Rooms a bit on the small size but didn't mind that too much. Service and friendly staff everywhere. Great food. There are plenty of pool options, and the slides are great. Would like to see more activities for kids. It seems they focus on little kids, and there's nothing for the 8 to 12 years old... The gym didn't have an aircon, was extremely hot, and was not comfortable to train.

Great place, several swimming pools and bars. Very pleasant service that looks for the best solution for the customers. The only thing we don't like is the food in the main restaurant prepared for one group of customers... British. Maybe because 90% of the visitors are British😅 Nevertheless, I recommend it🤗🫡 The resort itself is beautiful, but what's behind it looks like a third world. The beach is 3 minutes from the resort. The best food you can get from 12:00 to 18:00. there was a stand with gyros, pizza, pommes, and burgers. Really good🤤 What is also important that the ride from the airport to the hotel takes about 15 minutes.

We had a fantastic holiday staying here. Lots of pools (including swim ups), water slides for big kids and a aqua park for smaller ones. The rooms are spacious and housekeeping everyday. There's a small fridge in the room which is stocked every other day with soft drinks and water. The Animate Team work day and night keeping everyone entertained and are super friendly. There are 3 restaurants and 3 pool snack bars (which were the best). The snack bars served burgers 🍔, gyros and pizza 🍕 😋 There's a small shop outside the reception area which sells snacks, cigarettes, sun lotion, pool toys and suverniers. Outside the hotel it's a 10 min walk to the beach and a few bars and restaurants

The hotel location is good,close to lovely sandy beach.Staff are friendly but no near 5star hotel. Compare to Turkey will give 3 star. Entertainment poor,not much activities. The main restaurant food quality poor. Apart from that Crete is a beatifull place to visit.

All inclusive plus is a massive joke, total scam.. You get poor quality beer and fizzy red wine at the pool... no diffrent to anyone else at the place they don't check just serve you the same stuff. It's really poor quality drink. Drinks are cheap from supermarket. Rest of hotel is fine. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON PLUS!!!!
