We’re just back from our third trip to GF Victoria and we have had a great time. My daughter has also had a great time and the animation team are all fantastic! They really are great with the children. The whole staff team at the hotel are great from reception staff to cleaning staff, restaurant staff and day bar staff - faultless! I would recommend the premium or harmony suites if that’s possible because you do get more space in the room. Overall a beautiful hotel and we will be back next year. Thank you team GF Victoria 🙌🙌

Monica, Lucia and the rest of the kids club team were truly superb!! This is the first holiday where our son has wanted to go to kids club again and again.
The service was always fantastic, anything we needed help with we were quickly seen to.
The breakfast was wonderful too and concierge staff so helpful.
We’ve already booked to come back!
Thank you to everyone at GF Victoria :)

Visited October 2023 and had the most relaxing time. This was our first visit and the hotel, staff and experiences catered to our every need.
Our daughter (almost 2 at the time) thoroughly enjoyed the splash pool and it was nice to interchange between there and the family pool.
Amenities in the room exceeded our expectations with a mini kitchenette which was particularly helpful being that we had a young child with us.
Thank you to the staff at GF Victoria, we had a fantastic trip, left feeling very relaxed and have just rebooked for October 2024!

GF Victoria is a decent a hotel. The breakfast is good because you could choose your fruit or vegetables to make a smoothie on the spot and the breakfast was also overall very good. The quality of dinner varied as some days it would be good and some days it would not be so good as the food changes every day. The service is not the best as some of the waitresses/waiters gave us unfriendly looks and some of the chefs too. It was also very weird that they charged us for water during dinner but not during breakfast even though it was a dinner buffet. I also suggest to eat outside during lunch as there are some great restaurants and many shops along the beach. There is also many sport facilities and I think that the squash is very fun but it is a bit hard to find as the whole place is like a maze. The padel was decent and the football pitch was also very good (wear shoes or sock on the football pitch during the day as it may burn your feet). There were also 4 pools including 1 for adults (Sky pool) and I suggest the 1st floor pool as it is deeper and less crowded if you have swimmer kids above 8 years old. The water park is also pretty good but if you have kids above 10 years old it may not be as good. The 2nd floor pool is also decent and they have activities there also. The tree house climbing is decent for kids under 10 years old but I personally did not like it as much as it is to easy for me and the other people were walking to slow. The climbing wall is also pretty good but it is a bit small. The surfing place is very good as they had like waves coming towards you and you could surf in a safe environment and I would recommend the surf for above 8/9 years old as some people might be scared. The mini golf was a bit small. The spa is also very good and the family spa is also very good as they both had a lot of features but the spa had a bit more. The check-in is not very good as you had to check in at exactly 14:00.

First Class hotel in a sublime location, close to the beach and promenade. Immaculately clean and tidy throughout, fantastic facilities and even though the hotel was 'full' it didn't feel full. Plenty sunbeds available at all times across the 3-4 pools and the slides + wave rider are excellent for older children. Couldn't fault this place.
