This was our 3rd time here, and easily the best week so far. The pools were great not too cold. Even when busy you could find a sun lounger. If not the staff would help you get setup. The food is good, and there was enough variety for our picky eaters. We had a family superior ocean view room after 2 years of having the merlin kids rooms. It was perfect and a very convenient location.

Absolutely love this hotel, rooms are spacious and spotless, very comfortable. Cleaning staff are amazing and always ready to help you. Entertainment is great, the animation team this year are amazing ! Especially Sandra, my kids and I love her, she’s always around the pool getting them dancing and playing water games. She’s so much fun and full of energy and gets the whole pool enjoying the games. We are loving our stay so much and can’t wait to come back again. This hotel just gets better and better!

A beautiful hotel in a lovely part of Lanzarote. The staff are very friendly and attentive. There are lots of pools so none of them feel overly busy. The mini disco at night is a highlight for our family - the animation team are brilliant with the kids. They loved it 👌🏼🌟

We’ve just returned from an unforgettable 10-day stay at Castillo Tagoro and I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the friendliness of the staff – every single person we encountered went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Our room was spacious, comfortable and always spotless. The hotel itself is beautifully kept, and we absolutely loved the pools and the facilities, which are perfect for families with young children. A special mention has to go to the amazing entertainment team – the whole crew were just brilliant. Our kids were completely captivated by the evening shows, kids disco and the kids’ club. The Broadway Show on our final night was the icing on the cake – spectacular from start to finish! Thank you to all at Castillo Tagoro for giving our family such a memorable holiday. We’ll definitely be back!

great hotel for families with children, we just returned home from it a week ago and I can say that we were very satisfied. Part of the hotel is undergoing renovation, which we didn't mind at all. The cleanliness of the rooms was great, as was the surroundings and the hotel grounds. The best thing about it all was the food. And the girls at the pool bar who made great coffee. Thank you girls 👌🏻. children's program is great as well as the kids club.
