Lovely clean hotel never saw any mess. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, helpful happy staff. Nice pool area. The breakfast was great lots of choice. The lunch and dinner was very limited for vegetarians with it being pizza, pasta and chips. The drinks menu was also limited for cocktails only having about 5 different ones. I would recommend the brandy,or rum with coke. With that being said I enjoyed my stay here and for the cost would stay again. The hotel looks like it's at the back of the resort but it's only a few minutes walk to bars and beach. One main negative are the lifts having only 3 which take max of 4- 5 people to serve 8 floors it can be a long wait to get one so most of the time it's a jog up and down the stairs lucky I was on the 4th floor.

Just came back after 4 days all inclusive never again was more like 2 star arrived at 3am in morning couldn't get a drink of water apart from a water machine in canteen or asked to use vending machine that was the start room was fine small so lived out our cases on the unit in room air con just blew hot air around room slept with balcony door open for 4 days fridge was warm .staffs attitude is terrible food was only good thing drink only aloud vodka,gin,whisky or rum or 1 choice of lager if you have kids and there fussy eaters the snack bar shuts at 6 even in restaurant there was no chicken nuggets or anything like that for kids or fussy eaters was really bad rain we were made to sit outside near pool because snack bar was there under jumbrellas with holes In so leaked through instead of having the decency to open the bar inside where it was dry then the sun came out was lovely and hot on the afternoon they then shut pool at 6 kicking kids out the pool and other residents instead of leaving it open due to bad weather thought they might have been a bit more accommodating the life guard wasn't even paying attention to the pool there were cracked tiles around pool.we asked for towels and toilet roll and were told by reception that we can only get these once a day when cleaners come they missed us for 2 days hence why we asked was a right carry on lifts say 6 people lucky if u can get 3 people in ridiculously slow and dated was easier taking stairs then people with bicycles were coming in lifts with there bikes as well was like faulty towers huge language barrier kept getting drinks mixed up staff miserable and not helpful like they didn't want to be there would never go back and this is the first review I've ever wrote about anywhere just thought I need to warn people here I took a chance and back fired on us not happy at all with this place

I had a wonderful stay at Globales Mimosa. Compared to my previous all-inclusive experiences, this hotel stood out in many ways. The rooms were spacious, the views impressive, and there was a good variety of food. Overall, it lives up to its 4-star rating. Room and Views: My room was clean and well-maintained, with all the essentials. The balcony had great views of either the sea or mountains, which was perfect for relaxing. The bathroom was nice, although the shower temperature wasn’t always consistent. Food and Drinks: The food selection was broad, though the quality did vary. The hotel seems to have listened to feedback, as the cocktails were freshly made and enjoyable. I particularly liked the pizzas. However, if you don’t eat fish, the variety may feel a bit limited on certain nights. Pool and Sunbeds: The pool area was clean and there were plenty of sunbeds, with no extra charge for the more comfortable ones. Although the pool wasn’t heated, the October weather made it fine for swimming. Entertainment: The entertainment team worked hard to offer a range of activities. My only suggestion would be to improve the visibility of the evening shows, as some seating areas had obstructed views. Location: The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the beach and within easy reach of nearby attractions. In conclusion, I highly recommend Globales Mimosa for a relaxing holiday in Palma Nova. The hotel offers great value and seems to have made efforts to respond to past feedback.

This hotel is lovely! I've seen a few people complain about it and I can't see why. The lifts aren't the best but they work and there are 1 or 2 members of staff that clearly don't want to be there lol it shows. The location is spot on, no hills. It's a 5 minute walk from the town and beach. The food is amazing! there's so much choice it's ridiculous. Although I am vegan and there wasn't much option other than the salad and chips. There was occasionally a dish I could have for a change. My sister in-law has a gluten intolerance and they catered to this. The staff are super friendly and helpful (except the 1or2) The hotel/rooms are to a high standard. Very clean and well decorated. The pool has black grime around the edge but the water is clean and so is the bed area. All in all I would definitely come to this hotel again and again 👍

We have been visiting the Mimosa for many years and have always rated it five stars the last time in March and have just returned after two weeks in October. Since our visit in March some things around the pool area has reduced our rating. I am a swimmer and enjoyed the pool which has always banned inflatables and balls when returning in October this was no longer the case with many inflatables and balls being used. Also people drinking alcohol in the pool again never allowed and the indifference of the lifeguards. Onto the good bits the rooms are a good size and spotless and a powerful shower. The staff are all friendly with a big shout out to Miguel, Francisco and Juan in the bar and Vera in the restaurant. Also to the animation team Marty, Katarina and Lucas who work really hard to make the holiday more enjoyable. Food is what you expect from a hotel with a good range and choice, bear in mind that the hotel has visitors from many countries and doesn't cater exclusively for British tastes so do try things you maybe wouldn't. We are returning twice next year and met many people who are regular visitors which tells you something. Would definitely recommend and hope that the pool issues are sorted.
