The overall very good as the location near a lot of shops and a mall in walking distance The room are excellent and clean with a nice and friendly staff I recommend this hotel for anyone what to be far from Nizami area and the traffic there

I write to thank Graaf Hotel and all the staff especially for Nilgun and Elton for how they were so friendly and helpful with me. Graaf Hote rooms it was really clean, nice and spacious. cute breakfast, and the staff were helpful if you wanted any, even in 5Hundred Restaurant on the 6th floor the foods was so delicious. The service of all the staff was so friendly and so helpful. Location to the city center is 4 km, but there were facilities nearby, like a supermarket open 24 hours, pharmacy, Club 45 restaurant open 24 hours, and Ganjlik Mal nearby.

The hotel in Baku exceeded all expectations. It was impeccably clean and had a cozy atmosphere. Its location was absolutely perfect, making it convenient to explore the city. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. One highlight was the delightful Turkish restaurant on the ground floor, offering delicious cuisine. Additionally, the 6th floor restaurant/bar served incredible cocktails and had a mesmerizing hookah experience. Overall, this hotel provided an unforgettable stay.

Came as a part of 27 members from Chennai, India. Stayed here for 4 nights, Rooms are well kept and furnished except that they don’t provide creamer for coffee/tea, which was a dampener. Buffet breakfast- spread was quite thin and not much choice in fruits too. As we were part of group tour, could not enjoy other facilities like gym etc. Massage services are available but need to book 24 hour in advance. They have bar lounge on 6floor, kebab restaurant and cafe on ground floor. Advantage is that it is walking distance from Haidar Aliyev Museum.
