The hotel is nice enough. Clean and practical.
Pros: location is great. Room is nice. Clean. Staff are lovely especially in the restaurant (Terese (I think was her name) was great with our wee girl and the animation crew tried to get our 2 year old to join in.
Cons: lifts are limited in space and frequency. Prepare to walk up and down! Pool bar was always under staffed always a queue. Though pictures show a shoot I to the kids pool there isn't one. Pool doesn't open till 10am which late in the day for those with children.
Overall not a bad hotel. Food was fine, plenty of choice, does get a bit samey but that's the nature of all inclusive not worse or better than any other I have been to. We did chose to eat out a few days.

Overall this hotel is fine.
The rooms are spotless and we had no issues with them. The balcony furniture is very cheap plastic chairs which could do with changing.
The food in my opinion was not the best, I found most of the dishes to be salty and very repetitive. Breakfast was the best meal of the day here highly recommend the pancakes. The outside food is okay too just hotdogs, burgers, chips and pizza. I saw many people complain about the plastic cup situation and it's not a hassle. You get a coin exchange it for a cup and you get a new cup every time you go to the bar. You can get a coin back at the end of the day but we just kept replacing the cups every morning.
The staff aren't the kindest it sometimes felt like you were bothering them, especially the bar staff. The staff in the restaurant however were always really nice. The entertainment staff are really great too and we did a little ping pong tournament and we went out and bought our own ping pong set and they let us use their balls as ours had dents in them.
I got sick from a bug bite while I was there and the lady in reception, unfortunately, I never got her name, was amazing. She called the doctor for me and collected us when he got there and ordered us a taxi to the pharmacy. She was so kind and helpful.
The hotel isn't far from the main street and it's a nice area to wonder around and we felt very safe here.
I would stay here again but the food was a bit bland and some of some of the staff let it down a bit for me.

We had a brilliant stay at the Globales. While it was the very beginning of the season and quiet, the staff was brilliant; accommodating and friendly. The rooms were cleaned every day and we were given fresh towels every morning. The pool was lovely and clean and the entertainment was fab. For the price we paid for the package holiday we really cannot fault this hotel.
There was a great selection of food and drink on offer through the all inclusive package too, with dishes to suit most preferences.
I want to big up Rosa who was behind the pool bar most days. She was fantastic and welcoming, always serving guests with a smile.

Been home a week now after an early season holiday, the hotel itself is clean, great location and helpful staff.
We had access to the VIP area which was good. Drinks accessible there and food such as open sandwiches, pizza, toasties, fruit and salad available when the main restaurant is closed which we found useful.
The food in the main restaurant was fine, a little repetitive in that the same sort of meals were up each night just maybe with a different meat substituted - the lack of variety meant we did find ourselves eating out on an evening.
The location is great just a 5 minute walk from the beach front and close to shops, bars and restaurants.
The entertainment area on a night was not really suited to us as a younger couple, but it was always busy with older couples enjoying their evening.
The walls between the rooms are very thin. We must not have had neighbours for the first couple of nights as we had read this and didn’t think it was that bad but as soon as we did have neighbours we could hear their tv/snoring/talking as if we were in the room. Also the cleaners on a morning were very loud. Even at 8am they are shouting to each other and the noise of them moving the beds to make them is so noisy! For people coming away to rest you don’t really get much peace.
Speaking of which we were unlucky as for a few nights of our stay there were some very loud guests that decided to bring the party back to their rooms in the early hours. On one night in particular they arrived back at 4am with music blasting and shouting going on. I rang down to reception and (credit to them) within minutes there was silence which I really appreciated.
All in all we enjoyed our holiday and appreciated help from staff members. Just a couple of negatives that personally meant we would not likely stay there again.
