2,300 for the accommodation. Unfortunately, the experience was far from what I anticipated. ❌ Major Issues: No towels at the pool: On our very first day, we went to the kids' pool and there were no towels available. My son had to return to the room wet and cold — not exactly a five-star experience. This wasn’t a one-time issue — lack of towels was a recurring problem throughout the stay. "All-Inclusive" is misleading and restrictive: At dinner, we were told the dish we selected wasn’t included in the all-inclusive plan — and we would need to pay extra. When I asked for two churros for dessert, I was told I could only have one per person. At the pool bar, we ordered a drink that also wasn’t included — and what we received was a watery, incorrect cocktail filled with ice. At one of the buffet dinners, my wife asked for a drink — only to be told she’d have to pay for it inside the restaurant, but could get the exact same drink for free if she walked 20 meters outside to the bar and brought it back in. Completely absurd. Poor staff attitude and service: The staff member responsible for handing out towels at the kids’ pool consistently looked angry and irritated, and refused to respond in English, even when I tried to communicate clearly. At the restaurant, a server couldn’t even confirm whether our wristbands or room number were registered as part of the all-inclusive plan. When I requested to cancel the all-inclusive on day 3 (since nothing I actually wanted was included), I was told a manager would contact me to discuss. Instead, I received a cold, dismissive phone call simply asking, “Can I confirm the cancellation of your all-inclusive?” A more helpful staff member later scheduled a meeting with another manager, but that meeting turned out to be a sales pitch for an €8,000 membership. No actual solution was offered. Booking restaurants is nearly impossible: The hotel has several restaurants, but we were unable to make a reservation for any of them during our entire stay — and later found out this is a common complaint among other guests. Technical issues at breakfast: On one of the mornings, a loud noise began blaring through the speakers in the restaurant. When we asked a staff member what was going on, she simply shrugged her shoulders without answering. 🧒 Good for kids, but... Yes, the hotel has good infrastructure for children. But the all-inclusive package is misleading, restrictive, and simply not worth the money. Service and hospitality are well below what you'd expect from a 5-star brand like Gran Meliá. If you’re considering this hotel, skip the all-inclusive and manage your expectations when it comes to service. I wouldn’t return, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend the all-inclusive option to anyone.
