Gloria Palace Royal is a lovely hotel with great views. We have been 4 times now. It's walking distance to a nice beach. The reception staff are efficient and the rooms are big and clean. The food is decent buffet food, and there is enough variety to keep everyone in our family happy. Occasionally some of the food needs to be hotter. The best part about this hotel is the staff, and they are a joy to talk to. The restaurant staff are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The entertainment staff are outstanding, they are the best of any hotel I have been to. The entertainment manager Patryk makes our holidays very fun, and he is probably the main reason why we keep going back to this hotel. It's obvious that he loves his job and he loves to make people have a great time. He did a fantastic job making Valentine's day very special for us, and took time to create fabulous decorations and funny Valentine's-themed games. He was also very caring when my elderly mother was not feeling well. Thank you to all the fabulous people at the Gloria Palace Royal. We will be back!

We stayed at the hotel for 1 week and just want to say that it is an amazing place. Absolutely all the staff : reception, restaurant and kitchen, entertainment, lovely cleaning ladies, lifeguards are professional, extremely friendly and polite. We were impressed with the restaurant and as we initially booked it as breakfast only we decided it to upgrade it to all inclusive. The food was just delicious. We had an amazing variety of food every day - seafood, meat, fruit and vegetables, desserts. We enjoyed every moment at the hotel. The restaurant staff are so attentive and polite. A big thank you to the entertainment team Patryck and Izabella - they are a soul of the hotel. They did amazing activities for kids and grown-ups- bingo, riffle shooting, and many many more. in the evening we had professional show programs. Infinity pool has stunning views and the indoors pool is nice and warm with all the spa facilities. Thank you so much for the very good time. We would definitely come back.

Awesome views from the room. Great food with good variety and quality. The staff is friendly and nice. Rooms are big and clean. Water is provided daily in the room. I can't find any faults with the hotel. Recommended.

Absolutely wonderful stay. We stayed in a family room, on the lowest floor of the first block (furthest from the main block 3, but linked by a gorgeous walkway and possibly the best sunsets?). The sunsets and walkway were a real highlight each day. We arrived late in the evening, after dinner had been served, but we were welcomed with Prosecco at reception, and the serving staff had kept behind some plates that we enjoyed. Family rooms are an excellent size, and the bathrooms are really super too, with separate areas for toilet, bath and shower, which is a really bonus for multiple members of the family using it at the same time. Beach was lovely, not too busy in Feb, and a short walk from the hotel. Lots of parking for hotel residents if you hire a car like we did. Was a 40min drive from the airport, along great roads, easy links to nearby towns and villages. Weather in Feb was 22 degrees everyday and sunny every day, with only occasional cloud. We also really enjoyed the pools at the hotel. The infinity pool is beautiful, and there’s a nice little kids pool. Both were warm enough to swim in for extended periods in February. Delicious food, fantastic variety and friendly serving staff. Tables by the panoramic windows have absolutely stunning views. Dreamy. Overall, we had the best holiday. Cannot recommend highly enough

My second stay here and I just have to admit that this hotel is absolutely amazing and has everything! The rooms are so big!! and so amazing. +The bed is so comfortable (Which is rare to find in hotels, in my opinion) The view is so amazing and the people who work there are so nice and positive. The food is delicious and so amazingly good. +They have a soft ice cream machine now. I like that is just a short walk down to Amadores. I will be back!!
