It was okay but I would consider this to be a 3 star hotel and definitely not a 4. I found some staff to be quite rude, especially at the pool bar... They would be chatting amongst themselves and not really paying much attention to the people they were actually serving. Food was okay but the variety could have been better with some nights being better than others. Rooms were a bit cramped as we did have 2 kids with us also. Wifi was hopeless as none of us could connect to it. The location though was great!

Overall had a lovely stay. The rooms are adequate and cleaned daily. The only down side is the walls are so thin. We had a family with a toddler next to us who ran around in the room until late and they spoke loudly. The food was lovely with a good selection to chose from. The hotel is near to a bus stop with buses regularly into palma for more connections around the island.

Great hotel. Stayed here for 4 nights & can't fault it. Food & drinks are quite good, with a good selection Good location just set back from the front, close to restaurants & bars. Will definitely be coming back

You say this is a 4star hotel. I give it a 3 the food really lets you down . If the food was better I’d go back but I won’t as cold eggs raw sausages eggs are not cooked while u wait they pre cook them and it’s goes under the warmers . Lunch and dinner menu almost the same just a meat change .

Really happy with my experience in this hotel! Every single staff member was super friendly and helpful, food served every meal was delicious and varied. Rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, shower was a great pressure and temperature, plenty of room in the bathroom it wasn't cramped at all! Aircon in the room was great and worked so well, balcony was lovely with great views. The entire hotel was very clean and well kept, modern interior and pleasant appearance inside and out. Pool area was nice and clean, lovely atmosphere, pool bar staff were friendly, drinks were varied and plenty of options available, food served through the day at the pool bar was great to snack on! The only thing is that the layout of sunbeds and the dining room are both quite cramped and very close together but it wasn't a huge problem as the hotel wasn't very busy. Would definitely return again, me and my mum had a brilliant week's stay here.
