— We’ve just returned from a fabulous 10-night stay with my husband at the Gloria Palace Thalasso Hotel & Spa, and it truly is an amazing hotel. All of the staff were incredibly friendly, happy, and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We were lucky enough to have unbelievable weather, and the heated pool meant we could fully enjoy swimming and even aqua aerobics. We did initially have an issue with our room, as it wasn’t the sea view we had booked and paid for, but this was sorted as soon as it possibly could be, which we really appreciated. Katrina and Aurileo were especially outstanding and deserve a special mention. The hotel is in a great location, and we noticed that quite a few guests were returning visitors—something we completely understand now. We will definitely be returning!

Loved our stay here. Staff are just amazing, location amazing. Moved our room swiftly on request as we really needed a quiet room and we certainly got that. My wife sprained her ankle the night we arrived and we were swiftly lent a set of crutches. They think of everything! View from room was amazing. Lots of sun beds, bars all great. A couple of small negatives, food is only ok, its hard to cater for large groups 3 meals a day i know better than most however alot of over processed food, no real variation in salads or fruits. Entertainment was just not to our taste but emphasis on 'our taste' as others clearly enjoyed it. Pools amazing btw!

Outstanding stay – exceptional staff and wonderful atmosphere I had a truly fantastic stay at this hotel in Gran Canaria, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the very first moment, the reception team made me feel welcome and well cared for. A special mention goes to Luis, whose leadership and professionalism are evident, along with his excellent teammates Piero and the rest of the reception lady’s staff, who were always kind, efficient, and helpful. The service at the pool area deserves equal praise, especially Ramon, who was attentive, friendly, and always made sure everything was perfect. The restaurant staff, across all meals, consistently provided high-quality service with a smile, contributing greatly to the overall experience. I would also like to highlight El Cubano, the bellboy, whose warmth and helpful attitude added a very personal and pleasant touch to our stay and taking care of my car and luggage. The hotel itself is fantastic: well maintained, comfortable, and welcoming. The room was excellent—clean, spacious, and very comfortable—the private pool AMAZING - making it easy to relax and fully enjoy the holiday. Overall, this was an exceptional experience thanks to an outstanding team and a wonderful hotel. I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Gran Canaria.

Exceptional Management and Breathtaking Views, with a Vital Safety Suggestion Gloria Palace Amadores is a destination where the architecture honors the horizon. The Infinity Pool is a masterpiece of light and space, the rooms are impressively spacious, and the All Inclusive offerings from the refined drinks to the quality of the meals are handled with impeccable care. What truly sets this hotel apart is its reception and management team. They possess a rare level of professional "clear sightedness." They actively track any issues guests encounter during their stay, following up via phone, letter and email to ensure resolution. It is refreshing to see a hotel so genuinely dedicated to the art of hospitality and continuous improvement. However, I must offer a constructive warning regarding the Thalasso Center. Despite being highly aware of my surroundings and exercising extreme caution, I still sustained a sharp cut due to the obscured steps edges under the low visibility saltwater. This injury was a significant loss, as it prevented me from swimming for the rest of my holiday. My recommendation to the hotel: To match your excellent service standards, I suggest installing underwater lighting or high visibility warning strips on all submerged edges. Even the most careful guest can be caught off guard by these hidden hazards. I appreciate the management's professional response including refund entrance fee of spa and a future upgrade. I look forward to returning to a safer, even more refined experience.

We have just spent a week at the hotel and we enjoyed our stay. Our room was spacious with a sea view and terrace.The room was cleaned every day to a high standard and fresh water supplied. The food was good with a variety to suit all tastes . There was entertainment every evening in the bar lounge which was very good. The pool areas are lovely with plenty of seating and wonderful sea views. We found the staff in all areas of the hotel very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is lovely and quiet but only a 10 to 15 min walk into Puerto Rico or a taxi for 5 euro. Port Morgan worth a visit easily accessible by boat ,bus or taxi. We took a taxi to the markets which cost 20 euro for 4 people and took the ferry back for 8 euro each ,it makes a nice day out.
