“Welcome home”- Mr Mohamed Saber That will be how I will summarize my 8 nights stay in Golden Sands Hotel Creek, it feels truly like ‘home’. Everyday I’m greeted with smiles from every staffs in the hotel. The breakfast spread is sumptuous and it feels extra special when the eggs counter cook remembers my special order in the morning. The room is spacious and I’m even given the choice to choose customized pillows. The view from my room is amazing as I’m able to see the iconic Dubai Creek. However, the view from the rooftop pool will be a highlight and main selling point of the hotel. You will be able to see the Dubai Creek and across the creek you will be able to see the panoramic view of the modern cityscape (attached photo taken from the rooftop pool). The location is perfect as you have supermarket within walking distance and the subway station is only about 1km away. I travelled with 20 companions and we stayed in the hotel for 8 nights for a business trip and event. We even booked and utilized the conference room for our event. The event went off smoothly and we were even pampered with complimentary refreshments and coffee from Mr Saber and his staffs. All the experience wouldn’t be possible without the assistance and service of Sales Executive/ Manager- Mr Mohamed Saber. He assisted us in our booking about a month before our trip, during our stay he makes sure he’s available to greet and welcome us although he’s not supposed to be on duty during our day of arrival. I can’t wait to return to ‘home’ again.

As a traveler this hotel meets all your needs for a 5 star hotel and many factors you might have in mind. The rooms were very clean and well organized with high quality products and an amazing view. The staff were very polite, helpful,kind and fluent in many languages. The breakfast venue had plany of healthy and delicious foods. And the hotel itself was located in a very nice area with a couple of famous malls in the area that were great to shop in. My experience in the hotel was pretty good. Hope you have a great time too.

A nice and quiet hotel, rooms are spacious and clean. It was my first time here and enjoyed it. Yet the biggest advantage in this hotel is the staff, I really appreciate the efforts and professionalism of Christine and Ghadeer who helped me find a last minute room. Keep it up.
