I stayed here for a week with my fiancé to celebrate our engagement and we book through Jet2Holidays. We can easily say it was the worst holiday we have ever been on. Most of the time the food we got was the same or it was cold most days we had it and what ever meat was left over the night before was served up the next day. One of the bar staff was very rude to us and some other people there, as he start to take our order and someone spoke to him in Spanish he went to serve them and let us waiting. We paid for all-Inclusive and yet still had to pay for some of our drinks which wasn’t a issue but when we asked about what type of drink some of it was it was made up for us then we was asked to pay when we didn’t even want the drink as we was just asking about it. Don’t t even both trying to pay with cash as they wont take it as the only except card which we didn’t know about until we got there as nothing was mentioned about it and they got very hostile one of the bar staff when you wanted to pay by cash. Our room was clean but we had ants coming up from the sink and the shower head kept falling off the wall so had to get that sorted so we could have a shower. not what we wanted on our first night there. Outside of out room was a basketball court which wasn’t mentioned to us so we would hear games being played in there until late at night. It was by far one of the worst places we stayed in they didn’t seem to care and some of the bar staff was rude and if you went to the local shops you was followed around like you was thief!! We didn’t feel welcome at all there and we definitely wont be coming back!!!

We have just returned from this hotel. On arrival we noted the rooms are very dated, paint work wood work, tiny kitchen area. Bathroom not clean at all. Hotel reception, in the middle of signing us in, disappears to talk in Spanish to someone. Not once but twice. They don’t understand English very well, or make an effort to understand. The area is more for residential so locals in shops don’t understand what you’re asking. Would not advise staying there until they redecorate to hotel.

I've travelled all over Europe for work and holidays. I've been here for two days and I'm undecided about this one. Whilst there are some good points and also some bad points. The location not the best, the staff are good, downstairs whilst modern and very clean but is lacking in comfort. The bedrooms again are spacious enough but needs a lick of paint and some repairs here and there. The food is decent enough and there is a good choice for just one canteen style aisle pick up collection.

- [ ] On arrival after our delayed transfer (no fault of the hotel obviously) we were left a cold tea in our room, which we were very grateful for just unfortunately no vegetarian option as both sandwiches had salami in them. - [ ] Drinks selection poor. No real understanding of what was part of all inclusive, asked multiple members of staff and no one seemed to know either, tried to order a handful of different stuff and non included. If you did order a fizzy drink whether it be Coke or Fanta (not sprite it was never working) the majority of the time it arrived flat. - [ ] Food at Breakfast, lunch and dinner was 95% the same for the whole 10 days we were there (multiple people said the same thing) I understand it’s only a 3 star but the selection daily was shocking and extremely repetitive. Also the options for vegetarians other than stale bread rolls, chips, salad and tinned carrots was abysmal. - [ ] We personally don’t have children but considering it wasn’t an adult only hotel the entertainment for them was non existent. Which left them the only option to run around and make own entertainment in the lobby / bar area which is situated next to main entrance that leads on to a main road which is extremely dangerous. - [ ] Pool situated on floor 7. Which by itself is personally fine, until you realise every time you need a drink you have to go down either 7 flights of stairs or in the lift which really isn’t ideally considering the temperature every day. However if you chose the lift half the time it was broken and didn’t come when you pressed the button which is extremely inconvenient especially if you struggle with stairs. Also, the situation with the sun beds got progressively worse throughout the week with multiple people and family’s daily having to sit on the floor with their towels. If too many people are out near the pool at once there simply isn’t enough sun loungers, and if you have more than 15/20 people in the pool at once you’re all like sardines. - [ ] Staff on a whole were okay unless you were at the bar waiting for a drink and they often took forever to come and serve you (yes I understand people are busy sometimes but not every single day, it’s more than a coincidence) or if they were there I feel we were served last as I had it on multiple occasions throughout the stay where I would be talking to a member of staff about ordering a drink and they would completely do a 360 and go and serve someone who spoke to them in Spanish instead, no I’m not joking. I get it sometimes you can serve multiple people at once to be more efficient because I have worked behind a bar myself however that wasn’t the case on all these occasions. - [ ] The general complex was always clean and tidy, however the do not disturb sign was ignored on a few occasions. Wi-Fi also poor in nearly all areas of the hotel. I’ve never wrote a review before good or bad I usually just get on with what I’m dealt and I’ve experienced both ends of the spectrum good and bad but on this occasion I just feel nearly every aspect of the stay was easily to scrutinise without nit picking or going to look for it, it was there in front of me to see daily. As you can imagine I won’t be returning and won’t be recommending this hotel but what do I know I don’t own an all inclusive hotel.

Clean,, tidy rooms. Most are studios with tiny kitchenette. Plenty of room and balcony with table and chairs. A little bit dated and could do with a refresh but functional and comfortable Very close to centre of town. Plenty of shops etc nearby. Beach and loro parque within walking distance Plenty to do and explore Staff are brilliant Swimming pool is small but is on the roof so sunbathing is ideal. Would come here again.
