Perfectly pleasant stay. Couple of things could be improved, but to be fair, for the price I paid it's not a massive issue. I would say though that if sleep is an issue for you, request rooms away from the dining / entertainment area. Be aware that people reserve the sun beds from 6.30am. There are plenty of beds available, although be aware that some of the guests get a little greedy with the parasols... There is a great space on the roof that's a great relaxing area for adults. Pool is quieter too. 5-10 walk to the beach, yes it's a climb on the way back which in 36'c is hard work, but it's doable. There is a bus transfer, but it's only at peak times and is a couple 3 times to and from the beaches. Spa is okay, and worth it if you only pay the price offered in the hotel, or if you've got it included in your stay. Just not sure it's worth the £29 I paid before getting here...

We are just back from a great stay at Gloria palace, the hotel is everything we expected. We just had breakfast included so can't comment on lunch or dinner but the breakfast was very good. Anyway the main reason I am writing the comment is to praise the staff of the hotel everyone we delt with was very nice and helpful. Special shout out to Jesus, Naomi and all the reception staff. Also our housekeeper was a great lady unfortunately I couldn't get her name but we were on the 3rd floor (802 & 805) she has gone above and beyond and always had a smile on her face. Having worked in hospitality myself I know it isn't easy so well done to all the staff there. Can't wait to be back again

Absolutely love this hotel, took my gran kids here for a week and they absolutely loved it too, the entertainment was amazing and the food was amazing too, the staff at the buffet are so kind, especially this one man , I’m not sure of his name , it looked like radial, he was such a lovely young man who was constantly working hard , if you could please inform me of his name so I can write a good review about him. Alejandro was great with the kids and the mini disco, will be booking for next year in July , thanks - Mary

Family stay for one week. The room was really nice and clean, as well as other parts of the hotel. The staff is really kind and helpful. Private parking for hotel guest is definitely a plus 🙂 Water in swimming pools is warm, but for some reason also salty. We had all inclusive, but for some stuff you have to pay extra. Also the mini bars in between main deals are mostly fast food and drinks, which is not ideal especially with kids.

DO NOT BOOK. Worst hotel ever !!! It is by far the worst hotel that I have ever booked, and I regret it so badly. First, the hygiene! When we first arrived, we found melted chocolate on the floor, holes and black stains on the bedsheets, used towels, and pigeon poop all over the balcony. We asked to change rooms, and the other room was worse! Ham on the floor, hair on the bed and in the shower, and the same used towels—it was horrible! Mind you, I have pictures of everything. We didn’t want to be inconvenient, so we told them that we would rather keep the original room but would appreciate having someone clean the floors and change the bedsheets. ONLY the bedsheet was changed. Second, the all-inclusive option : don’t be fooled; not everything is included, contrary to what they tell you. Third, we booked a €100 transfer from the hotel to the airport with the reception. Our flight was very early, so we had to leave by 3 am. First of all, if we hadn’t double-checked (when they were the ones that had to let us know), we would’ve never known that the transfer was refused! When they did find someone for our departure, we found out after checking out and paying €100 for the transfer that we had to pay €45 to the taxi driver because he doesn’t work with the hotel, so they will not pay him the money that we gave them for the ride! We were so aggravated that we went straight back to the reception, where the guy had no explanation and was not able to fix the situation. It was two days later that we were reimbursed only for the excess we had to pay. No commercial gesture was applied. The staff at the reception seem incompetent and incapable of knowing what they're supposed to be doing. We did not enjoy our stay.
