A truly wonderful experience in every way. We especially want to highlight the excellent service from Bea and Erika at the Agave restaurant — always attentive, kind, and professional, they made every meal even more special. Their friendliness and dedication truly stand out. The hotel overall is impeccable: clean, comfortable, and well-maintained facilities. The atmosphere is peaceful and perfect for relaxing. All the staff were courteous and efficient, making our stay absolutely perfect. We will definitely come back. Thank you to the entire team, especially Bea and Erika, for the outstanding service!

An unforgettable experience at Hotel Palacio de Isora. The facilities are impeccable, with well-maintained gardens, spacious pools, and common areas that invite relaxation. The room was comfortable, clean, and offered spectacular views. I especially want to highlight the service at the Agave restaurant, where Erika and Bea provided us with outstanding attention—friendly, warm, and always attentive to every detail. Their professionalism and kindness made each meal even more special. Overall, a perfect place to unwind, relax, and enjoy a luxurious environment with top-level service. Beautiful hotel and room, however definitely for the more wealthy family once you're there. It's easy enough to book the room using a travel agent but the prices of the room service and the restaurants are enough to melt your holiday spending money before even attempting anything nice. The pool is very large as expected and the main reason for booking but the drains stink near it so you're holding your breath if you get too close to the edge. Unfortunately infinity pool is a loose term, I wouldn't call it that to be honest there's not really any sort of edge to look over or anything special just a huge pool with glass at the edge looking at nothing, sprinklers in the pool keep going on and off, when they come on are nice and relaxing but if you are a distance away from them the pool is so large that by the time you get there they are off again and you need to waits around 5-10 mins. The included breakfast was in my opinion worse than some 3 stars I've stayed. I don't expect much at any hotel but at a 5* you expect to be able to eat, everything tasted funny, the scrambled eggs stood out as the worse, it was like they were made with gone off milk. We did have a lovely time but wouldn't pay the premium to go again I don't think. Beds for me were amazingly comfy but for my partner is gave her aches and pains all night. Location is only 3* because of the distance from the airport. It's more for bragging rights that you have been in the longest infinity pool in Europe and for the amazing photos.

Our experience at Hotel Palacio de Isora was excellent, but what truly made the difference was the outstanding service from Erika and Bea during lunch at the Agave restaurant. From the very beginning, they welcomed us with a smile and offered warm, professional, and attentive service. They gave us great recommendations and made us feel completely at ease. The food was delicious, made with fresh ingredients and beautifully presented, but without a doubt, Erika and Bea’s service was the highlight. Thanks to them, lunch became even more special. A true example of hospitality and kindness! We highly recommend Agave Restaurant and sincerely appreciate the service we received.
