I've travelled all over Europe for work and holidays. I've been here for two days and I'm undecided about this one. Whilst there are some good points and also some bad points. The location not the best, the staff are good, downstairs whilst modern and very clean but is lacking in comfort. The bedrooms again are spacious enough but needs a lick of paint and some repairs here and there. The food is decent enough and there is a good choice for just one canteen style aisle pick up collection.

After browsing through several TripAdvisor reviews—some of which were less than glowing—I read between the lines and decided to book at GF Noelia anyway. I’m so glad I didn’t let those reviews sway me; the hotel turned out to be fantastic! The warm welcome I received set the tone for a great stay. I had requested a specific room, but it wasn’t available when I checked in. The next morning, Maria at reception personally apologized and offered me a chance to switch rooms that day, which I appreciated. While moving rooms, I accidentally misplaced my Kindle, but the attentive room service maid, Sarah, found it and returned it to me before I even noticed it was gone—what a relief! The hotel itself was outstanding, with spotless, comfortable rooms. The food was consistently high-quality, with plenty of variety to enjoy each day. The evening entertainment was a highlight, offering something different and engaging every night. The location of GF Noelia was perfect—just a short, easy walk downhill to the main harbour and promenade. This was my first time staying in the north of the island, and I loved every minute of it. Don’t let any negative reviews deter you from booking here; I’d happily return to GF Noelia without a second thought!

Clean,, tidy rooms. Most are studios with tiny kitchenette. Plenty of room and balcony with table and chairs. A little bit dated and could do with a refresh but functional and comfortable Very close to centre of town. Plenty of shops etc nearby. Beach and loro parque within walking distance Plenty to do and explore Staff are brilliant Swimming pool is small but is on the roof so sunbathing is ideal. Would come here again.

Family of 3 booked 2 rooms. Despite some language barriers, the staff treated us like royalty, particularly Sergio and Alberto. My daughter is particular with what cup she drank from. She didn't like the wine glasses and preferred plastic cups. Every meal Alberto and Sergio ensured she didn't just have 1 but 2 drinks at the table without even asking. The knew by the end of the 2nd day we drank water but they even knew who liked sparkling and who likes still. By the time we'd got our meals the drinks were ready at the table without asking. They also make THE BEST coffees. Hotel reception staff were always courtesy and smiling and every time we walked in we were greeted in such a polite way. The shop attached to the hotel was fairly priced and the lady spoke good English. The entertainment was great. Local talent with a variety of entertainment styles. Bedrooms although dated were well ventilated with ac at the flick of a button. Room service and cleaning staff were fantastic and always on top of their jobs. The staff handled everything so perfectly. I was nervous at first because of what social media posts and whether we'd be welcomed with beautiful smiles and pleasantries. The food was outstanding!!!! My boyfriend went back 4-5 times each meal and he NEVER eats that much at home. The Canarian mojo Verde sauce in the dining room was so tasty and plenty of food to choose from overall. My daughter is incredibly picky and even she went back for second helpings. The location of the hotel was perfect. A little out of the way but within walking proximity of the beach and local towns with plenty to do and experience along with a pharmacy and supermarket within 5 minutes walk. Everything is within walking distance. Opposite the hotel was a tour rep called Ravvi. He speaks great English and was really helpful and fairly priced. The hotel, staff and location and amenities are perfect for a quiet getaway with plenty to do for families and older adults. There really was a happy balance in everything we did and nothing was too much trouble. Just a bit further along there's a local coffee shop after the supermarket and bus stop. Make sure you try it out.

Currently on the last night of my weeks stay here. Every single staff member is fabulous especially Angelo, Carlos and the chef went above and beyond for us, so friendly and welcoming. Roof top pool was cold but just what you need when your out there all day sunbathing. I can not recommend this hotel enough. Well done to you all and a massive thank you 😁
