We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel, and what truly made it exceptional was the kids club and the animation team. Their passion, energy, and genuine dedication were absolutely impressive. They didn’t just “supervise” the children — they truly cared for them and made every activity fun and meaningful. Our kids were incredibly happy every single day, and they kept talking about the team even after we left. As parents, it gave us so much peace of mind knowing that our children were in such caring, enthusiastic, and trustworthy hands. We were able to relax and enjoy our time, which made our vacation even more special. A heartfelt thank you to the amazing kids club and animation team for creating such beautiful memories for our family!

We had a lovely stay at Gran Castillo Tagoro in Lanzarote. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very family-friendly. Our 4-year-old especially loved the mini disco — it made our evenings so enjoyable and fun. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. The only suggestion would be to add more vegetarian options in the buffet, as the selection was a bit limited. Overall, it was a great experience and we had a wonderful holiday as a family. We would happily return!

The animation team was absolutely amazing! The broadway show was the highlight of our night! The different acts that they have on every night is outstanding! It’s only our 3rd night but me and my fiancé look forward to the shows each night! We would like thank the animation team for the laughs and pure entertainment! You can tell they really love and enjoy the work they do!

Jonathan behind the pool bar was very helpful and a wonderful host. He was constantly busy helping and looking after all the guests in the gold area. We have travelled to many hotels and Jonathan was five stars at his job. He was constantly moving looking after the guests engaging and had a beautiful nature about him. A lovely lovely person outstanding at his job. So nice to be treated by this lovely man. Amazing hotel great delicious food and a great atmosphere.

Great hotel with v spacious rooms well it was an apartment with a massive balcony. We loved the location very chilled and relaxing away from heavy turism, but at the same time close enough to get to busier areas by either walking by the coast beautiful scenery or by taxi and bus. The hotel it’s on the beach, nicer white sand beach is about 10-15min walk but the walk is beautiful through the mountains and with breath taking views, well recommended, the beach is massive and surrounded by nature. The hotel had a great buffet with lots of choice of various cuisine etc… we very much enjoyed our stay.
