The stay at Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora turned into one of those trips where you genuinely feel taken care of. The staff were exceptionally attentive, always kind, and consistently professional. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and cleaned every single day, which made the whole experience feel effortless. All the on-site restaurants were truly top-tier, with excellent food quality across the board. Cocktails and ice cream were especially impressive — rich, fresh and genuinely delicious. Breakfasts changed slightly from day to day, so there was no monotony, and everything was served in unlimited quantities, which felt wonderfully indulgent. The pool is not heated and filled with saltwater, but it was still enjoyable, and there were always enough sunbeds for everyone, even at peak hours. A few small things could improve the comfort even more — having razors and cotton buds available in the room would be helpful. The mattress was on the firm side, and the duvet setup was a bit unusual, placed between two sheets rather than in a cover, which felt strange at first. The amount of activities was a highlight: astronomy sessions, table tennis, tennis, daily entertainment, and live music. The territory of the hotel is absolutely massive, beautifully maintained, and perfect for long walks. The location is about 20 minutes from Las Américas, but this distance is actually a benefit — the area is peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. We will definitely return — the hotel truly delivers a premium experience.

We spent 10 days with our family at this beautiful hotel. The food, drinks, and service were wonderful. The rooms are spacious with a lovely covered balcony. The children's pool is fantastic, as is the excellent service from the waitresses at the pool. We had a medical emergency and would especially like to mention Claudia, who provided us with professional and compassionate support. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay.

I had such a wonderful stay at Hotel Palacio de Isora. From the moment I arrived, the whole place just felt calm, welcoming, and perfect for switching off for a few days. The pools and common areas are beautiful, and the overall atmosphere makes it really easy to relax. What I enjoyed the most, though, was the service at the Oasis restaurant. Bea, Erika, and Javi were amazing every single time. They’re friendly, attentive, and make you feel genuinely cared for. It’s the kind of service that really sticks with you and makes your stay even better. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I’d happily come back.

I stayed at the Hotel Palacio de Isora and the experience was excellent. The facilities are beautiful, very well maintained, and the peaceful atmosphere makes you feel relaxed from the very first moment. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. But without a doubt, what truly made the difference was the service. I want to especially highlight Bea, Erika, and Javi, whose attention was exceptional. Always attentive, friendly, and professional — they made every moment even better. You can tell when staff enjoy what they do, and with them it really shows: great attitude, kindness, and a level of dedication that elevates the entire experience. In summary, a place I fully recommend to disconnect and feel well taken care of. I will definitely be back.

My recent stay at the Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora was absolutely wonderful, and I can't recommend it highly enough. We booked an ocean view room, and the view itself was breathtakingly incredible. Waking up to the sight and sound of the Atlantic every morning was a highlight of our trip and truly elevated the entire experience. The hotel grounds and services are top-notch, and the staff was truly exceptional. We especially appreciated how attentive they were regarding our baby's milk allergy. The staff was so helpful and kind, and they cooked a special, custom breakfast for him every single morning, which gave us tremendous peace of mind. For families, there are many activities scheduled throughout the day and an excellent area dedicated to infants, which made traveling with our little one so much easier and more enjoyable. The hotel offers a selection of several different restaurants, each with unique cuisine. While the quality of the food at each was high, please note that the prices were quite high. Additionally, each restaurant seems to specialize in a single meal service (e.g., one only offers breakfast, another only lunch, and another only dinner). This structure meant there weren't a lot of dining options available for a specific mealtime, which could be a little repetitive over a longer stay. A note on location: the hotel is a bit far from the main city areas, so I would strongly advise guests rent a car to fully enjoy Tenerife and explore the surrounding towns with ease. Overall, the stunning ocean view, the fantastic amenities for children, and the genuinely caring staff made this an unforgettable five-star experience. We'd return in a heartbeat!
