My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel for one week, and it was one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the room cleaning service was always amazing, everyone was smily and welcoming and never doubtful to help. In addition, the breakfast buffet was extraordinary. My girlfriend has celiac disease so she can’t have gluten. The staff in the restaurant were very aware of how important the condition is and always helped us get gluten free bread and other food right from the kitchen to avoid cross-contamination. We would like to thank Andrea specifically for her patience with us in the mornings! The other guests were so nice and respectful, the pool area was always clean, and the overall vibe of the hotel exceeded our expectations! We totally recommend this hotel! On a side note, the hotel is very very central, walking distance to the beach, and to all big centers.

This is the second time we've need to Gold by Marina, and the place is great. Location is amazing few meters from Yumbo, and the service is very good and super friendly. The breakfast is great, very diverse, and always replenished. Just 2 comments : it's strange that the room safe costs extra (5euros!) per night, it should be common thing. And then the gym: I know it's a hotel, but the gym is so small that maybe only 2 people can stand up inside. I would expect a bigger facility for a similar size hotel. Plus: The sauna and jakuzi on the rooftop are amazing :)

2nd time staying at this hotel and we will definitely be back again. Spotlessly clean. Staff are amazing - so friendly and professional. Breakfast is excellent. We spent same days on the beach but on days we went to the pool no issue getting bed. highly recommend this hotel. We stayed in a superior room on 7th floor this time with a lovely view. 4th floor last time - also a great view.

Fantastic hotel. Very clean and well maintained throughout. Our room was a great size with a good balcony, and had everything we needed. Lovely breakfast served from 8am until midday. Only downside was getting a sunbed as towels would appear from the crack of dawn. It would be good if the hotel tried to stop this. Good location wit lh an easy walk to the beach and local attractions.

We had a fabulous stay. The rooms were fantastic. The staff were amazing. Admittedly Gran Canaria is not for me, but I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants good quality and good value for money. If this hotel had been poor it would have really ruined the trip. But luckily for us, it was our savior. 5/10 min walk to the beach strip.
