Beautiful property. Great location on the beach which captures the sunset beautifully. Nice pool.
Beach/pool area were well serviced.

The food in the buffet was exceptional. Probably the best buffet food i have ever had in a hotel. I usually don’t have high expectations for buffet at all inclusive type resorts. Gold was definitely an exception. We loved dinner every night.
Staff was extremely professional and happily catered to all our requests. Always Went above and beyond.
Huge thanks to the team at the reception for accommodating our late check-out request. It truly made our trip.

We stayed at Gold Zanzibar all inclusive,for my birthday and it was simply amazing!
From the moment we walked in we were immediately taken care of by the staff, they went out of their way to provide us with Extra ordinary services.
The rooms are clean and spacious, the views from our balcony were spectacular, and customer service was warm and inviting.
I love the different dinner themes each night so you get to try different cultures of food nightly.
The spa was relaxing and inviting, we enjoyed facials.
The morning water aerobics by the staff was really nice & The pools are great
I love the security that keeps us all safe I felt well protected and they were super nice to us.
l want to send a big thank you to the manager Mr Roberto, he personally came to give us a warm welcome, Mr Thomas H.R & Mr Magawida, and service team Ms Fabiola, and all reception team, and thank you to all chefs & cooks for delicious healthy meals and fabulous customer service.
We enjoyed nice music & performances by the staff.
The price is very affordable and we will definitely be back next year.

We were just passing by along the empty beach at 10pm, looking at hotels along the beach, as we only booked a few nights and wanted to consider another place for the rest of the stay at Kendwa. We were not barging the territory where the guests were having a party, we were walking past the empty sunbeds. The security approached us and asked us to leave the territory. I understand the security's job is to watch guests' belongings, make sure hotel properly is not vandalized and the guests are not bothered by vendors. How were we, obviously a couple of tourists, a threat to those empty sunbeds? I hated the attitude and will never recommend this place.

Among the Italian travel agencies, this resort is really popular and I had highly expectations. Unfortunately since our arrival I have been disappointed. For a 5 stars hotel I would have expected a higher level of service and attention to details.
The room was clean but the food needed improvement. The buffet offered a wide choice of Italian cuisine, too bad some dishes were cold and lacked description. The beach would also be beautiful and relaxing, if it weren't for the Masai and other vendors who immediately attack you as soon as you approach the water ... not to mention the acrobats who pass by at least twice a day with their loudspeakers blasting music.
In conclusion, I do not recommend relying on the concierge of the resort as he sold us an activity but in the end it was completely different and we paid even more than necessary.
I am very disappointed as I expected much more from this resort for what I paid. I do not recommend it. The price is not worth the stay

Came here on holiday to celebrate birthdays with two other couples. The property and staff exceeded all expectations. Roberto the General Manager is deeply invested in making sure his guests want for nothing. Nicole and Aisha in guest services clearly work hard to make sure people have a great experience. The food and drink, the rooms, the facilities were all superb, but the staff really are spectacular. Truly memorable experience and I highly recommend this resort.
