I'm very surprised by some of the bad reviews here - I'm not sure what people expect, maybe they thought they had booked a 5 star luxury celeb experience. Food was absolutely fine, something for everyone (that's why they cook a 'mismatch' of choices) - not a bad thing! We loved the selection available. Loads of different meats every day, shout out to the grilled chicken, sausages and the meatballs and that red sauce...yum!!! Breakfast was full of delish meat, cheese, very nicely fried eggs, I absolutely love eggs and cooking them for loads of people in a hurry isn't easy. Every egg I had was runny yolked but no snotty white: perfect. Staff were lovely even though we can be on the cheeky side! They accommodated everything we needed and were friendly and funny. We did all inclusive and the bar staff were great! Thanks for the tequilas guys! We loved them (all 100 of them hehe). Yes there isn't a bar on the roof but no-one ever said there was so I wouldn't complain about it! The beach is right around the corner, better to go there and enjoy the beautiful views of this enchanting area. We had an amazing holiday, would def recommend.

We were in this hotel for one night. The first thing that came to our eyes was strange location of kitchen it was in some wardrobe and it was just in front of beds 🛌 Yhe second thing was the view! It wasn’t great. Then about the towels . You know I wouldn’t like that somebody touches a towel that I use for cleaning my face. Also the furniture was damaged and old. The walls were damaged too.But then good thing: They have smart shop on last floor and a normal small supermarket on 0 floor also the breakfast was great . I recommend taking pancakes and some jam.And there was a lot of noise at night

The rooms are big enough, but the furniture is dated. The service from 'all' members of staff was exceptional. The location is good, but is let down by the indoor sports facility next door which looks like a multistorey carpark and sounds like one as the sound is amplified. Obviously this isn't any fault of the Hotel but it spoils sitting out on the terrace and even can be heard when the terrace window is closed.

While on holiday in port de la Cruz myself & a friend stayed in GF Noelia, just be aware that if you leave the hotel late & don't get back till gone 12pm you will be locked out 😅 the food was OK but not great, I'd recommend eating out rather than at the hotel.

Great location in walking distance to beach promenade, shops and attractions. Good food - I loved soups especially. Very friendly AND such helpful staff.
