Great hotel with fantastic staff and excellent food and service. The hotel restaurants are amazing and our favourite one is ouzo where you can try proper Greek food. Entertainment- I can definitely recommend Astro Party. Amazing experience a lot knowledge and fan. Hotel rooms are really good, bars and swimming pools too, buy it would be nice to have more shade by the pool and maybe more large plants like palms to brake modern (concrete) look. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay thoroughly enjoyed the facilities room with pool was definitely worth the upgrade. The spa was excellent. The food outstanding. I chose the hotel for the sustainability efforts some things could be improved like refillable water for guests and not having towels replaced when not requested. The half board was a good option it would have been nice to have some drinks with dinner more than water. It was my birthday and the fizz and cake in my room was a nice touch. The app could be updated with the classes. I enjoyed the yoga but only found out by accident. You need a car there is nothing easy to get to locally. Taxi from airport was €90. I would stay again.

I arrived tired and left with a big smile and a happy heart. The hotel staff were all very friendly and chatty throughout my stay. They work hard, and genuinely seem to be a happy team, which makes a big difference to the experience. The hotel is a bit secluded, but even though it was fully booked, people weren't in each other's way and there was a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere overall. Had a lovely room and was upgraded upon arrival (thank you!). The (private) beach at the back of the hotel is great. Never packed with people and there are always sun loungers available. Plus it's clean! The food at the various restaurants is good from starters to desserts, the wine didn't disappoint, the gin cocktails are great and the fine dining restaurant Edesma is a must-try! I do wish they had more fresh seafood options during lunchtime. The live entertainment was great, but would be nice to perhaps change up the playlist during the day. I also made use of the gym which had everything I needed and the owner of the Kozeen spa and gym was also very friendly and helpful. Overall a great place to relax and enjoy - I look forward to coming back :)

I would like to tell you how amazing this hotel is. This is our last day of our stay and we are so impressed with how wonderful it is. The service, the rooms, the food everything is perfect. Lots of space, seemingly there are a lot of people in the hotel but you won't feel it at all. There is an area for everyone. We are in a room with two children we have a large suite. It is wonderful, the toiletries in the rooms are of the Greek brand KORRES, clean and safe. I am very impressed, this is by far the best hotel in the whole of Rhodes and this is my 3rd time on the island. I definitely have to come back here!
