Amazing place ! Probably the nicest I’ve stayed, if I had to find a gripe the transfer is long and with a flight late in the day I got there at 2am, but the cocktail reception and fresh towel is just the start, there are so many options to eat all inclusive with beautiful dishes, the quality of the wine and cocktails is fantastic, the buffet at breakfast lunch and dinner has so many options of quality food, nice cuts of meat it’s not all processed, the vegetables and fruit are fresh, we ordered room service first night 2 am and enjoyed a pizza with the complementary bottle of wine in the room,

Overall, we have enjoyed our stay in Gennadi Grand Resort. We had a lovely stay at double room with a private swimming pool. The service during the day is really good. You can order everything (food and drinks) from your sunbed at the pool or at the beach. The sea is incredible, but be aware that it is not a sand beach. However, there are little things that simply have to work better in a 5-star hotel. Here are the points that can be improved: - the quality of cocktails at the bar during the day. It should be the same as in the grand bar. - More Greek food selection. The food was good but it can be better. - You can extend the wooden pathway to provide a more comfortable entry into the sea. - Put some music ambience at the beach - I’m okay with the plastic glass/cups for cocktails but ,at least, they need to be clean better. - Overall, the room was clean, but a few minor details left a less favorable impression like curtains were dirty, The door handles are attached unevenly, the canalisation smell was bad in the toilet etc. - The hotel's app looks outdated and isn't user-friendly. - A towel system for the sun beds is too complicated

This is literally the best hotel I've ever been to. The aura is minimalistic and calming, the food is enjoyable and has elements of authentic greek cuisine. In line with the hotel's exterior and interior design, the beaches surrounding the hotel are also soothing. Similarly, the staff service is kind and uneventful. As I have sleep issues, rarely do I go on vacation and truly relax in this way.

I had a wonderful stay at Gennadi, great facilities and dining options (would have loved an Asian restaurant / food option in the future). The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff were always friendly and polite - but especially Carla, Yiannis and Konstantina (at the front desk) who brightened up my days with their sunny disposition and energy. Can’t recommend this place enough if you simply want some time out to relax.

This hotel does not have 5 stars max 3. The food is terrible, little choice, not fresh is unflavoured, dried out. Minimum of fish and seafood. Beach Towels are for the whole day not to be changed. Overall the hotel is uninviting, cold and far from the airport and the city. The big pools are a positive, but the beach is average with a trailer as a bar. I do not recommend the hotel.
