Lovely holiday for families. Good facilities and kept very clean.. food very good as well as drink options. Queues often long at the bar however. Only gripe was all pools were closed one of our days due to windy sand storm but can't help the weather

Had a fantastic all inclusive here. The staff worked so hard and always with a huge smile. The food was really good with lots of choice. Could do with a few more vegan protein options though. big shout out to, the amazing ice cream parlour staff and of course, Dimitri the lifeguard. Thank you all for a wonderful time.

We loved the kid friendly pools, shame they didn't open until 10 and 11am. Food was lovely! Staff were really nice and friendly. Some times the restaurant was really busy but staff did their best to clean tables and get people waiting a table. The luggage room lockers were 2euros each time you wanted to get something out so we left our cases in the room without using lockers and just trusted no one would knick our dirty laundry. It's in a quiet area, most things around were closed and we came around Easter. Desserts were the best we have had at all all inclusive. We would definitely come back!

I have to agree with a lot of the reviews on here which seem pretty balanced. There is no way this is 5 star, 3 star at best but there are positives. Firstly beware of tourist tax, as its classed a five star rates ar 15 euros per night per room. As we had two rooms booked it was 420 euros for us.. ouch. Also late checkout if required is another 80 euros!! The rooms were pretty basic one shared by three of us which only had two small drawers and a wardrobe to unpack so a lot of living out of a suitcase if you like that. Bathroom was more of a wet room so the floor was constantly wet which became a bit of a pain when just needing to get ready. The mini fridge only gets refreshed every second day but only contains four mini bottles of juice and two bottles of water. I am by no way a brand snob but couldn't drink the juice they offered and neither could my kids. The complex is pretty mixed, lots of little pools around the place , we were always able to get a lounger. The pools were pretty cold and the flume pool was good and never overly busy. The food was okay, a lot of reviews loved it but not really for me although I would say I never went hungry. Quality wasn't always there and could be cold at times. A big bug bear is the drink stations, two small drink stations in the main restaurant, all self serve and always a big queue, also coffee machines were always breaking down which was a pain. For a resort in a hot country the access to drinking water was poor, always had to queue at the bar or restaurant if you had already worked your way through the two 330ml bottles left in your room. As a family resort it really should make water more accessible to everyone. Pros: -Good pools, sun loungers always available. -Staff were all great, hard working and very friendly. -Flume pool was fun. Cons: -Food hit or miss in my opinion. - All inclusive mini bar very disappointing and all inclusive drinks finishes at 11pm. -Gym exceptionally small and only open 10am to 6pm. -Not enough staff serving at bars ect leading to long queues and excessive waits at time. All being said we had a good time but will be trying somewhere else in future 😁

Here for a week and cannot wait to get back home. We were not expecting 5*, but this is 3* at best. Even at Easter the place feels crowded and unless you like Benidorm style music and entertainment in the evenings there is not really anywhere else you can enjoy your watered down beer, wine and spirits (that you have prepaid for). Such a shame that the adults only wine bar isn’t open before the summer season starts. We ended up hiring a car for the whole time we were here so we could escape to enjoy some nearby towns, bars and restaurants. Drinking wine from a supermarket on our balcony had to suffice. The food is ok, but it feels like you are in a school cafeteria. The same food served most nights, just mixed in with a few different bits to make it look different. If you like fresh fruit and salads, you will be ok, but the hot food was so so. This is not at the level of other 4* hotels we have been to. Don’t waste your time with the Asian restaurant (Umami), the food looked and tasted like the closest the chef had ever been to Asia is a Chinese supermarket…and the fact that you have to pay for drinks in this ‘a la carte’ restaurant is even more galling. The pools were absolutely freezing, none of them seemed to be heated although we were advised that they were. All of the staff, without exception, have been polite, helpful and are a credit to the resort and their beautiful island. The resort is clean, and they obviously take great pride in ensuring that it stays like that. Unfortunately I cannot recommend holidaying here. It’s not relaxing unless you like constant noise and have 2* expectations. For the price of our package holiday we expected something a little more.
