Booked via Jet2 for an all inclusive week and we do feel quite mislead. Arrived late at night, first thing we noticed was the smell of sewage! Room is very basic, doesn't even have a bin in it! No kettle or any kind of facilities to make drinks. The smell of sewage from the drains when you turn the shower on is truly awful - the same vile smell gusts through the resort at regular intervals. The bedding is a sheet. We had to search around to get one blanket to stretch over the two single beds. The restaurant reminded us of school dinners. Rush when it opens! Buffet style, lukewarm food and waiters that clear away the first course from your table allow someone else to sit there whilst you're getting dessert! Reception staff are very helpful and lovely. The beach is nice although all inclusive does not include the hotel's bar at the beach and neither does it include water anywhere on the resort! You have to pay even more to get that! There is a terrible mosquito problem here also. We met one poor lady who's feet were swollen and painful from so many bites. The hotel appears to do no spraying to lessen the swarms of them. Yes there are cockroaches and ants, but these bugs do tend to be present in most hot countries. The mosquitos are the worst we've known anywhere and we've travelled the world. Very little entertainment. The mini golf is fun but needs a lot of repairs. The mini zoo needs closed down - very unnecessary and not nice seeing birds etc caged up. All in all, a bit of a disappointing and not very pleasant stay and we won't trust Jet2's description about their hotels in the future. We'd have taken it up with their rep if they'd ever showed their face, but they didn't!

My partner and I spent a week here. After reading previous negative reviews, I was pleasantly surprised at how much we enjoyed ourselves. The AI soft drinks are rubbish, but water is affordable from the hotel mini market. The food is tasty. Staff friendly. Location beautiful. Public transport is cheap to get around and about. Spot on. Great location if you want somewhere with a lovely beach.

Two visits here and each time been great. Perfect location. Food quality and selection good. Number of pools and bars to choose from. Parents and children will find this resort ideally suits their needs.

Spent a week here and it's a reasonable 3 star hotel, the resort is laid out well with reception/restaurant at the heart and three pools spread out over the complex. Rooms are very basic but serviceable and not horrific, everything on site is no more than 5 minutes walk. Beach is very close (again no more than 5 minutes from reception), the buffet food is average but typical of all inclusive holiday standards. Entertainment (both day and evening) is sorely lacking which really lets the place down, staff are quite miserable too but otherwise a decent place to stay.

This place just wants to bleed tou for all the money they can. Thats all they care about. The staff try to be nice, but is obvious even they are sick of the way the owners do things. We had a ground oor room where the balcony didn't lock, we complained and were simply told there no free rooms nothing can be done. Every ground floor rooms balcony can be easily accessed by everyone this is a major security risk.
