At first, I was a little bit disappointed that the staff didn't show us to your room. However, we did get a complimentary drink on arrival.
All the staff made a fuss of our 2 year old daughter, and of course, she loved the attention. The cleaning staff were particularly lovely to her.
Breakfast was one of the best I've come across. So much variety, all fresh. We particularly enjoyed the different fresh juices that were available.
There is so much to do at this hotel, that children and teens would never get bored. Our daughter enjoyed the kids disco, but it was a little late.
Only problem is that the hotel is so big, it can be a bit frustrating if you had children of a different age. Ie the slides are on a different level from the family pool.
We loved it and would go back, especially with the grandparents!
Thank you GF Victoria for a lovely holiday.

Fantastic hotel. Excellent services and very family friendly. We will be back for sure. Loses one star due to poor attitude from some front desk staff who made our request for a room change due to noise difficult. We are grateful for the room change but suggest that improvements could be made in how such requests are handled. Otherwise first class.

It’s a nice hotel, but not 5 stars. Staff is friendly & attentive. Food in the buffet restaurant was very good, both breakfast & dinner. The most disappointing was our room: there was no hot water pressure, it was nearly impossible to shower (especially wash hair) and the sofa in the room was really dirty, all stained. Also there are no blackout curtains which is an issue when travelling with children. There was also occasional strong smell of sewage both in the room & pool area. Overall the hotel is good, solid 4 stars.

We had a fantastic week here with our eleven month old. In particular, the staff in the baby club made our experience. They were all so kind considerate and caring with our baby. Huge thank you to all of them, each and every one of them was exceptional.

Great hotel for families. They have thought of everything. Small dressing gowns for the little ones, great kids menu, pool area and ball games. Our 2nd visit here and never been disappointed! Only thing i would ask for is the entertainment to be mixed up. Exact same acts as last year and just okay. But that's a minor thing and wouldn't stop us booking again. all the staff are super friendly and really helpful.
