To start off the lifts was a nightmare, either wasn’t working or waiting ages for them as there was only 3 lifts that carried 4 people in a 9 floor hotel. Screwed if you have a pram!! Food cold most of the time with cockroaches hovering about the food area regular, plenty of choice food wise though I must say. Numerous people we spoke to had been ill including me and my son and most people thought it was food related but not sure. Alarming at how many were ill though. The bed sheets never got changed unless we asked them same with the towels and the sheets were very smelly, like cheesy!!! No drinks on arrival or facilities for tea and coffee or water in the room at all. Staff very rude throughout apart from entertainment staff they were brilliant. Not enough sun loungers for the amount of people so a constant scrap to get them in a morning. We had crack a dawn karen with us though so we managed to get them from 5am and woe betide anyone getting in her way.😂 Other than a few poor issues at the hotel we enjoyed our holiday but will not return to mimosaaa. 👍😂

Modern and comfortable rooms, the pool is great, but not a 4 star hotel services. Bad room service, we got 3 days in a row bad smelling sheets and dirty towels, even after I told to the reception. Not a tasty breakfast, loud and drunk people screaming on the halls. The room service ladies woke up us at 7 am in the morning because they were laughing together… Overall we enjoyed our stay but the cleaning stuff needs more professionalism

Arrived at this hotel on the 1st june for our 10 night stay. I really don't know where to start. Got here at 12.50 to be told our room would not be ready till 2. This ment that wr had to pay 30euors for and all inclusive holiday as this is classed as an early check-in, never heard this rubbish before. Checked-in got room keys to be put on the 7th floor with our children to be told thats all they had. 3 lifts to a 9 floor hotel with over 600 rooms and the most you can get in is 5 people terrible constantly waiting. Into day two of our holiday and our youngest daughter was throwing up and then again on day 4 this leading to her not liking and not wanting to touch any food at all. Day 5 and my husband was throwing up day 8 me and my son also throwing up. We knew to more than 10 people being sick and being stuck in bed. Food cold not hot not even at the right temp to be served. Cockrochies in the dining area where you eat your food. Terrible smell of the drains at one point it was coming through the aircon. Reception staff very rude more so the women, if you have and attitude in hospitally then your in the wrong job. This is defo not a 4* hotel id say it was a 2 at best. Would never rerurn here again. The only thing i can say was good here was the entertainment staff they were fantasic with our kids.

Absolutely stunning hotel, staff were very friendly. The food was amazing, the pool area was lovely, plenty of loungers were available, and a good sun trap. Excellent location, 5min walk to Palmanova strip, where the bars and restaurants were situated across from the beach. 15min walk into Magaluf.

Good selection of food but not all of it is great. Lifts take forever. Maintenance guy lets himself in your room at 9am when you're trying to sleep insisting he needs to replace the shower head when there was nothing wrong with it. Despite this overall quite good.
