Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough in terms of location, service and cleanliness. We stayed for a week and staying here made our holiday one of the best we have ever had. Breakfast was outstanding in a very relaxed setting. Special thanks to macerana at reception who was wonderful and couldn't do more to make us fell welcome. Thank you for a great holiday.

It was a holiday in paradise I felt like a , the staff always made you feel welcomed. Nothing too much ! Plenty of choice of food apartments spacious clean and a cleaner 6 days a week apart from Wednesday s as it was their day off and right gully so. We could only buy half board or bed and breathing. At night at yhe bar is entertainment if you want it. Reasonable bar prices too. There is a breakfast and dinner buffet , all you can eat. Local Hippo supermarket at great prices around the corner. Down the hill is the harbour with cafe s and restaurants. Up the hill was the barbers shops and a shopping mall. Plenty of taxis and bus stop a minute walk from the hotel.

Lovely place. Staff friendly. Rooms clean and tidy. Standard fare food wise but enough to cater for all tastes. Bit of a trek down to the beach and back up the hill for us older ones but not a problem if you’re a walker anyway.

Just a wonderful hotel, incredibly helpful staff, very tasty breakfasts and dinners, rooms cleaned every day, very clean and tidy. The area is constantly looked after, everything is very beautiful. We had a problem with the air conditioning and it was fixed immediately. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The room has practically everything you need to cook for yourself. There are pots, a microwave, an electric stove and all kitchen and cutlery.

Situated in the old town the hotel is lovely tiered with plenty of daybeds everywhere Breakfast was great varied spoilt for choice Dinner was good I love salad plenty of fresh dishes. I did prefer breakfast everything was tasty Short taxi ride to bars and shops and the lovely beach all are great Marina at Puerto Calero is well worth a visit loved it Thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the resort of Puerto del Carmen
