The Ultra All-Inclusive package redefines the concept of luxury, offering a lavish and comprehensive experience designed to cater to individual desires. Carefully curated to offer unparalleled indulgence at a remarkable value, our UAI package ensures you can savour every moment of your stay through the following array of premium services and exquisite dining options led by world-class chefs.

What is Included

  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner at Filoxenia Main Buffet Restaurant.
  • Lunch at à la carte restaurants Ble for Greek cuisine and Ten2One for Mediterranean/Italian gastronomy. Reservations at à la carte restaurants are required and subject to availability.
  • Snacks at Wet Pool Bar (12:30-17:00) and Alati (12:00-18:00) and also served to guests.
  • Dinner at the hotel's most sought-after à la carte restaurants: Ouzo (Greek), Ten2One (Mediterranean/Italian), and STK (Grill) as part of Gennadi Grand Resort's Dine Around Programme. Reservations are required and subject to availability.
  • Selction of bottled wines, beers and soft drinks during lunch and dinners in all restaurants. Bars serving international brands (10:00-00:00).
  • In room mini bar fill upon your arrival.
  • Free entrance to our Kozeen Spa for the “Heat Experience” (sauna, steam bath and indoor pool). Reservation required.
  • Guests on UAI basis can dine at Edesma Fine Dining by using a Discount voucher of 20,00€ per person on food cost. (Exchange voucher is possible through Reception Desk).
  • The UAI package begins on the arrival date at 12:00 and is valid until the guest’s departure from the hotel. Any consumption in the outlets operating after midnight are with an extra charge.

An Unforgettable Stay at Gennadi Grand Resort – Pure Luxury! We stayed at Gennadi Grand Resort in Rhodes last week, and to say it was five-star luxury is truly an understatement. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the exceptional hospitality, the impeccable service, and the warmth of the staff. We had two swim-up suites, and every detail inside the rooms was thoughtfully curated — luxurious coffee machines, high-end toiletries, plush bathrobes, and incredibly comfortable beds made our stay feel indulgent and relaxing. What stood out most was the service from the staff, particularly the catering and bar teams. They went above and beyond, anticipating our every need and treating us with such personal care that we felt truly valued. Their attention to detail and friendliness made all the difference. The food was another highlight — every meal was delicious and beautifully presented. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, we were constantly impressed. Thank you, Gennadi Grand Resort, for making our holiday so memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

A Wonderful Experience at Grand Gennadi – So Far, Perfect! My friend and I are currently staying at the Grand Gennadi on Rhodes and we are absolutely loving it. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The housekeeping team is incredibly attentive and does an outstanding job – everything feels fresh and perfectly maintained every single day. The buffet food is also amazing – fresh, varied, and full of flavor. The restaurant staff is warm, helpful, and truly makes the dining experience enjoyable. A special shout-out goes to Victoria at the front desk, who has made our stay especially memorable. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with genuine warmth and gave us a great overview of the hotel and its amenities. She regularly checks in with us, always with a smile, and makes sure we have everything we need. Her professional and caring attitude stands out – she truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Victoria is a gem and an invaluable part of the team! So far, we’re incredibly impressed with everything and highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, clean, and guest-focused experience.

The hotel was wonderful! Clean, modern, stylish, and very quiet – ideal for relaxation. The spaces exude care and tranquility. The staff was extremely polite and always willing to help with a smile. In particular, the service manager, Tasos, was always ready to assist us and took care of every detail throughout our stay. An excellent choice for those seeking comfort and quality hospitality. I would definitely choose it again!

A classy hotel, lovely setting on the beach generally two types of room with a small pool and without with the option of garden or sea view. Staff very professional and helpful, great food options and a great place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of busy resorts, a shuttle bus to the local town which has great food and bars.

We keep returning to Greece as we love the food and the people, and the Gennadi Grand certainly delivered. The staff were exceptional and we didn’t come across a single person who wasn’t smiling or happy to help - it was some of the best service we’ve come across. As for the hotel itself, it was very comfortable and clean and the facilities were great. The food was very good with an expansive buffet, and we really enjoyed the live pianist and violinist at breakfast. All in all we had an excellent time here and we would definitely stay here again if we return to Rhodes.
