Room really good, had a problem with door locking but they were up instantly to the room to fix. Only reason for a 4 was no tea, coffee making facilities within the room. Service was good but at times was a little lack luster, when busy you knew it was busy and with the two drink rule a party of 7 takes four people to get drinks. All chefs and colleagues were nice, special shout to bar staff Tamara and Rocia who worked there socks off. Couldn't get a checkout room on final day even though no one but us booked shower room. Location is very out the way with very limited around, however bus service outside and cabs are available. Free shuttle get booked very quickly so advise book on arrival Other points of hotel views are nice especially when lit up in the evening, pool is clean despite the reviews. It is a French resort so as English group it was difficult but it really is what you make of it just get involved. Food was so so, I wouldn't say bland but a lot of repetition though effort is made with different cuisine each night. The one thing that really makes this hotel is the animation team, big shout to Cyril, Nicole, Nicolas, Matilda and Johnny please excuse me I've forgotten anyone but these guys make this hotel. Work extremely hard to get everyone involved Overall some really strong points but also some negative. Good 3 star not a 4... Obviously this only my opinion but you will have a good time none the less

Just got back from a week long stay here with my wife and daughter. This place was lovely hardly any negative to say and if I did it would only be very small nitpicky things no where you’ll visit will be perfect but from what me and my family experienced this was as close as possible. We have never visited a cleaner hotel we constantly saw cleaner’s / gardeners through the day maintaining the hotel. Room was modern and bed comfortable. Yea no kettle or tea / coffee making facilities but we didn’t feel it was needed as this is provided downstairs. Swimming pool was lovely especially main pool my daughter loved the slides and kids pool. Mini / Kids Club for free was outstanding the two ladies both called maron were amazing and made my daughter feel very special. Yes the hotel is located in a sparse area but it’s close enough to palma for bus or taxi and arenal beach is 15 minutes away. There is also a big supermarket 5 minute walk and a little restaraunt shop complex same distance. There was a restaraunt called ASSAKO I highly recommend amazing burger. All inclusive food was good changed daily and didn’t have much to complain about tbh. We would happily visit again, the staff especially Cyril and the two marons made our trip and were always there to help or just be happy and smiley. Perfect for little families.

Horrendous! -No air con - poor food selection - 22€ to hire a kettle for my child + 10€ deposit - SERVED RAW CHICKEN!!!!!!!!!!!!! - Asked to speak to a manager 3 times and been turned away multiple times. *** Updated review since talking to management. - Our air con has now been switched on. - We were offered to change hotels but unfortunately the hotel they offered was reviewed as a ‘lively party hotel’ and we have a 6 month old daughter so we declined this offer. - management spoke to the chef, I can’t believe they have to tell a chef how to cook chicken but at least she is making an effort. - we were given a bottle of Cava as a gesture of goodwill, unfortunately it did not resolve the uncooked chicken situation. I am now dealing with on the beach directly as we are obviously eating out every night now. I will say the rooms and communal areas are always very clean & reception staff are lovely. Such a shame the food lets them down. When we have been eating out we have seen multiple people from our hotel, if I was the experience manager here I would be asking myself why?!

The location is about 15-20 min drive from Airport and about 30 - 35 for city. There is no much happening in the surrounding area so I would recommend hiring a car. The beach is about 3 - 5 min by car or 15 - 20 minutes walk but the way back will take you more than 30 min depending on your physical strength. The nearby beach is fantastic for photos but not easy to access. The hotel is a bit tired and definitely not a 4 star standard. Food option is again in line with what you'd find in a common 3 start hotel. Regarding entertainment, is all true that it's mainly French orientated but that's a big pro as they only get to annoy the French. It made my day when one French entertainer was explaining in English the recipe of local Paella. Instead of saying "The main ingredient is Rabbit he said, The main ingredient is Rubbish". I'm still laughing as I'm trying to type. Having said that though I would say this was the best entertainment and laugh I had during the entire week. I booked an all inclusive holiday but I would strongly recommend to book just bed and breakfast, rent a car and visit the island. If you've been before in Mallorca you'll know what I mean, If this is your first visit I guarantee you'll fall in love with the island.

Good hotel, clean, tidy and pretty well maintained. Beds are comfy, air con works, bathroom in good condition. Food is good and varied, including vegetarian options. Only issue is people not sticking to the smoking areas 😡.
