Absolutely wonderful stay. We stayed in a family room, on the lowest floor of the first block (furthest from the main block 3, but linked by a gorgeous walkway and possibly the best sunsets?). The sunsets and walkway were a real highlight each day. We arrived late in the evening, after dinner had been served, but we were welcomed with Prosecco at reception, and the serving staff had kept behind some plates that we enjoyed. Family rooms are an excellent size, and the bathrooms are really super too, with separate areas for toilet, bath and shower, which is a really bonus for multiple members of the family using it at the same time. Beach was lovely, not too busy in Feb, and a short walk from the hotel. Lots of parking for hotel residents if you hire a car like we did. Was a 40min drive from the airport, along great roads, easy links to nearby towns and villages. Weather in Feb was 22 degrees everyday and sunny every day, with only occasional cloud. We also really enjoyed the pools at the hotel. The infinity pool is beautiful, and there’s a nice little kids pool. Both were warm enough to swim in for extended periods in February. Delicious food, fantastic variety and friendly serving staff. Tables by the panoramic windows have absolutely stunning views. Dreamy. Overall, we had the best holiday. Cannot recommend highly enough

My second stay here and I just have to admit that this hotel is absolutely amazing and has everything! The rooms are so big!! and so amazing. +The bed is so comfortable (Which is rare to find in hotels, in my opinion) The view is so amazing and the people who work there are so nice and positive. The food is delicious and so amazingly good. +They have a soft ice cream machine now. I like that is just a short walk down to Amadores. I will be back!!

We spent a wonderful holiday. Beautiful hotel, with an amazing view of the ocean. The staff is very nice. Special thanks to Patrick, for his energy and fun activities. Also to Jordi for his pleasant and elegant reception in the restaurant.

WARNING ‼️ For anyone trying to book a room on the hotel’s website. I payed on Monday for a room on the hotel’s website. The money was taken but no confirmation of the reservation received. I immediately called the hotel and they said there’s no reservation on my name and there’s nothing they can do. Today, Friday , after calls and emails, I finally got a response from the hotel stating that all of this has to do with the payment gateway and that they’ve experienced issues with the payment system last week and these past days. The hotel stated that they cannot confirm the bookings, nor can confirm if the card charges have been processed or if they are simply being held until the issue is resolved. Please note, that is the only option of payment system on their website, no other choice is provided. I raised a few concerns of accountability to which I still wait for a reply: -who is going to pay for the time I have no access to my money? -to get to your hotel I payed for flights and rental car, I took holiday leave from work and now it’s all an uncertainty, who’s going to be responsible for this collateral losses? -how you, the hotel, can minimise the way all this issues are affecting your clients? As I just checked the hotel’s website and that payment system is still the only way to pay . It’s an ongoing problem, I’m not the only one. My advice to anyone who wants to make a reservation is to get in touch with the hotel before you make any kind of payment on their website. This review is edited in order for google to post it so i had to take out the name of the hotel’s website , name of the payment system they use, the amount I payed and the dates when this happened. It’s an ongoing problem. I’ll come back with an update whenever I’ll have more details. Thank you for reading this!

The hotel was lovely and quiet and the spa was such a bonus. As soon as we arrived I could feel the calmness. Price seems to have jumped up a lot since we first started to look at this hotel a year ago. Maybe it was the time of year. Would definitely visit again for total quiet and relaxation. They had made an effort having vegan options available at dinner and at breakfast every type of vegan milk was available. Everything was clearly labelled. Food was always fresh and hot. Saw thermometers being used to check temperatures. The upper pool was very quiet with Bali beds available and we did enjoy some pool activites at the Infinity pool with the animation team who were so friendly and fun. All staff were amazing. Very helpful and friendly. No personal phones to be seen, although the bar tender in reception disappeared regularly one evening ( may be due to live football so forgave him ha ha) Cleaner was efficient and discreet. Just one disappointment is that we encountered a staff member entering the hotel (not on duty) being generally negative and rude using the F word. Would go again in a heartbeat if prices drop.
