We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The location was beautiful, quite a bit far from the ‘mainstreet’ there. But you could book a taxi ride from the hotel and they will bring and pick you up. We enjoyed the pool and the private beach. The breakfast was amazing. A lot op options and also for the coffee and egg. You name it how you want it and they will fix it for you. The room was clean and spacious. The staff made our stay extra special. Especially Don, Kookik and Mook. They were so sweet, helpful and friendly. If you want to come to relax and for your rest, I will recommend this resort.

Fantastic! The service was outstanding, everyone from reception, to dining, to kids club, to housekeeping and bellboys. Top notch staff, with everyone going over and beyond to make your stay relaxing And the food was really good and really reasonably priced for a resort. I regret eating off site for one of our dinner 😆 Big fan of the massaman curry 😋 Location is secluded, which makes for a relaxing, quiet and peaceful stay. Very different than staying in the town, which is more of a backpacker vibe. Great private beach too!

A great island escape 🌴 I really love the nature around this hotel. It’s a beautiful mix of mountain views with trees and wildlife, together with the sea and a quiet private beach — the perfect place for true relaxation. The service is excellent, breakfast has so many options, plus a bar with healthy juices and fresh tropical fruits. They even have gluten-free bread and plant-based milk, which is great for health lovers. One of the highlights for me was doing a sound healing class by the beach — such a unique experience! Most importantly, the hotel really cares about the environment and sustainability. I especially loved their creative lemongrass straws. Overall, I was super impressed and would definitely come back.

A couple of friends and I had an incredible 6 days at Garrya. We shared the 3 bedroom seafront pool villa which was absolutely huge and had unbeatable views. The service was perfect all round; nothing was too much trouble…a special out shout to our amazing housekeeping lady Jaew who was so friendly, helpful and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed all our meals at the 3 different restaurants, with the huge buffet breakfast and Thai street food bbq night being particular highlights. The private cove beach is so pretty and perfect for swimming. We couldn’t have asked for more and really hope to be back. Only minor constructive feedback is that both times we ate at EVOL we waited quite a long time for our main course.

We have just returned from 10 nights at Tongsai Bay and what can I say. A truly fabulous hotel set in a gorgeous secluded bay. Food was amazing in all restaurants every single day. Staff were absolutely incredible and nothing was too much trouble. Some evening entertainment spread out during the week but If you want to go out for a change of scene, then a short taxi ride away there are plenty of places to visit. The spa treatments and massages are amazing too. We stayed in a Beachfront Villa which was beautiful with a gorgeous view of the beach, sea, pool and beach bar. On leaving the hotel all the reception staff stood outside and waved us off which was just an example of the simple touches the hotel does which makes it extra special. I would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking about booking and we will definitely be going back. Garrya Tongsai Bay you are a little gem and all the staff are a credit to the management team.
