Great stay. Wonderful staff especially Ana and Eva on the poolside bar all dayand the pizza chef Food varied and plentiful and great quality. room spotless, towels changed when needed as were bed sheets. Air con was fine and welcome in 35 degrees heat. There are 3 lifts but they are small so you need to be patient they can't build another lift shaft! I would have like a kettle in room and tea tray but took my own travel kettle.
Animation team provided good activities and entertainment . They were great fun.Missing the pool aqua fit dance already! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would go back.

Bad Experience
The elevators are a nightmare—slow, constantly overcrowded, and with no ventilation, making the long wait unbearable.
The receptionist was extremely rude and dismissive, making us feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived.
The mattresses in the room were so uncomfortable that we woke up with back pain every morning, and to make matters worse, the sheets were stained—absolutely unacceptable.
The air conditioning in the room was incredibly noisy, making it difficult to sleep.
Although the food was decent at times, we encountered raw chicken and fish on multiple occasions, which is a serious health risk.
Smelly towels, even the “clean” ones we received.
One evening, we wanted to relax in the bar area by the pool after hours. We specifically asked the receptionist if it was allowed, and she said it was fine. However, after only 20 minutes, a rude staff member told us we couldn’t sit there and refused to listen when we tried to explain that we had permission.
To top it all off, we were arbitrarily told we couldn’t play volleyball in the pool, even though we had done so the day before without any issues. The inconsistency and poor communication among the staff were infuriating.
The drinks were cheap and tasted awful, and the entertainment was lame at best.
The “gym” is a joke.
Most of the staff members don’t speak english and have an entitled attitude.
It’s a shame that the places and the beaches are amazing and has these expensive low cost hotels.
I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. It’s not worth the hassle or the money.
And to not be a hypocrite, it’s not all bad, at least it’s close to the beach. 🤓
Conclusion: Never again returning to this thing that they call a 4 star “hotel”.

I just got back from a week's rest . Hotel at a high level. Food very good, large selection. The staff is very nice and open . Animators are what I will remember for a long time, very energetic and nice people who improve the smile on the face. Overall, I rate the hotel 5/5 and highly recommend it.

we have just come back from a 10 night holiday from here . Hotel staff are friendly and helpful, food was ok .
The only bad bits are we found was that the air conditioning in the rooms wasn’t great , and the bed sheets were not changed at all during our 10 night stay. The lifts are not good especially if you are staying on 1 of the top floors.
we would definitely stay at a Globales hotel again , but we would probably pay the extra and choose the one next to the beach next time.

Just returned from a weeks stay. 2 adults 4 children. We had an interconnecting room. .Clean hotel. Rooms are nice and tidy, storage tight with 6 people but manageable. cleaner came in every day. Food was good with plenty of choice. never had to queue to get in dining hall. Loads of sunbeds so not sure on previous comments about not being enough. We were in a party of 13 and never had any trouble getting a bed. Most of the time we got beds all together and never had to rush out before 11am. Good pool area. Plenty of shade if needed and the toasted sandwiches at 10am were a nice touch for those that miss the 10am breakfast cut off.
I will admit the lifts can be slow but they work and if patient it's fine. Could be helped if fit and healthy people used the stairs when they can, especially going down.
Queue at bars can sometimes be long. If the water and soft drink were self serve this may help. I think its poor that u have to queue for water behind people waiting for cocktails and beers. Water should be readily available at the very least.
Just to make u aware beach towels are not supplied so bring ur own. We missed this and just took it for granted. That was on us.
We were not made aware that it was a cashless hotel when booking so something needs to be done about that. They are happy to take it at reception for the extras they want to charge you for but not at the bars. Not great when you have changed your money to euros. Also rubbish when u want to treat ur kids to an ice cream. You can't just give them a couple of euros to pick something for themselves which is a shame
Could do with a bit of music around the pool and on the terrace for atmosphere but then maybe that would irritate some. You can't please everyone all of the time. All staff work hard and most are friendly and happy to help. Some staff not that friendly but we are all different.
Good mixture of all nationalities. Great to hear everyone getting on around the pool in broken english.
All in all a good hotel and great value for money. A few tweeks and it could be a great hotel.
I would stay here again.
