We stayed for 11 nights in February booking with Jet2. Very nice hotel in a quieter part of Gran Canaria. Lovely friendly staff. Food was good and plentiful, although often wrongly labelled. It was often difficult to get a drink at lunch and dinner as the waiting staff were so busy. 2 free buses to nearby Playa del Ingles and Maspalomas per day. Public buses to Puerto de Mogan and Las Palmas were fairly frequent but usually full so difficult to get on. To get to public buses and seafront necessitated a walk up and down a steep hill. Plenty of sunbeds around the large pool. Lots of daily entertainment including yoga, boules, aqua aerobics and bingo. Nightly entertainment included singers, magicians and dancers and was mostly from 9 for 45 mins, followed by a singer.

The location of this hotel,on a hill,gives great views across San Agustin bay which is particularly nice at sunrise and sunset. Our room was great,a few signs of wear and tear but immaculate and fully functional. The cleaning staff did a really good job. Food in the buffet restaurant was really good with a huge well presented selection. The restaurant staff kept everything tidy and nothing was too much trouble. Reception staff were very helpful and bar staff attentive. Pool area was kept immaculately. We could not fault anything about this hotel and will definitely return.

This is a lovely hotel the staff were very friendly and helpful breakfast was good and we only went for dinner a couple of times as we didn't go all inclusive and that was very good, with lots of variety the drinks at the bar were a bit over priced my only couple of moans were on arrival we were given a leaflet well you might as well throw it in the bin apparently if you put a towel on the sunbeds before 10am staff would take it off people were putting them on before breakfast 8am, all the pools are salt water even the childrens pool and that was around 6ft 8 deep not very child friendly, you get 4 bottles of water in your room and that was replenished every day but your tea, coffee,milk never was I did ask at reception about this and they said they would send someone around with some but nobody appeared. The free shuttle bus was very good but the amount of people pushing in was unreal even the English and fills up quickly and once full you have to walk properly best getting a taxi they're cheap enough. And my last moan the Aircon was rubbish take a fan with you as the lowest setting the we were allowed was 18.5 .

Beautiful hotel. Rooms are very nice, good size maids come everyday and leave 2 glass bottles of water. We only stayed bed and breakfast, the breakfast was good, they have a snack bar where you can order from and they charge it to your room you just pay your bill when leaving. The pool is lovely. There's not much in the area its close to the beach and a shopping centre where there's a few restaurants and bars. The hotel put on a free bus to maspalomas and playa de ingles during the day, we got a taxi one night and it was 7 euros. I would recommend this hotel if you want a relaxing holiday in the sun.

My partner and I stayed here early May 2026 for his late birthday celebration. We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed in room 0808 and the view was absolutely amazing on arrival. Staff was very friendly and Welcoming, they informed us of What we were entitled to and what was available at the hotel which was really great. We arrived roughly around 9 pm so we went to the restaurant to have some dinner how their system works is that if you have breakfast dinner or lunch included they will be able to tell you by asking for your room number and you will get charged to your room if you use any services that is not included in your package (food wise) The food I would say could be improved as there were options available but more so for children understandably their are allergen and you will always need to be careful but the food was simple at times but nonetheless it’s not something I would complain about as I understand. Breakfast was okay They had such a great selection of fruits, which I really enjoyed. And on one of the other days, I had a full breakfast with fresh juice and fruits The hotel itself is absolutely amazing. I could write on and on about this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised at how great this hotel was and how many things it offers you online does not give this hotel enough credit in regards to the pictures once you see it in person you will be amazed. I will love to come back again. You have a shopping mall that is roughly 5 minutes away from the hotel. You also have a beach which is roughly 10 minutes away. Worth visiting if you’re up for exploring. This isn’t something negative but something that the hotel can improve on when you are having a shower it’s very difficult as the water runs out of the shower and into the main part of the bathroom. I found myself having to use the towels that was available to wipe up the water which at times became frustrating because I felt that I had to stand in a corner to have a shower I could have said this to the hotel but honestly, it’s not something major And we really loved our room. One last thing is that at night it can get very cold. We tried to work the Aircon system but just couldn’t get the hang of it. I am not sure if they have warm Aircon available but it’s something to be aware of.. Thank you for having us and thank you so much too Housekeeping, the lady that cleaned our room was amazing. She always said good morning and good afternoon to us Even on the days that we didn’t really want much done to our room, she always made sure to ask.
