Overall, my experience with Golden Sands was excellent. The room is very nice and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful, they really try hard to serve you as a customer. The gym is very good, teh pool at the rooftop has anazing views. I didn't eat breakfast, but lunch and dinner at the hotel restaraunt were really good. There was a small glitch upon arrival, the front desk claimed that my reservation is cancelled, but it took them 5 min to recover, understand what happened and give me my room. Overall, a good hotel, good value for money, close to the airport. Recommended.

Clean rooms. Reasonable pricing. Amazing staff and service. I also made a special request when booking, and the staff did an amazing job accommodating my request. There's also free valet parking service. I personally prefer to park my car myself and it didn't seem like there was a free option to do that. Highly recommend.

We couldn’t wait to get home to give this review. The customer service is above and beyond any expectations. Any issues were promptly resolved. Everyone is so kind and makes you feel so welcome. The rooms are big and extremely clean. We will definitely be back!

My room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, with a very comfortable bed and seating area. The bathroom was luxurious and well-maintained. The hotel’s amenities, including the gym and restaurant, were excellent. The ambiance was stylish, relaxing, and elegant.

I stayed there twice and my experience was nothing short of great. They have the friendliest and most professional staff you can get. The entire hotel is squeaky clean. Everyone there took good care of me especially Tabitha who always made sure I was comfortable with genuine care and great professionalism. This hotel is top-tier and I definitely be coming back as many times as I can.
