Rarely post reviews but need to convey my disappointment in this hotel. Whilst I appreciate it is the end of the season almost, was very saddened at the lack of attention to the hotel. Rooms nice and adequate. Some lovely staff (Blondie behind bar as well as older bar lady) and Reception staff lovely but also some very abrasive bar staff. Tables not cleared or wiped and generally very scruffy. Not expensive to stay but food and drink quality is very poor even for all inclusive. Our first evening, a Saturday, and the only meat being served in the restaurant was beef burgers and chicken nuggets. To be fair, most evenings there is freshly cooked chops, ribs, chicken and fish but that is where the fresh hot cooked temperatures end. Not only luke warm but most ‘hot’ food is barely tepid rendering it inedible. I could be wrong but would suggest the ‘heat lamps’ over the food are actually just bulbs. On the plus side, breakfast is fab, as is the salad bar, the deserts and the cheese station. Entered restaurant at 1.03pm lunch service and the chips were actually stone cold and inedible. Such a shame as it has potential but seems to need management. Only local spirits served unless you pay full price (not a surcharge) for international spirits. We have spent most of our week dining out rather than using the all inclusive. Overall, appears that the hotel chain is keeping costs low, totally understandable, but I’m afraid they’re not delivering a good enough standard in my opinion.

For my first solo holiday abroad, it has been a fantastic experience. The room was clean and I had a sizeable balcony albeit obscured by the canopy at the front of the hotel. I was on the 1st floor. Food was ample and the choice everyday varied. Drinks that were included suited most tastes but be warned, the measures were......HUGE lol. No complaints here. Entertainment included singers, a magic act, karaoke and a disco. Victoria was very enthusiastic and tried her best with a sometimes tough crowd. My only complaint is the lack of respect from other hotel guests late at night and the blatant disregard for no smoking poolside and on the balconies. Apart from this the staff were very polite, friendly and attentive.

Avoid avoid avoid! Arrived late last night. The night manager put us in the worst room the hotel has to offer in the basement B2 with a promise of a better room when we wake up and see reception manager the next day. We were then told it's not possible. Room has no basic things like tea and coffee but does have a kettle??? No toiletries in bathroom. Fridge makes a high pitch buzz noise so was difficult to sleep. We then went back to reception to ask why our safety deposit box wasn't working but they need to switch it on after additional payment for the use of it. Was told this would be €38 with a €10 deposit. We arrive late Friday night and are leaving very early Tuesday morning I explained so only would need it for today (saturday) Sunday and Monday. What a disgrace. Booking.com had it included in the room amenities .....what's next, charging extra for air con, TV use, etc etc... Poor hotel.....be warned.... Will be posting this review on multiple review sites and we never complain...it's ruined our holiday before it began. Breakfast this morning was also very average. Paint in the room is also blistering off the wall as looks to have damp coming through and also has mould. No extract fan in the bathroom but has a window which opens up to the corridor outside so you wouldn't open it . Drain grate in shower is broken and overall standard to terrible. We can't open the balcony curtain so the room is in constant darkness because the balcony door looks straight out to the hotel car park where people walk past. Our view currently is a white fence and a dacia work van. Honestly feel like we want to leave right now and go home.

A great hotel reasonably close to the beach in Palmanova (less than a leisurely 10 minute walk). The room we stayed in was spacious, clean and well equipped. It had a balcony, TV, kettle and shower. We stayed with the half-board option. The food was good, well cooked and well presented. It was a buffet style service and there was plenty to choose from at every mealtime. The staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. We had no complaints on our one week stay.

We were half board plus. Couldn't fault the choice of food. Excellent. Rooms nice but walls are paper thin. Some noise at times from other rooms and on landings but overall wouldn't stop me from staying again. The restaurant staff were lovely and Chiech (check) was very pleasant and gave excellent customer service. Reception staff very helpful too. There was one member of the bar staff that when he knew we were there and waiting whilst he served someone in front...decided once he served them he would walk out of the bar for a few seconds and then come back to serve us. We could see no reason why he did this, found him quite arrogant. But overall, great hotel, great food.
