During my recent stay at the hotel, I unfortunately had a rather disappointing experience, especially in terms of service and food. From the beginning, the buffet was a complete nightmare. There were long queues to access the food, which was frustrating in itself, but the worst part was when I was finally assigned a table. It was completely dirty, with the previous customer's dishes still not cleared. This level of neglect in cleanliness is unacceptable and created a very poor impression from the start. Moreover, the employees seemed completely overwhelmed by the number of guests. While I understand that during peak season there can be a high influx of guests, the hotel should have anticipated this and hired enough staff to adequately attend to all the customers. For the price we paid, one would expect a much more efficient and personalized service. The overcrowding was not only evident in the restaurant but also in other areas of the hotel, such as the pool. It was practically impossible to find an available sunbed due to the large number of people. This excessive number of guests in all the facilities significantly impacted the overall experience negatively.

The hotel is palatial in appearance and has a fabulous feeling to it. The room we had was big but a tad shabby, bath panel broken and marks on the bathroom surfaces. The bed was large and comfortable and the balcony was lovely even though we overlooked the staff parking area. The staff were all helpful and several were totally wonderful. You need their app for booking restaurants other than the main one, it was tedious trying to get bookings as spaces only open for two days ahead. The infinity pool was stunning, not heated and salt water. Not enough sunbeds or parasols as people would bag them with towels early😔. All the food was great to exceptional. We needed a gentle week to unwind and it was perfect. The gym and spa were well worth a visit too.

This is not a 5* hotel. The food is awful, whatever is left of breakfast is being reheated and served for dinner. You have to wake up early to “reserve” the sun beds otherwise you can kiss goodbye because they don’t have enough beds for all guests. The service is poor, they have this weird greeting with hand on the chest but yet no please or thank you or anything. It’s absolutely disappointing to pay for all inclusive and get service and food like in a 2* hotel. I have never had so much bad food ever and to top it all up it’s full of flies too. Booked a room with sea view but all was blocked by 2 massive palm trees, so basically looking at some leaves. Definitely not coming back let alone recommending it. Shame the place it self is pretty decent.

This hotel is nice to look at, but is nowhere near a 5 star standard in reality. Main takeaway from this visit is that the hotel lacks proper management and their customer service standards are well below par. It is impossible to get a restaurant booking as they are all “full” which is a nightmare for those paying for the all inclusive package. I will share some photos below of how “full” the restaurants are, I think what they should say is that we have a very poor booking system and cannot employ enough staff to run the restaurants at full capacity, this is in fact the reality of the situation. Paying 180 euros for the premium Teppanyaki was an experience, more so because the food was bang average and the chef’s “tricks” resulted in him dropping the eggs! Back to chef school I feel for the poor young lad. Lights randomly come on in the rooms in the early hours which is also not ideal! Hotel has so much potential and is nice, just a shame how it is managed which is ultimately what lets it down - wouldn’t come back. Hotel manager was not available to deal with any complaints from the various guests trying to voice their frustrations at the reception.

Saeid Rezaei
In a true sense, you can feel the hospitality and tranquility in this hotel through each staff member in various sections, especially in the dining areas and crowded environments. The high level of awareness of the management regarding business and customer service is commendable, and they do not hesitate to assist and support you in ensuring your enjoyment and happiness. This hotel is a very suitable choice and a great experience for everyone.
