Not a bad hotel. The staff are a bit miserable and not very friendly or forthcoming. Normally you get chatty and get to know hotel staff after 8 days didn't have 1 interaction with staff apart from hello and goodbye. The lifts were small and couldn't get a double buggy in the lift or through the room door so something worth thinking about if travelling and needing a double buggy.

Rooms lovely and clean, food wasn’t the best if it wasn’t cold when you got it it was cold by the time you got to the table. Most staff were really lovely however I have to mention one life guard was really rude, seemed to be out looking for an argument with every family she come accross!! Wasn’t a pleasure sitting round the pool when she was on duty made it miserable for all families sat round pool so we ended up at the beach every day. Other than that I can’t really fault the hotel just one experience that has put me off from returning.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, nice food and great pool. Only downside was you could hear everything through the walls in the room, take ear plugs, there were some very loud families there, and they would be so loud going back to their rooms at midnight+ and always sounded like furniture was being scraped across the floor above us at all hours. We never got a full night's rest. I would also say the drinks selection isn't very big for the all inclusive option.

Where to start..... this hotel is NOT a 4 star. I repeat NOT 4* more like a 2/3 star. The rooms are tiny and the doors slam so loud sounds like a bombs gone off. Dated door locks that dont close properly. If you like stairs you will love this hotel as the lifts are shocking. Max 3 people and they are from the dark ages. Hopefully you dont want any sleep on holiday they this is the place for you as the is absolutley no sound proof in the rooms , you can hear people talking. Kids pool does not have a slide its been boarded up and if you are able to get up at 6am to join the swam of locus putting there towels down on the limited beds then good luck getting one. Tiles falling off in the pool, pool bar one person on so the que for a drink takes far to long. Best advice i can give .... you will get a better nights sleep on the beach. Never again.

It was okay but I would consider this to be a 3 star hotel and definitely not a 4. I found some staff to be quite rude, especially at the pool bar... They would be chatting amongst themselves and not really paying much attention to the people they were actually serving. Food was okay but the variety could have been better with some nights being better than others. Rooms were a bit cramped as we did have 2 kids with us also. Wifi was hopeless as none of us could connect to it. The location though was great!
