The Ultra All-Inclusive package redefines the concept of luxury, offering a lavish and comprehensive experience designed to cater to individual desires. Carefully curated to offer unparalleled indulgence at a remarkable value, our UAI package ensures you can savour every moment of your stay through the following array of premium services and exquisite dining options led by world-class chefs.

What is Included

  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner at Filoxenia Main Buffet Restaurant.
  • Lunch at à la carte restaurants Ble for Greek cuisine and Ten2One for Mediterranean/Italian gastronomy. Reservations at à la carte restaurants are required and subject to availability.
  • Snacks at Wet Pool Bar (12:30-17:00) and Alati (12:00-18:00) and also served to guests.
  • Dinner at the hotel's most sought-after à la carte restaurants: Ouzo (Greek), Ten2One (Mediterranean/Italian), and STK (Grill) as part of Gennadi Grand Resort's Dine Around Programme. Reservations are required and subject to availability.
  • Selction of bottled wines, beers and soft drinks during lunch and dinners in all restaurants. Bars serving international brands (10:00-00:00).
  • In room mini bar fill upon your arrival.
  • Free entrance to our Kozeen Spa for the “Heat Experience” (sauna, steam bath and indoor pool). Reservation required.
  • Guests on UAI basis can dine at Edesma Fine Dining by using a Discount voucher of 20,00€ per person on food cost. (Exchange voucher is possible through Reception Desk).
  • The UAI package begins on the arrival date at 12:00 and is valid until the guest’s departure from the hotel. Any consumption in the outlets operating after midnight are with an extra charge.

This was our first holiday away as a family of 3. The hotel was genuinely excellent and exactly what we were looking for. Staff were super friendly, the hotel itself is a work of art and all facilities were great. Beach is only 5 min walk from the hotel, the pools are large and the rooftop, gym, spa and general grounds are all fantastic. Everything at the hotel is eco-friendly too which is a great touch and we really appreciated, it's one of the reasons why we chose this hotel. We ate at the restaurants on the ground and found the food to be excellent, more so though by the team that looked after us - Jatin & Panagiotis came to find us daily, spent time with us, genuinely cared and went out of their way to help us, particularly where we had a small child. As individuals running the restaurants and still having time to speak with guests and make connections, it made us appreciate that everyone working at the hotel were really nice people. The waiters and waitresses likewise - Spiros, Petra, spent time explaining dishes, giving us recommendations, personal touches throughout that went a long way. 100% recommend Gennadi for a family resort stay, this is run by a top draw team with first class service.

4.8/5 everything absolutely beautiful! Sun loungers by the pool are soo comfy, the spa is amazing, the service is 10/10. The food is lovely, rooms are big and lovely. All the staff are very friendly and always willing to help. Very happy and I would come back. If you want a quiet vibe then this is the place, easy to rent a car also if you want to explore. Down sides - all pools need to have a little heat to them as even when the sun is fully out the pool is still freezing More food options on rooms service would be good.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service Hospitality at Its Best – Thank You, Anastasios! We had a wonderful time at the hotel and were completely satisfied with all the amenities and the overall atmosphere of hospitality. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, while the common areas were always tidy and inviting. I would like to make a special mention of Anastasios, one of the staff members, who truly stood out for his professionalism, kindness, and genuine willingness to help. He assisted us with every question we had and made our stay even more pleasant. People like him really make a difference! We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel!

Our experience at the hotel was wonderful, and we had a perfect vacation. The early breakfast they provided was very poor and disappointing. Improving that option would really help guests with early departures.

We stayed in room 3024 and had a difficult situation during our stay because our son became sick. The staff at Gennadi Grand Resort were incredibly kind and supportive . The hotel is beautiful, clean, and quiet — perfect for families. Even though our trip didn’t go as planned, we felt truly cared for. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts — we hope to come back under better circumstances.
